[New Delhi] Centre Seeks Report from UP Govt on Kasganj Violence
The Centre today sought a report from the Uttar Pradesh government on violent clashes in Kasganj,
where one person was killed and two others were injured,
Union Home Ministry asked the state government to send a comprehensive report about the violence that started last Friday, and the steps taken to restore peace in Kasganj and its adjoining areas.
The state government has also been asked to provide details about the steps taken to punish those involved in the violence.

There May be several thousand central government posts which are lying vacant for five or more years,
The government is planning to abolish all posts which have been vacant for more than five years, and has directed all ministries and department to submit a comprehensive report on the matter.
As per Finance Ministry , It had asked all ministries and departments to submit an action-taken report for the cause
As per the ministry,Some departments and ministries have responded but some, instead of providing a comprehensive report, have submitted the requisite information in piecemeal manner,
Ministry of Home Affairs has also issued such directions to all concerned

[लखनऊ,यूपी] कृषि मंत्रालय के अनुपस्थित कर्मचारियों का कटेगा वेतन
उत्तर प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही के अनुसार उनके विभाग का कोई कर्मचारी अनुपस्थित पाया गया तो उसका एक दिन का वेतन काट लिया जाएगा।
शाही ने बताया कि कुछ महीने पहले उन्होंने औचक निरीक्षण किया था। कुछ सुधार हुआ है लेकिन आज कुछ लोग अनुपस्थित पाये गये। ऐसे कर्मचारियों का एक दिन का वेतन काट लिया जाएगा।
कृषि निदेशालय का औचक निरीक्षण करने के बाद संवाददाताओं से बातचीत के दौरान शाही ने बताया के प्रभारी अधिकारियों से अनुपस्थित कर्मचारियों के बारे में जवाबतलब किया जाएगा।
शाही ने कहा कि पिछली बार कर्मचारी यूनियन के आग्रह पर हमने कर्मचारियों की अनुपस्थिति का समायोजन उनके अवकाश से कर लिया था। लेकिन अगर ऐसा लगातार होता है तो यह स्वीकार्य नहीं है।अब विभाग के कार्यालयों में बायोमीट्रिक उपस्थिति प्रणाली लगायी जा रही है।
शाही ने कहा कि आदतन अनुपस्थित रहने वालों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

तमाम अवरोधों को पार करके रिलीज हुई फिल्म ‘पद्मावत’ में युवा अभिनेता रणवीर सिंह के अभिनय की तारीफ करते हुए मेगास्टार अमिताभ बच्चन ने उन्हें हाथ से लिखा एक खत और एक गुलदस्ता भेजा है।
