राजस्थान स्टेट हज कमेटी के अधिशाषी अधिकारी, डॉ महमूद अली खान के अनुसार हज यात्रा 2020 के चयनित हज यात्रियों के हज कमेटी ऑफ इण्डिया से प्राप्त 5 हजार 512 पासपोर्ट का स्टेट हज कमेटी द्वारा भौतिक सत्यापन कर लिया गया है। हज आवेदकों के पासपोर्ट उनके कॅवर हैड के पासपोर्ट में दिये गये पते पर 20 जुलाई 2020 से जिलावार भिजवाया जा रहा है

As per information Singer Gurnam Bhullar alongwith Video Director Khushpal Singh and around 40 others were shooting for their song at Prime Mall, Rajpura in Violation of Covid-19 Guidelines and that they do not have any valid permission for the same.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took stock of the situation in various parts of the country and the preparedness of various States. The Prime Minister directed that we must reiterate the need to observe personal hygiene and social discipline in public places. The awareness about Covid should be disseminated widely and a continuous emphasis on preventing spread of the infection should be laid. He said that there is no room for any complacency in this regard.
The Prime Minister appreciated the concerted efforts of the Centre, State and local authorities in containing the pandemic situation in Delhi. He further directed that similar approach should be adopted with other State Governments in containing the Covid-19 pandemic in entire NCR area.

The Punjab government will set up a plasma bank to facilitate plasma therapy treatment in the state.
The approval for the same was given by Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh, while chairing a review meeting here via video conferencing, of the COVID-19 situation in the state on Thursday.
He approved the establishment of the plasma bank under the supervision and guidance of Neelam Marwaha, former Head of Blood Bank and Transfusion Medicine.
The plasma bank would serve as a ready inventory source for seriously ill patients or those at risk of severe diseases, and thus will enable a wider range of adults to be treated with convalescent plasma.
Plasma therapy is already being carried out as an ICMR trial project in the state’s government hospitals.

The Punjab Government will file a Letters Patent Appeal (LPA) in the High Court this week against the decision of a single judge in the matter of payment of school fee during the lockdown period.
A single judge of the High Court had, on June 30, ruled that all the schools were entitled to collect tuition fee irrespective of offering online classes during the lockdown.
In her ruling, Justice Nirmaljit Kaur had said all schools, whether they offer online classes during the lockdown period or not, are entitled to collect the tuition fee. However, the court ruled, the schools will continue to endeavour and impart online/ distance learning so education is not adversely impacted due to the present or future lockdowns imposed due to the pandemic.

The Haj House is located in the Sarojini Nagar area of Lucknow. Haj pilgrims stay here before embarking on their journey.
The DM said in a tweet that 1,000 beds will be set up there while maintaining all coronavirus-related protocols.
The DM instructed the zonal officer of the Lucknow Municipal Corporation to ensure cleanliness at the centre.
He also directed to provide nutritious food to patients to be admitted there

(New Delhi)ECHS Beneficiaries Allowed One Oximeter Per Family
As measuring of oxygen saturation level is one of the most important parameters for monitoring the health of COVID-19 patients, Ministry of Defence (MoD), Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DSEW) has decided to reimburse the cost of pulse oximeter purchased by the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) beneficiaries subject to the following conditions:
(a) The ECHS beneficiaries who have been tested positive for COVID-19 infection are permitted to purchase one pulse oximeter per family. In other words, in case there are more than one COVID positive cases in a family of ECHS beneficiary, they can claim reimbursement only for one pulse oximeter.
(b) The reimbursement shall be claimed as per actual cost of pulse oximeter, subject to a ceiling of Rs 1,200.
