Smt. Justice S. Vimala and Shri Justice Muthiah Thevar Vijayaraghavan, are promoted as judges of Madras High Court .President of India has signed these promotions.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President Pranab Mukherji has appointed Smt. Justice S. Vimala and Shri Justice Muthiah Thevar Vijayaraghavan, Additional Judges of the Madras High Court, to be Judges of the same High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their office.
