अरविन्द केजरीवाल V/S शीला दीक्षित

आम आदमी पार्टी [आप] के नेता अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आज शुक्रवार को दक्षिण दिल्ली में ओखला के शाहीनबाग में बेघर किये गए लोगों के समर्थन में राज्य सरकार को घेरने का प्रयास किया| राजधानी दिल्ली के शाहीन बाग में 500 घरों को गिराने के विरोध में आदमी पार्टी के संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने आज सुबह दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित के घर का घेराव किया| मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित ने तबियत खराब होने का कारण देते हुए केजरीवाल से पब्लिक के सामने बाहर आ कर बात करने से इंकार कर दिया |इस पर केजरीवाल ने दीक्षित के घर के बाहर धरना दिया|.केजरीवाल ने मंगल वार को बेघर किये गए 500 घरों के लोगों के दर्द को शेयर करते हुए प्रदेश सरकार पर आरोप लगाया कि लोगों के पास जमीन के कागजात और आईडी प्रूफ होने के बाद भी बिना किसी नोटिस के जबरन लोगों के घर गिराए गए.| इसमें भी एक बड़े भूमि घोटाले का संदेह व्यक्त किया गया है।
दिल्ली सरकार ने मंगलवार की दोपहर यहां लोगों के घर गिरवा दिए थे| अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अपने समर्थकों के साथ शाहीन बाह इलाके का दौरा किया.|
केजरीवाल के मुताबिक उन्होंने प्रभावित लोगों की परेशानी बयान करने के लिए शीला दीक्षित से मिलने का वक्त मांगा था, लेकिन उन्होंने मिलने से इनकार कर दिय| मुख्यमंत्री उनसे मिलने के लिए वक्त नहीं निकालती हैं तो भी वह शाहीनबाग के बेघर लोगों के साथ शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास पर बातचीत करने जाने का एलान किया और पुलिस ने उन्हें नहीं जाने की हिदायत दी अन्यथा सख्ती से निबटने की चेतावनी दी गई |
केजरीवाल ने कहा कि जिन लोगों के घर उजाड़े गए हैं वे बेहद गरीब हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि क्या मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित के मन में कोई संवेदना नहीं बची है। मुख्यमंत्री को जानना चाहिए कि इस कड़ाके की ठंड में लोग बेघर कर दिए गए हैं|
केजरीवाल का कहना था कि जिन लोगों का आशियाना गिराया गया है वे वर्षो से यहां रह रहे हैं, उनके पास जमीन के कागज, मतदाता पहचान पत्र, गैस कनेक्शन और आधार कार्ड तक हैं।अगर किसी के पास कुछ कागजात कम भी होंगे तो बिना उनके पुनर्वास के ऐसी कार्रवाई कैसे की जा सकती है? सरकारी बुलडोजर चलने से पहले लोगों को नोटिस तक नहीं दिया गया। लोग घरों से सामान तक नहीं निकाल सके। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि इन घरों को गिराने का आदेश गलत तरीके से दिया गया है, ये घर जिस जमीन पर बने थे वह काफी महंगी है। आखिर किसकी नजर है इस जमीन पर? जो यह साजिश करा रहा है। सरकार को इस कार्रवाई पर जवाब देना चाहिए।मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित ने बातचीत के लिए बुलाया, लेकिन जब केजरीवाल अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ बातचीत के लिए मुख्यमंत्री के घर के भीतर पहुंचे, तो शीला दीक्षित ने बात करने से इनकार कर दिया।
ऐसे में केजरीवाल अपने साथियों के साथ बाहर आकर दोबारा अपना धरना शुरू कर दिया। ।
केजरीवाल ने कहा, जिस जमीन पर ये लोग रह रहे हैं वह इन्हीं की जमीन है, इनके पास इसके दस्तावेज हैं। लेकिन यह अनाधिकृत है क्योंकि आपको मानचित्र सरकार द्वारा पास कराना होता है। उन्होंने कहा, लेकिन 4 अक्तूबर 2010 को सोनिया गांधी ने घोषणा की थी कि 1600 कालोनियों को नियमित किया जाएगा, यह कालोनी भी उसमें शामिल थी, लेकिन इसके बावजूद 500 घरों को ढहा दिया गया। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि पास के कई शोरूम को नहीं गिराया गया।
