जिस तरह जीडीपी ‘गोता खा रही’ है और ईंधन के दाम बेतरतीब बढ़ रहे हैं, सरकार अपने आर्थिक ‘कुप्रबंधन’ का ठीकरा पिछली सरकारों पर फोड़ने में लगी है
श्रीमती गांधी ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से कहा।
ईंधन के बढ़े दाम वापस लें और इसका लाभ हमारे मध्यम एवं वेतनभोगी वर्ग, किसानों, गरीबों तक पहुंचाएं
मालूम हो कि इस माह अभी तक 14 बार फ्यूल के दाम बढ़ाये जा चुके है।वित्तमंत्री निर्मलासीतारमण भी चिंता व्यक्त कर चुकी है लेकिन केंद्र और राज्य अपने शेयर का टैक्स छोड़ने को तैयार नही है।

ओए झल्लेया आज तो मजा आ गया।ओए हसाडे धाकड़ केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री संजीव बालियान ने जिला विकास और समन्वय समिति की बैठक में सभी अकर्मण्य अधिकारियों को धो डाला । ओए अतिक्रमण कराने और बिजली की चोरी करा रहे ऑफिसर्स की तो जम कर क्लास ले डाली। ओए हद ही हो गई।स्टील के कूड़ेदान हों या सड़क निर्माण या गंगावाटर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट सभी मे अंधेर मचा रखा है।

लेकिन रब्ब झूट ना बुलवाये जब जाट नल खींचने को खिसकते नजर आए तो कमल बचाने को जाट नेता को सामने ले आये।अच्छा है।चुनांवों से पहले सतर्क रहिये सुरक्षित रहिये

The Shiromani Akali Dal on Saturday urged the Union government to reduce fuel prices immediately, saying the hike may have “devastating impact” on the country’s economy that is still recovering from the coronavirus crisis.
The SAD also asked the Congress-led Punjab government to give relief to people by slashing state VAT on petrol and diesel.
Former minister and SAD spokesperson DrDaljit Singh Cheema said the Centre has increased petrol and diesel prices multiple times this year.
Currently, petrol is being sold at Rs 91.47 per litre in Punjab
Cheema said his party will raise the issue in the upcoming Budget session of the state assembly.

(मेरठ,यूपी)चिकित्सकों की महंगी सलाह का पालन करने के लिए अपने ही घर के बाहर आ रही शनिवासरीय धूप का निशुल्क सेवन करने के लिए प्लास्टिक की हल्की फुल्की कुर्सी डाल कर अंग्रेजों के जमाने की शार्ट स्टोरीज पड़ने लगा।अभी बमुश्किल दस पेज ही पलट पाया था कि दो नवयुवक मुंह पर कोरोना मास्क लगाए घर की तरफ आते दिखाई दिए तभी पेजों में अपना लुटा हुआ कंपनसेशन तलाश रही नजर भी ऊपर उठ गई। देखा दो युवा सामान्य से कम कद काठी वाले हाथों में पॉश बिलिंग मशीन लिए दिखाई दिए।पूर्ण ऊर्जा और अधिकारों से लैस इन युवाओं से आगमन का सबब पूछने पर तपाक से उन्होंने एक साथ ही हाथों की मशीन दिखाते हुए बताया कि
मीटर की रीडिंग लेनी है
मेंने चोंक कर पूछा कि भैया किस की रीडिंग लेनी है।क्योंकि अभी बिजली का बिल भरे 24 घण्टे भी नही बीते थे सो याद रहा सो दनदना दिया कि बिजली नही आ रही मगर बिल समय से पहले भर चुके हैं।
जवाब तुरन्त आया कि
आईजीएल गैस की रीडिंग लेनी है।
धूप सेवन का सारा मजा काफूर हो गया।शार्ट स्टोरी की आखरी लाइन मिट गई। सिर बुरी तरह से चकरा गया। और सम्भलते सम्भलते रसोई की और यह देखने लपका की कहीं बीती दोपहर की नीदं में तो कनेक्शन नही लग गया। जाकर देखा तो स्थिति पौराणिक ही थी।
इससे उत्साहित होकर मैंने बाहर आकर आगंतुकों को स्थिति से अवगत कराया तो उनमे से एक, जो कुछ ज्यादा ही घाटे की शारीरिक सम्पदा लिए थे,मुझे बाहर लगे पीले नोटिस बोर्ड को दिखाते हुए बोले एआप यहां फोन कर दीजिये। मैंने बोला भइय्या जी एक साल से फोन ही कर रहा हूँ कंप्लेंट भी दर्ज हो चुकी है।यर्स पड़ौस में कनेक्शन लगते जा रहे है ।तो बोले आपको आफिस जाना होगा।मैं बोला कोरोना है और बूढा भी हूँ।स्पीड में आ रहे बाइक सवार ने टक्कर मार कर एक्टिवा भी तोड़ दी है। तो बौद्धिक संपदा से सम्पन्न उस महानुभाव ने सांत्वना देते हुए कहा ठीक हैं हम आपकी इस वेदना को ऑफिस में पहुंचा देंगे। यह कह कर श्रीमान अगले घर की तरफ निकल गये । मैने भी कुर्सी सम्भाल कर किताब के पन्ने चाटने शुरू कर दिए।एक स्टोरी खत्म करने के साथ ही ख्याल आया कि अंग्रेजों ने अपने समय की गरीबी+भ्र्ष्टाचार+चापलूसी आदि के ढेरों किस्से कलम बद्ध किये लेकिन उनसे तो आज का यह आईजीएल वाला किस्सा व्यवस्था के खिलाफ ज्यादा समसामायिक+प्रेरणादायक+ रोचक+भ्र्ष्टाचार को उजागर करने वाला हो सकता है सो चला दिया माउस। बोले तो एक साल से कनेक्शन तो लगा नही मीटर रीडिंग वाले आ धमके।
आंकड़ों के हिसाब से इस सस्ती नेचुरल गैस की दिसम्बर 2020 तक की बिक्री में 13.1 प्रतिशत की गिरावट दर्ज की जा चुकी है।और आईजीएल शेयर प्राइस में गिरावट जारी है। कोरोनावधि लगभग समाप्त हो चुकी है और जीवन सामान्य गति प्राप्त करता जा रहा है लेकिन सम्भवत इन्ही अव्यवस्थाओं से कम्पनी के शेयर में 19 फरवरी को साढ़े चार प्रतिशत की गिरावट दर्ज की गई है।
कोरोना नियमो के अपराधियों के पश्चात आंदोलनकारी किसानों को भी अभयदान मिलेगा ?

इसीको तो कहते है बनाना रिपब्लिक यानि अपनी ढपली अपना राग। नहीं समझे अरे दिल्ली के कानून यूपी में नही चलते ।नही समझे? अरे कोरोना नियमों को तोड़ने वालों से जुर्माना वसूलना तो दूर अब उनके खिलाफ दर्ज हजारों मुकद्दमे वापिस लेने का फरमान योगी जी महाराज निकाल चुके है।अब शायद कुछ समय पश्चात आंदोलनकारी किसानों को भी अभयदान मिल ही जाना है

The Punjab Government has decided to revise the nearly 90-year-old fee structure under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, to bring the same at par with other states.
The decision was taken on Friday by the Cabinet led by Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh.
The Council of Ministers approved ‘The Indian Partnership (Punjab Amendment) Bill, 2021’ for the revision of fee for various services as contained in Schedule-1 under Section 71 of the Act, such as Registration of firms, Updation of records, Inspection and Copying.
Disclosing this, a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said that the prescribed fee structure for various services as currently contained in Schedule-1 of the act is too meagre and has become irrelevant with the passage of time, as the existing fee structure has not been revised since the Act came into force in 1932.
Under the revised structure, Rs.5000 would now be charged for making a statement under section 58 for application registration as against Rs. 3/- charged earlier. Instead of the existing Rs 1/-, the revised structure provides for charging Rs. 500 each for making a statement under section 60 for recording of alternations in firm name and principal place of business, for intimation under section 61 for noting of closing and opening of branches, for intimation under section 62 for changes in names and addresses of partners, notice under section 63 (1) & 63 (2) for recording of changes in and dissolution of a firm, recording of withdrawal of a minor besides application under section 64 for rectification of mistakes respectively,
Further, Rs. 100 each in place of earlier fee of fifty paisa would be now charged for inspection of one volume of the register of firms under sub-section (1) of section 66, for inspection of all documents related to one firm under sub-section (2) of section 66 regarding inspection of register and filed documents and Rs. 20 against previous fee of twenty five paise for each hundred words or part thereof regarding copies from the register of firms under section 67 for the purpose of grant of copies.
Notably, barring Punjab and Haryana, other major states like Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh have been charging higher fee for various services offered under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932.

Petrol price on Friday crossed the Rs 90-per-litre mark in the national capital, and diesel soared to Rs 80.60 after rates were increased for the 11th consecutive day in a row.
Petrol price on Friday was hiked by 31 paise per litre and diesel by 33 paise,
This pushed the petrol price to Rs 90.19 a litre in Delhi and to Rs 96.62 in Mumbai.
Diesel now comes for Rs 80.60 a litre in the national capital and for Rs 87.62 in Mumbai.
In 11 days, retail petrol prices have risen by Rs 3.24 a litre, a record since the pricing was deregulated in 2010, and diesel rates have gone up by Rs 3.47. Petrol price has already surged past the Rs 100-mark in some places in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, which levy the highest VAT on the fuel. Retail pump prices defer from state to state depending on the local taxes (VAT) and freight.
