[मेरठ]अवैध घोषित २२ दुकानों के ध्वस्तीकरण के विरोध के चलते कानून व्यवस्था एक बार फिर कसौटी पर आ पहुंची हैं|देश भर में हाई अलर्ट के चलते इस प्रकार के बढ़ते असंतोष से व्यवस्था पर प्रश्न चिन्ह लगने स्वाभविक ही हैं|
आज सुबह आवास विकास की ध्वस्तीकरण टीम शास्त्री नगर के सेन्ट्रल मार्किट पहुंची जहां उसे भारी विरोध का सामना करना पढ़ रहा है| व्यापारियों को भाजपा+सपा के स्थानीय नेताओं के साथ बाजार का भी समर्थन मिल रहा है इसके आलावा आज किसान नेता नरेश टिकैत भी विवादित स्थल पर आ पहुंचे हैं |संयुक्त व्यापार संघ खुले तौर पर पीड़ितों के समर्थन में आ गया है |
इस सब से उत्साहित आंदोलन कारी पीड़ित वर्ग साम +दाम +दंड सभी भेदों को अपनाने की घोषणा कर रहा है |
इसीकड़ी में धार्मिक अनुष्ठान कराये जा रहे हैं+युवाओं को बढ़ी संख्या में बेसबाल बैट्स थामे देखा गया |
जबकि बढे लोगों ने सुरक्षा और प्राधिकरण अधिकारियों को गुलाब के फूल भेंट करके गांधी गिरी का भी सहारा लिया |कहा जा रहा है के यदि मामला जल्द नहीं सुलझाया जा सका तो इस पॉश कालोनी+बाजार में भी किसानो का हुक्का गुडगुड़ा सकता है |
गौरतलब है के बीते दिन ही प्रदेश के कलेक्ट्रेट भवन में प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव +डी जी पी द्वारा वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग से कानून व्यवस्था की समीक्षा की गई थी और स्थानीय डी एम +एसएसपी सतर्कता बरतने के आदेश दिए गए हैं |
मालूम हो के मुक़दमे की पैरवी गलत ढंग से किये जाने के फलस्वरूप स्थिति ध्वस्तीकरण तक आ पहुंची है |एक किसान की आवासीय भूमि पर व्यवसायिक कारोबार के विरोध में न्यायालय द्वारा २२ दुकानों को ध्वस्त करने के आदेश जारी किये हैं जिनमे से २ दुकानदारों ने स्टे ले लिया हैं |
प्रदेश की समाजवादी सरकार पश्चिमी यूं प्र के व्यापारियों को कोई राहत देने के मूड में दिखाई नहीं दे रही |

Delhi Building Bye-Laws are now made user friendly+simplified+rationalized +updated for which Comprehensive single reference ready reckoner for sanctioning of building plans is prepared

Shri M.Venkaiah Naidu directed DDA to notify simplified bye-laws at the earliest
Seeking to put an end to the harrowing experiences of residents of Delhi in obtaining building plan approvals, the Delhi Building Bye Laws of 1983 have been simplified, rationalized and updated under the directions of the Ministry of Urban Development.
The Delhi Urban Arts Commission (DUAC) in association with Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and municipal bodies have completed the simplification exercise and submitted Draft Simplified Bye Laws to the Ministry of Urban Development. The Urban Development Minister Shri M.Venkaiah Naidu today directed DDA to notify them at the earliest.
The updated and simplified Bye Laws will serve as a comprehensive singe reference ready reckoner by integrating the Building Bye Laws notified in 1983 and several changes that have been subsequently notified over the last 31 years.
This will enable the residents of Delhi and the professionals in obtaining sanctions for building plans in an easy and time bound manner. Some new provisions have also been made to address emerging challenges like green construction and water conservation and management.
Some of the salient features of the simplified Bye Laws include:
1.Small residential plots of size up to 100 sq.mt have been exempted from sanction procedures. ;
2. For plots up to 2,000 sq.mt, specific time schedules have been stipulated for according approvals by various concerned agencies
3. For plots of more than 2,000 sq.mt, Single Window Clearence mechanism has been proposed.
4. Provision of washrooms in public buildings of more than 4,000 sq.mt size has been made mandatory with direct access to the public from the main street;
5 Rain water harvesting and waste water recycling has to be provisioned;
6 Differently abled persons have to be provided easy access besides meeting their specific needs;
7 Needs of children and senior citizens have to be duly met by providing for easy access, fittings and fixtures in toilets and altering the height of the hand rails in the buildings;
8 Provisions for disaster mitigation, structural and fire safety codes have been specified

[मेरठ]एलआईसी की “भाग्य लक्ष्मी”में प्रीमियम की कुल देय राशि के110 %का रिटर्न जबकि किश्त २ वर्ष पहले बंद एलआईसी लाइ है अब एक नई सूक्ष्म बीमा योजना ‘भाग्य लक्ष्मी’
‘जीवन रक्षक एवं जीवन शगुन’ पालिसी की सफलता से उत्साहित भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम अब सुक्ष्म बीमा के अंतर्गत नई पाॅलिसी ‘‘भाग्य लक्ष्मी’’ लाये हैं । यह १८ से ५५ वर्ष तक के लोगों के लिए है|प्रति दिन १० रूपये से भी कम का भुगतान करके५० हजार का बीमा कवर प्राप्त होगा
यह एक गैर प्रतिभागी सीमित भुगतान अवधि सुरक्षा उन्मुख योजना है जिसमें पूर्णावधि भुगतान, प्रीमियम की कुल देय राशि के 110 % के बराबर होगा जबकि प्रीमियम भुगतान पूर्णावधि से दो वर्ष पहले ही बन्द हो जायेगा।
वरिष्ठ मंडल प्रबंधक जीएस गिल ने प्रेस वार्ता में बताया कि भाग्य लक्ष्मी सुक्ष्म बीमा के अंतर्गत बीमाधन न्यूनतम 20,000/- व अधिकतम 50,000/ होगा।श्री गिल के साथ विवेक त्यागी+आर चौधरी+प्रदीप भी थे

[नई दिल्ली]दिल्ली की सभी अनाधि‍कृत कॉलोनि‍यों को नि‍यमि‍त करने का निर्णय आज केबिनेट की मीटिंग में लिया गया|
भाजपा शासित केंद्र सरकार ने दिल्ली प्रदेश में भी सियासी पैर ज़माने के लिए एक और लोक लुभावन कार्ड खेल दिया है |इससे पूर्व केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ हर्षवर्धन ने केंद्र सरकार की सीजीएचएस डिस्पेंसरियों में वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को ओपीडी की निशुल्क सेवा दी जा चुकी हैं|सात महीने की सरकार का दिल्ली में यह तीसरा मास्टर स्ट्रोक है |
इससे पूर्व १९८४ के कत्लेआम के पीड़ितों को पांच लाख रुपयों का मुआवजा दिए जाने पर भी विपक्ष द्वारा प्रश्न चिन्ह लगाये गए थे|
दावा किया जा रहा है कि इससे लगभग १७०० अनधिकृत कलिनियों के ६० लाख लोगों को फायदा होगा |अब इसका श्रेय लेने के लिए कांग्रेस कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित ने भी दावा ठोक दिया है |पूर्व सीएम के अनुसारइसकी स्वीकृति उनके शासन काल में दी गई थी
प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्‍द्र मोदी की अध्‍यक्षता में हुई केंद्रीय मंत्रि‍मंडल की बैठक में 01 जून 2014 तक बसी हुईं सभी अनाधि‍कृत कॉलोनि‍यों को नि‍यमि‍त करने संबंधी वर्तमान दि‍शा-नि‍र्देशों में संशोधन को मंजूरी दे दी गई ।
कॉलोनि‍यों को नि‍यमि‍त करने के लि‍ए कट-ऑफ ति‍थि‍ 31 मार्च 2002 से 01 जून 2014 है|दावा किया जा रहा है कि इससे लगभग १७०० अनधिकृत कलिनियों के ६० लाख लोगों को फायदा होगा |
31 मार्च, 2014 और 01 जून, 2014 के बीच अस्‍ति‍त्‍व में आईं अनाधि‍कृत कॉलोनि‍यों में बड़ी संख्‍या में लोगों को लाभ होगा।

PM Asks to Visualize Urban-Dependent Population Also While Planning For Smart Cities
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today chaired a high-level meeting with Government officials on the Smart City initiative. This is part of a series of consultations on Smart Cities.
The Prime Minister has asked the Ministry of Urban Development to convene a workshop of all central and state Urban Development Authorities at the earliest. He said one of the aims of the smart city initiative should be to improve the quality of urban governance, thereby lending greater strength to the overall governance processes of the country. He said the workshop should also focus on reforms in laws related to urban development.
The Prime Minister called for identifying parameters that could be laid down for smart cities. He asked officials to identify the basics of infrastructure, quality of life, and citizen-centric services that would be essential to cities of the 21st century.
He said cities should be identified as hubs of economic activity.
He said focus on “waste to wealth” – i.e. – solid-waste management, and waste-water treatment would be an important part of the development of smart cities.
The Prime Minister asked Government officials to visualize “urban-dependent” population, in addition to “urban” population, while planning for Smart Cities.
Officials from the Prime Minister`s Office, Ministry of Urban Development, and Ministry of Information Technology, were present on the occasion.
