(जयपुर) 18 पाक विस्थापितों को मिले नागरिकता प्रमाण पत्र
कलक्टर अन्तर सिंह नेहरा ने शुक्रवार को कलक्ट्रेट सभागार में 18 पाक विस्थापितों को नागरिकता प्रमाण पत्र प्रदान किये। नेहरा ने इन्हें बधाई देते हुए कहा कि आप अब भारत के स्वतंत्र नागरिक के रूप में संविधान की ओर से दिए गए सभी अधिकारों और सुविधाओं का उपयोग कर सकेंगे। साथ ही जागरूक एवं जिम्मेदार नागरिक के रूप में देश की प्रगति में अपना योगदान कर सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि जयपुर जिला प्रशासन लगातार पात्र लोगों को नागरिकता प्रदान करने का कार्य कर रहा है। आज से पहले भी 50 लोगों को नागरिकता दी जा चुकी है। उन्होंने कहा कि जल्दी ही सभी पात्र लोगों को नागरिकता प्रदान कर समस्त प्रकरणों का निस्तारण किया जाएगा।

The book, “Jinnah: His Successes, Failures and Role in History”, claiming to be a “path-breaking” examination of one of the most controversial figures of the twentieth century, is written by Swedish political scientist and a noted author of Pakistani descent Ishtiaq Ahmed.
Born on December 25th, 1876, Mohd Ali Jinnah served as leader of the All-India Muslim League from 1913 until Pakistan’s creation on August 14, 1947. He then served as Pakistan’s first governor-general until his death in 1948.
Friday, September 11 marked the 72nd death anniversary of the founder of Pakistan.
“Jinnah has been both celebrated and reviled for his role in the Partition of India, and the controversies surrounding his actions have only increased in the seven decades and more since his death.
Ahmed, whose earlier books include “Pakistan: The Garrison State-Origins, Evolution, Consequences (1947-2011)” and “The Punjab Bloodied, Partitioned and Cleansed”, is presently a professor emeritus at Stockholm University.

Rahul Gandhi on Thursday Tweeted “illegal” detention of political leaders damages the fabric of the country.
Whereas Soz has alleged that he has been detained in his house since August 5 last year, when the Centre revoked the special status of Jammu and Kashmir.
On Wednesday, the Supreme Court took on record the Jammu and Kashmir administration’s statement that former Union minister Soz was never placed under detention and disposed of his wife’s plea seeking his release.

The drone was spotted hovering in the skies by a BSF party on patrol duty
BSF personnel shot down the flying object 250 metres inside Indian territory.
