Shri Bhatia is an IAS Officer of 1990 batch of Jharkhand cadre. Earlier, he has worked as the Additional Secretary in the Dept. of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He has got vast experience of governance and management of District & State level Organisations. He has also served as the Principal Secretary in the Dept. of Labour & Employment and Women & Child Development in the Government of Jharkhand.
Shri Bhatia, holds an M.Phil in Defence & Strategic Studies from the Madras University, Masters degree in Business Administration from Faculty of Mgmt. Studies, University of Delhi and a Masters in International Development from Harvard University, Cambridge, USA. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He has various research papers on Governance and Social Protection to his credit.

Total. 459 deaths were reported in the last 24 hours.
As per Medical Bulletins Six States account for 83.01% of the new deaths.
Maharashtra saw the maximum casualties (227)
. Punjab follows with 55 daily deaths
.Five states, namely Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Chhattisgarh and Punjab cumulatively account for 78.9% of the total active cases in the country.
Maharashtra alone accounts for more than 61% of the active caseload of the country.

ओए झल्लेया मुबारकां! ओये आज के पवित्र ध्याड़े हरिद्वार में महाकुंभ मेला शुरू होने जा रहा है।ओये तुझे मलूम है कि अब की बार बारह के बजाय ग्यारह बरस में ही यह पवित्र मेला शुरू हो रहा है।यहां हसाडी प्राचीन संस्कृति की भव्यता के दर्शन और स्नान लाभ मिल सकेंगे। ओये हरिद्वार में ही कल्याणकारी अमृत की बूंदे गिरी थी ।यहीं देवताओं ने कुम्भ घटक दबाया हुआ है ।ओए कुम्भ स्नान से हसाडा जीवन सफल हो जाणा है

भापा जी! आस्था के इस महाकुंभ की आप जी को भी लख लख वधाइयाँ। वैसे तो व्यवस्थापक आज कल कोरोना महामारी की आपदा में भी अवसर बनाने पर तुले हैं लेकिन आम नागरिक इन अवसरों में आपदा लेकर घरों को लौटते हैं इसीलिए झल्लेविचारानुसार प्राचीन अमृत ज्ञान के साथ साथ आधुनिक कोरोना विज्ञान का पालन करते हुए ही अवसरों का लाभ लेने को कदम बढाने चहिए इसीलिए कोरोना प्रोटोकॉल जरूरी है
