[New Delhi]5 Private Airlines,including Profit Making Indigo,to Pay Dues Worth Over Rs 664 Crores to AAI
Five private carriers,including Profit Making Indigo,had to pay dues worth over Rs 664 crore to the Airports Authority of India (AAI) at the end of December 2014.
The four others are Vijay Malya’s Grounded King Fisher And SpiceJet+GoAir+Jet Group .
Payment of Dues by Private Airlines
The details of amount/dues to be paid to the Airports Authority of India (AAI) by major private airlines as on 31.12.2014 (provisional) are as follows:

Airports Authority of India (AAI) has issued notices to the Spice Jet and Go Airlines Only to clear their pending dues. Security Deposit Of These Airlines Is Much Less Then Dues.
. Ajay Singh has become the promoter of Spicejet after acquiring the entire 58.46 % stake from the Marans.
Since the original promoter of SpiceJet, is now back at the helm as part of a revival plan that would also be seeing a capital infusion of Rs 1,500 crore into the low-cost carrier. and Shares of this airline rose over one per cent to Rs 24.So they have started paying back to its creditors .Co has cleared its major outstanding dues related to Income Tax (TDS) payments,
