Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Friday announced that he will not attend a meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) being hosted by the United Arab Emirates over the grouping’s failure to rescind the invitation to his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj.
Swaraj has been invited to the OIC meeting as a guest of honour despite strong protest from Pakistan. Qureshi informed Parliament that he would not be attending the conference in the UAE on March 1-2.
Mentioning that the “UAE has always helped Pakistan in difficult times”, Qureshi noted with regret that despite Pakistan’s protest, the OIC’s invitation to Swaraj was not rescinded.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुरादाबाद के रहने वाले शाहरुख़ के पास से एक मोबाइल फोन बरामद किया गया। इस मोबाइल में कुछ ‘‘संदेहास्पद नंबर’’ थे। वह सीमावर्ती इलाके में एक मोटरसाइकिल पर बेडशीट बेच रहा था।
उन्होंने कहा कि व्यक्ति के पास एक आधार कार्ड था। पूछताछ के दौरान मोहम्मद शाहरुख ने सवालों का संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया। इसके बाद उसे आगे की पूछताछ और जांच के लिए पुलिस को सौंप दिया गया।

India had informed about Counter Terrorism (CT) action it took yesterday against a training camp of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) in Pakistan based on credible evidence that JeM intended to launch more attacks. Against this Counter Terrorism Action, Pakistan has responded this morning by using its Air Force to target military installations on the Indian side. Due to our high state of readiness and alertness, Pakistan’s attempts were foiled successfully.
The Pakistan Air Force was detected and the Indian Air Force responded instantly. In that aerial engagement, one Pakistan Air Force fighter aircraft was shot down by a MiG 21 Bison of the Indian Air Force. The Pakistani aircraft was seen by ground forces falling from the sky on the Pakistan side. In this engagement, we have unfortunately lost one MiG 21. The pilot is missing in action. Pakistan has claimed that he is in their custody. We are ascertaining the facts.

पाकिस्तान की सेना ने मंगलवार को आरोप लगाया कि भारतीय वायुसेना ने मुजफराबाद सेक्टर में नियंत्रण रेखा (एलओसी) का उल्लंघन किया है।
सेना की मीडिया शाखा अंतर-सेवा जन संपर्क (आईएसपीआर) के महानिदेशक मेजर जनरल आसिफ गफूर के ट्वीट के अनुसार ‘‘भारतीय वायुसेना के विमान मुजफराबाद सेक्टर से घुसे। पाकिस्तानी वायुसेना की ओर से समय पर और प्रभावी जवाब मिलने के बाद वह जल्दीबाजी में अपने बम गिरा कर बालाकोट के करीब से बाहर निकल गए। पाकिस्तान सूत्रों के अनुसार पुलवामा के पश्चात् भारतीय कढ़े रुख को देखते हुए सीमा के इन केम्पों से आतंकवादियों को हटा लिया गया था लेकिन भारतीय सूत्रों के अनुसार २०० से अधिक आतंकवादी मारे गए हैं जानमाल को कोई नुकसान नहीं हुआ है।’’ कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने पाकिस्तानी सीमा में आतंकी शिविरों पर भारतीय वायुसेना द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई को लेकर वायुसेना के पायलटों को सलाम किया।
गांधी ने ट्वीट कर कहा, ‘मैं वायुसेना के पायलटों को सलाम करता हूं।’
गौरतलब है कि यह आरोप जम्मू-कश्मीर के पुलवामा में 14 फरवरी को सीआरपीएफ के काफिले पर हुए जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के आत्मघाती हमले के बाद दोनों देशों में बढ़े तनाव के बीच लगाया गया है। हमले में सुरक्षा बल के 40 जवाब शहीद हुए थे।

USA Republican President Donald J Trump has said New Delhi is looking at something “very strong” in the wake of the Pulwama terror attack.
Forty CRPF personnel were killed and five injured on February 14 in one of the deadliest terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir when a suicide bomber of Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) rammed a vehicle carrying a huge quantity of explosives into their bus in Pulwama district.
Trump, after his meeting with a visiting Chinese trade delegation led by Vice Premier Liu He, told reporters in the Oval Office of the White House on Friday that “in Kashmir, it’s very dangerous”.
The President referred to the possibility of a strong response from India in the wake of the terrorist attack.

“Pakistan was taking very strong advantage of the United States under other presidents and we were paying Pakistan 1.3 billion a year. I ended that payment to Pakistan because they weren’t helping us in a way that they should have. “We are not surprised that the Prime Minister of Pakistan refuses to acknowledge the attack on our security forces in Pulwama as an act of terrorism. Prime Minister of Pakistan has neither chosen to condemn this heinous act nor condoled with the bereaved families.
Disclaiming any link between the terrorist attack and Pakistan is an oft-repeated excuse by Pakistan. The Pakistani Prime Minister has ignored claims made by the Jaish-e-Mohammad, as well as by the terrorist, who perpetrated this heinous crime. It is a well-known fact that Jaish-e-Mohammad and its leader Masood Azhar are based in Pakistan. These should be sufficient proof for Pakistan to take action”
The Prime Minister of Pakistan has offered to investigate the matter if India provides proof. This is a lame excuse. In the horrific attack in Mumbai on 26/11, proof was provided to Pakistan. Despite this, the case has not progressed for the last more than 10 years. Likewise, on the terror attack on Pathankot airbase, there has been no progress. Promises of “guaranteed action” ring hollow given the track record of Pakistan.
The Prime Minister has referred to a “Naya Pakistan” with a new thinking. In this “Naya Pakistan”, Ministers of the current Government publicly share platforms with terrorists like Hafeez Saeed who have been proscribed by the United Nations.
Pakistan’s Prime Minister has called for dialogue and expressed his readiness to talk about terrorism. India has repeatedly stated that it is ready to engage in a comprehensive bilateral dialogue in an atmosphere free from terror and violence.
Pakistan claims to be the greatest victim of terrorism. This is far from truth. The international community is well acquainted with the reality that Pakistan is the nerve center of terrorism.
It is regrettable that the Pakistani Prime Minister has insinuated that India’s response to the terrorist attack is determined by the forthcoming General Election. India rejects this false allegation. India’s democracy is a model for the world which Pakistan would never understand. We demand Pakistan to stop misleading the international community and take credible and visible action against the perpetrators of Pulwama terrorist attack and other terrorists and terror groups operating from areas under their control.

पुलवामा आतंकी घटना से आमजन में पाकिस्तान के प्रति जन आक्रोश के कारण एवं पाकिस्तान के सीमावर्ती जिला होने के कारण जिला मजिस्ट्रेट कुमारपाल गौतम ने दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता की धारा 144 के तहत बीकानेर निषेधाज्ञा के प्रावधान लागू किए हैं।
इन प्रावधानों के तहत बीकानेर शहर एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रहने वाले पाकिस्तानी नागरिकों को 48 घन्टे की अवधि में बीकानेर जिले की राजस्व सीमा से बाहर चले जाने एवं बीकानेर की राजस्व सीमा में स्थित किसी भी धर्मशाला, होटल एवं हॉस्पीटल इत्यादि में पाक नागरिको के रहने, ठहरने को भी प्रतिबंधित किया गया है। प्रावधानों के तहत बीकानेर जिले के निवासी भारतीय नागरिक, पाकिस्तान के नागरिकों से प्रत्यक्ष एवं अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से व्यापारिक संबंध नही रखेगें या पाकिस्तानी नागरिको को किसी भी प्रकार का रोजगार नही देंगें।
इसी प्रकार पाकिस्तान से प्राप्त हो रही स्पूफ कॉल्स के मद्देनजर कोई भी नागरिक किसी भी दूरसंचार माध्यम से किसी भी प्रकार की सैन्य/संवेदनशील जानकारी अनजान व्यक्तियों से आदान-प्रदान नही करेगा एवं जिला बीकानेर का कोई भी व्यक्ति पाकिस्तान में रजिस्टर्ड सिम का उपयोग भी नही करेगा। किसी भी पाकिस्तानी नागरिक को इस आदेश से कोई आपति है तो जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष उपस्थित होकर अपना प्रतिवेदन प्रस्तुत कर सकेग। प्रावधानों के तहत जिन पाक नागरिकों का विदेशी नागरिक पंजीयन अधिकारी (एफआरओ) के पास रजिस्ट्रेशन हो रखा है,उन पर ये आदेश (बिन्दू संख्या 1 से 3 ) लागू नहीं होगा।
जिला मजिस्ट्रेट के आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से सोमवार से लागू हो गए हैं तथा दो माह तक या उससे पूर्व निरस्त कर दिए जाने पर उस दिनांक तक प्रभावशाली रहेगा। आदेशानुसार इसका उल्लंघन करने वाले व्यक्ति एवं व्यक्तियों पर भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की धारा 188 के अन्तर्गत अभियोग चलाए जा सकेंगे
