मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल और गुजरात के मुख्य मंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के जबानी जंग जारी है जिसे देखकर तो यही लगता है कि दिल्ली के आकाश से आकाश २ को गुजरात[पाताल] की जमीन पर उतरने में अभी वक्त लग सकता
गांधी परिवार पर लगातार हमले करने वाले गुजरात के मुख्य मंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने अब केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री कपिल सिब्बल पर आरोप मंडा है कि सिब्बल उन्हें रिश्वत दे रहे हैं और इस रिश्वतखोरी के खिलाफ वे चुप नहीं बैठेंगे| गौरतलब है कि श्री मोदी ने शिक्षक दिवस के अवसर पर कहा था कि आकाश टैबलेट को लेकर कुछ ज्यादा ही चर्चा चल रही है जबकि यह अभी तक जमीन पर नहीं आ सका है. 11 महीने बीत चुके हैं और मुझे अब पता चला कि आखिर इसका नाम ‘आकाश’ क्यों है?उनके इस बयान के बाद कपिल सिब्बल ने नरेंद्र मोदी को ‘आकाश-2’ के दो उन्नत सैट भेजे थे| पता चला है कि नरेंद्र मोदी ने सिब्बल के इस आकाश को लेने से इंकार कर दिया है|अब नरेंद्र मोदी ने कपिल सिब्बल के इसी ट्रांजेक्शन को लेकर टिप्पणी की है कि कपिल सिब्बल उन्हें रिश्वत दे रहे हैं| मोदी ने कहा कि कपिल सिब्बल जनता के पैसों का गलत इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं. वह उन्हें टेबलेट के तौर पर घूस देना चाहते हैं | छात्र-छात्राओं को आकाश टेबलेट देने का किया गया वायदा अभी तक पूरा नहीं किया गया है| यह छात्रों के साथ धोखा है|

आकाश की वापसी के बाद श्री सिब्बल ने श्री मोदी पर कटाक्ष करते हुए कहा था कि इससे मोदी की शिक्षा विरोधी मानसिकता का पता चलता है और मोदी को अपना नाम बदलकर नरेंद्र विरोधी कर लेना चाहिए। ।
टैबलेट के वापस आने पर सिब्बल ने कहा था कि नरेंद्र मोदी को अपना नाम बदलकर नरेंद्र विरोधी रख लेना चाहिए। इससे पता चलता है कि गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री की मानसिकता कैसी है। आकाश का मतलब है शिक्षा

खबर यह भी आ रही है कि मोदी के गुजरात में न होने के कारण वह इस पार्सल को नहीं ले पाए। गौरतलब है कि आकाश के पहले संस्करण में कई खामियों के कारण उस पर रोक लगा दी गई थी। जिसके कारण बुकिंग होने के बावजूद आकाश बहुत से लोगों को नहीं मिला पाया था। अब उसके दूसरे संस्करण को उन्नत बताया जा रहा है। लेकिन वह भी अभी तक छात्रों के हाथ नहीं आया है।
मानव संसाधन कपिल सिब्बल आकाश को हमेशा से ही अपनी एक कामयाबी के रूप में देखते रहे हैं। कपिल सिब्बल ने मोदी को आकाश गिफ्ट कर यह दिखाने की कोशिश की थी कि आकाश कहीं नहीं गया है वह तैयार है बस बांटने की देरी है। लेकिन मोदी ने इसे घूस करार देकर नई राजनीतिक बहस की शुरूआत कर दी है। वैसे भी गुजरात चुनाव की तारीख की घोषणा हो चुकी है| इसीलिए मोदी केंद्र पर निशाना साधने का कोई भी मौका चूकना नहीं चाहते।
मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने अपने महत्वाकांक्षी प्रोजेक्ट आकाश-2 टैबलेट पर देश के तमाम महत्वपूर्ण नेताओं की फीडबैक लेने की योजना बनाई है। इसके तहत उसने एक ओर जहां सभी कैबिनेट मंत्रियों को आकाश-2 टैबलेट भेजे हैं वहीं अब सभी मुख्यमंत्रियों को टैबलेट भेजने की तैयारी है।आकाश टैबलेट एक छोटा कंप्यूटर है जिसे देश भर में सस्ती दर पर छात्रों को मुहैया कराने की योजना है. मंत्रालय से जुड़े एक अहम सूत्र के मुताबिक, देश के सभी मुख्यमंत्रियों के नाम लेटर तैयार हो चुके हैं। अगले एक-दो दिनों के भीतर मुख्यमंत्रियों के पास आकाश-2 भेजने का काम शुरू हो जाएगा। मंत्रालय कैबिनेट मंत्रियों की ओर से मिले पॉजिटिव फीडबैक से काफी उत्साहित है। उसे उम्मीद है कि अगर मुख्यमंत्रियों के पास यह टैबलेट भेजा जाता है तो कई राज्य अपने यहां इसे बांटने का फैसला कर सकते हैं।गुजरात की नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार ने मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय के भेजे हुए आकाश टैबलेट पीसी लेने से इनकार कर दिया. मंत्रालय अब इसे कूरियर से मोदी के पास भेजने की योजना बना रहा है.

सिब्बल की इस नसीहत पर मोदी ने ट्वीट किया कि सस्ते हथकंडों के बजाए सिब्बल देश के छात्रों को वर्ष 2011 में आकाश टैबलेट मुहैया कराने के अपने वादे के बारे में बताएं.
मोदी तो पाताल में रहते हैं
श्री सिब्बल का कहना है कि उन्होंने इस तरह का कोई वादा नहीं किया.अब सिब्बल के भिजवाए हुए टैबलेट को मोदी ने लेने से इंकार कर दिया है तो सिब्बल का कहना है कि मोदी तो पाताल में रहते हैं.
आकाश को लेकर सिब्बल और मोदी के बीच जारी इस जंग को देखकर तो यही लगता है कि आकाश को गुजरात की जमीन पर उतरने में अभी वक्त लग सकता है.
