The Vice President of India, M. Hamid Ansari released a commemorative postage stamp in honour of Syed Fazl ul Hasan Popularly Known as Maulana Hasrat Mohani,Maulana Was a Poet And freedom fighter,.Pakistan Post Office has already issued Commemorative postage stamp of Rs 3 denomination on Maulana Hasrat Mohani on January 23, 1989.
Addressing on this occasion, V P said that Maulana Hasrat Mohani was an eminent poet and freedom fighter and an incomparable person.
He was the first person, who raised the issue of ‘complete independence’ in Indian National Congress Meeting in Ahmedabad in 1921. We should always remember his contributions and should try to fulfil his dreams.
Maulana Hasrat Mohani was a great uncompromising freedom fighter from early twentieth century. He was an eminent poet who used to Ghazal poetry – a purely genre of love poetry – for political subjects and gave it a new turn.
He is called Mohani as he was from Mohan in UP[UNNAO]. He was great freedom fighter and never accepted British rule over India. He was great admirer of Lokmanya Tilak as he said “Freedom is my birth right” and always used to refer him as Tilak Maharaj, even in his poetry. He was so absorbed in the freedom movement that he became totally indifferent to any suffering, pain or pleasure.

भारतीय नागरिकों की शिकायतों के निपटान के लिए यूएई के भारतीय मिशन में समर्पित सामुदायिक कार्य खण्ड गठित किया गया है। सामुदायिक कार्यक्रम यूएई में भारतीय नागरिकों के अनियमित रिहाइश से संबंधित मामलों तथा संबंधित व्यक्ति को वापस भेजने के मामलों का भी निपटान करता है। इनके अलावा, दुबई में एक भारतीय कामगार संसाधन केन्द्र (आईडब्ल्यूआरसी) कार्यरत है, जो भारतीय कामगारों की शिकायतों का समाधान करता है। इसके साथ ही यह विपदाग्रस्त भारतीयों को नि:शुल्क कानूनी, मनोवैज्ञानिक तथा वित्तीय सलाह भी देता है। यह भारतीय कामगारों को शिक्षित करने के लिए प्रमुख श्रमिक कैम्पों में जागरूकता अभियान भी चलाता है।
ओवरसीज इंडियन अफेयर्स मंत्रालयके अनुसार सरकार ने विदेश गमन करने वाले भारतीय कामगारों की समस्याओं का निपटारा करने के लिए सुदृढ़ व्यवस्था की हुई है, जिनमें भारतीय कामगार संसाधन केन्द्र (आईडब्ल्यूआरसी)/सलाह देने और सहायता के लिए हेल्पलाइन सुविधा एवं भारतीय समुदाय कल्याण निधि शामिल है।जैल में बंद भारतीयों से मुलाक़ात+भारतीय की मृत्यु होने पर उनके संस्कार के लिए संपर्क आदि कार्य किये जाते हैं

Dr. Manmohan Singh dedicated to the Nation, on Site Net Zero Building “Indira Paryavaran Bhawan”
“Indira Paryavaran Bhawan” is India’s First on Site Net Zero Building, Cost of the project is about Rs. 209 crore
Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India ,Today,dedicated to the Nation “Indira Paryavaran Bhawan” in the presence of Dr M. Veerappa Moily , Minister for Environment & Forests and Shri Jairam Ramesh Minister for Rural Development .
This centrally air conditioned office building has provision to accommodate about 600 officials of the Ministry of Environment and Forests is located on Jorbagh Road and in proximity to other Central Government Ministries/Departments.
The Bhawan is India’s first on site Net Zero Building built by adoption of solar passive design and energy efficient building material. This building is expected to be a trend setter in the country and shall inspire people towards adoption of green technology.
The building has been designed as the highest green rated building, i.e., GRIHA 5-Star and LEED India Platinum. The requirements of GRIHA 5-Star and LEEDS Platinum ratings have been achieved by adopting various measures some of which are as follows:
(i) Effective Ventilation has been achieved by orientating the building in an East-West direction, separating different blocks with connecting corridors and having a large central court yard.
(ii)The design is such that 75% of natural daylight is utilised to reduce energy consumption.
(iii) The entire building has an access friendly design for differently-abled persons.
(iv) With an Installed capacity of 930 KW peak power, the building has the largest roof top Solar system among Multi storied buildings in India.

The Union Minister for Petroleum & Natural Gas and Environment and Forests, Dr. M. Veerappa Moily and the Union Minister for Rural Development, Shri Jairam Ramesh are also seen.
(v) Total energy savings of about 40% has been achieved by adoption of energy Efficient Chilled Beam system of Air Conditioning. This is an innovative air conditioning system, where air conditioning is done by convection currents rather than air flow through diffusers and chilled water is circulated right up to the diffuser points unlike the conventional systems.
(vi)Green materials have been used like Fly ash bricks, regional building materials, materials with high recycled content, high reflectance terrace tiles and rock wool Insulation of outer walls.
(vii) Rapidly renewable Bamboo Jute Composite material has been used for door frames & shutters.
(viii) UPVC windows, with hermetically sealed double glass. Calcium Silicate ceiling tiles having high recycled content andgrass paver blocks in pavements and roads.
(ix) Reduction in water consumption has been achieved by use of Low discharge water fixtures, recycling of waste water through Sewage Treatment Plant, use of plants with Low water demand in landscaping, use of Geothermal cooling for HVAC system, rain water harvesting and use of curing compounds during construction.
The cost of the project is about Rs. 209 crore including the cost of land, solar photo voltaic power generation and its evacuation system, three level mechanized basement parking system, air-conditioning system supported by geo-thermal cooling, IT services, audio and video system in auditoriums & committee rooms, furniture, provision for horticulture and other services.
The building has an earthquake resistant structure with a total plinth area of 31,488sqm. The building covers only 30% of the plot area. More than 50% area, outside the building, is a soft area with plantation and grassing. Even circulation roads and pathways are a soft area to enable ground water recharge.
Robotic parking system in the basement can accommodate 330 cars. Provisions have been made for a cafeteria roof garden, as well as a gymnasium and yoga room for recreation and wellness of the employees. The office has been furnished with modular furniture & work stations. Thin client networking system has been provided instead of conventional desktop computers to minimise energy consumption. A Solar power generation system has been provided at terrace level, by creating 6000sqm support area, for meeting with the complete power demand of the building. Power generation has already started w.e.f. 19.11.2013 which is being fed to the NDMC grid.
The Indira Paryavaran Bhavan building has already received the following awards.
Feb 2013: The Project received an award from Adarsh/GRIHA of MNRE for exemplary demonstration of Integration of Renewable Energy Technologies
Jan. 2014: The Project was accorded 5-Star Green Building Certification by GRIHA under MNRE

श्री तिवारी ने यह भी कहा कि वर्तमान में बहुत से जाने माने प्रकाशकों ने डिजीटल तकनीक को अपना लिया हैं और अब इस बात आवश्यकता है कि मान्य नियमों के प्रबंधन द्वारा विश्वभर में फैले इंटरनेट द्वारा इसे सशक्त किया जाए। नई मीडिया के क्षेत्र में प्रमाणित और समृद्ध विषय वस्तु सुनिश्चित करने के लिए मानक सम्पादन डिजिटल संसार के लिए आवश्यक है। विभिन्न मीडिया धाराओं में तात्कालिक सूचना प्रवाह के साथ खुद को संभाले रखना पत्रिका उद्योग के सामने चुनौती है।
पत्रिका उद्योग के प्रचालन के विषय पर बोलते हुए श्री तिवारी ने कहा कि उद्योग की भविष्य के कार्यकरण पद्धति पत्र मीडिया के हिस्सेदारों के लिए आवश्यक वृहद्ध आर्थिक वातावरण को निश्चित करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगी। यह तभी संभव होगा जब यह उद्योग अपनी कार्यक्षमता के उच्च लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने हेतु अपने पाठकों से संबंध स्थापित करने के लिए उन्हें उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली पठन सामग्री उपलब्ध कराए।
पत्रिका उद्योग को अपना लाभ बढ़ाने के लिए लागत नियंत्रण के उपाएं अपनाने पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करना चाहिए और साथ ही योजना, बजट, ग्राहक संबंध प्रबंधन, रणनीतिक जानकारी आदि क्षेत्रों की तकनीकों को भी अपनाना चाहिए।
पत्र मीडिया की प्रवृत्तियों के विषय पर श्री तिवारी ने कहा कि क्षेत्रीय और स्थानीय भाषाओं वाली पत्रिकाओं का बाज़ार लगातार तरक्की कर रहा है, जो कि कुछेक क्षेत्रों में अखबारों और पत्रिकाओं की संख्या बढ़ाने और इस क्षेत्र में हिस्सेदारी बढ़ाने की इच्छा रखने वालों के लिए एक मंच उपलब्ध कराने एवं पढ़ाई-लिखाई के स्तर को ऊंचा उठाने दृष्टि से लाभदायक है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि पत्र उद्योग की मूल विशेषताएं है: [१]वृहद्ध पहुंच[२] स्थानीय लाभ[३] विश्वास स्थापित करने और लंबे समय [४]तक तार-तम्य की क्षमता और इनसे भारतीय विज्ञापनदाताओं के लिए अति महत्वपूर्ण मंच के रूप में अपना स्थान बनाने के लिए उम्मीद है कि पत्र उद्योग अपनी तरक्की सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक आधार के रूप में भूमिका निभाएंगा।
श्री तिवारी ने यह भी कहा कि वैश्विक प्रवृत्तियों की तुलना में भारतीय पत्र उद्योग विज्ञापन और राजस्व प्रसार के क्षेत्र में सतत् प्रगति कर रहा है। इंटरनेट का प्रयोग बड़े पैमाने पर तेज़ी से बढ़ रहा है और पत्र उद्योग क्षेत्रीय और स्थानीय भाषाओं वाली पत्रिकाओं का बाज़ार लाभ की दृष्टि से लगातार आगे बढ़ रहा है। वर्तमान स्थानीय भाषाओं और अंग्रेजी पत्रिका उद्योग को यहां तक पहुंचने में 60 सालों से ज्यादा का समय लगा है और उसमें अभी भी बढ़ोत्तरी की क्षमता है।

Pilgrims Of Vaishno Devi Shrine Enjoys facilities From J&K State and Central Govts:K Chiranjeevi
Ministry of Tourism has sanctioned Central Financial Assistance of Rs.363.29 crore for development of various projects in Jammu & Kashmir in the last three years and the current year.
In addition to the above, the State Government has informed that the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy(MNRE), Government of India, under its programs viz.[1] Special Area Demonstration Programme (SADP) [2]Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission (JNNSM) also provide financial assistance for providing facilities to Vaishno Devi pilgrims. The State Government of Jammu & Kashmir also provides financial assistance along with the Shrine Board for providing facilities to Vaishno Devi pilgrims.
As per the State Government, in respect of above projects which are partially funded by the Central/State Government, a total of Rs.37.50 lakh has been released under the MNRE scheme and Rs.25.00 lakh released under JNNSM by the Union Government.
An amount of Rs.6.83 Crore is being utilized on water supply project which is funded in equal proportions by the State Government and the Shrine Board.
As per the State Government, estimated number of pilgrims that visited Vaishno Devi from 2010 to 2013 is as given below:-

Development, promotion and implementation of tourism projects at identified tourism spots is primarily undertaken by the State Governments/Union Territory Administrations. However, Ministry of Tourism provides Central Financial Assistance for tourism projects which are prioritized in consultation with the State Governments/Union Territories. The projects which are in accordance with the scheme guidelines are sanctioned subject to availability of funds and inter-se-priority.
This information was given by the Minister of State for Tourism (I/C) Shri K. Chiranjeevi in a written reply in the Lok Sabha.
In Addition To Above Tourism Minister also informed the house that The regulation and registration of the movement of tourist for controlling the crowd at tourist places and providing them essential facilities is primarily the responsibility of the State Governments and Union Territory Administrations. However, the Ministry of Tourism provides Central financial assistance to the State Governments and Union Territory Administrations for development of essential facilities at tourist places. The Ministry also has a mandate to promote tourism in a sustainable and responsible manner. The National Tourism Policy states that neither over exploitation of natural resources should be permitted nor carrying capacity of the tourist sites ignored.

The thrust of the Government is to have an inclusive growth in the country for which the regional or remote area air connectivity can act as a catalyst. In this endeavour, the Government has plans to take up the development of airports in Tier-II and Tier-III cities including the airports belonging to State Governments.
The Government of Uttar Pradesh has handed over three airports namely [A]Meerut,[B] Moradabad [C] Faizabad to AAI. Further, the State Government has also agreed to provide land and other logistical support for establishing new Civil Enclaves at [a]Agra, [b]Allahabad[c] Bareilly [d]Kanpur.
Thus,a total of seven airports/civil enclaves in Uttar Pradesh will be developed.
