बसपा सुप्रीमो सुश्री मायावती ने कल अपनी विशाल रैली में जो तीखे या कड़े शब्दों का प्रयोग करके केंद्र सरकार पर प्रहार किये थे उन शब्दों को आज बसपा की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी में पूर्व की तरह अमली जामा नहीं पहना सकी |उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार को सपोर्ट जरी राकहने के संकेत दे दिए हैं|इस फैसले से अगर उत्तर प्रदेश की सपा सरकार को निराशा हुई तो केंद्र की यूं पी ऐ को राहत भी मिली है|
मायावती ने मंगलवार को अपनी महारैली में यूपीए सरकार को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि बुधवार की राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी बैठक में बसपा संप्रग सरकार अपना समर्थन देने पर दोबारा विचार करेगी|पार्टी की कार्यकारिणी की बैठक के बाद मायावती ने प्रेस को संबोधित करते हुए कहा,”पार्टी कार्यकारिणी और पार्टी संसदीय बोर्ड ने समर्थन पर अंतिम फैसला लेने के लिए मुझे अधिकृत किया है. सभी पहलुओं पर विचार करने के बाद ही अंतिम फैसला लिया जाएगा.” मायावती ने आगे कहा, “पार्टी ने फैसले लेने की जिम्मेदारी मुझे दी है और अब मेरा फर्ज है कि देश और पार्टी के हित को मद्देनजर रखते हुए कोई फैसला लूं. जल्द ही इस संबंध में कोई निर्णय लिया जाएगा और इसकी जानकारी आप लोगों को दी जाएगी.”टीकाकारों की राय में मायावती का यह फैसला सोचा समझा और रणनीति का हिस्सा है. उनके इस फैसले पर कांग्रेस पर दबाव भी बनेगा और पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं को वह बताने में कामयाब हो गई हैं कि चुनाव कभी हो सकते हैं और इसके लिए वह तैयार रहें

इस निर्णय के कारण

[१]अगर मायावती अलग होती हैं तो ये संसद में यूं पी ऐ के समर्थकों का आंकड़ा हो जाता 283 यानि सरकार रहेगी तो बहुमत में ही, लेकिन माया के विरोधी मुलायम सिंह यादव और ताकतवर हो जाते.ऐसे में मुलायम का कद सरकार में काफी बढ़ जाता यह मायावती की राजनीतिक सेहत के लिए ठीक नहीं होता| जाहिर है इसे ही ध्यान में रखते हुए मायावती ने कोई फैसला नहीं लिया
[२].मायावती के सामने एक और बड़ी चुनौती भी थी और वो है आय से अधिक संपत्ति का केस. कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ कर दिया कि उसने सीबीआई को बीएसपी अध्यक्ष मायावती के खिलाफ आय से अधिक संपत्ति के केस में आगे जांच करने से नहीं रोका है.सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि उसने कभी ऐसा नहीं कहा था कि सीबीआई को इस केस में जांच करने का अधिकार नहीं है. सीबीआई आय से ज्यादा संपत्ति के केस में आगे जांच करने के लिए स्वतंत्र है, लेकिन इसके लिए उसे राज्य सरकार से इजाजत लेनी होगी. संभवत इसी छाया से डरते हुए मायावती ने एक बार फिर यूपीए सरकार को समर्थन बनाए रखने या वापस लेने के फैसले को कुछ दिनों के लिए टाल दिया है। उन्होंने कल ही अपनी रैली में कहा था कि यूपीए सरकार को समर्थन देने के मुद्दे पर वे आज फैसला लेगी। लेकिन उन्होंने उधर रैली में यूपीए सरकार को समर्थन देने पर पुनर्विचार का ऐलान किया और इधर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई और मायावती को नोटिस जारी कर दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपने नोटिस में सीबीआई से कहा है कि अगर राज्य सरकार चाहे और अपनी अनुमति दे तो सीबीआई दोबारा मायावती के खिलाफ आय से अधिक संपत्ति के मामले में जांच शुरू कर सकती है। शायद इसी नोटिस का कमाल है कि मुलायम सिंह की तरह सांप्रदायिक ताकतों को रोकने के लिए केन्द्र की यूपीए सरकार के समर्थन पर पुनर्विचार का विचार कुछ दिनों के लिए टाल दिया है। हां, उन्होंने इतना जरूर कहा कि उनका भी दल समाजवादी पार्टी की तर्ज पर आमचुनाव के लिए तैयार है।अर्थार्त हाथी की सूंड फिर सी बी आई के हाथों में आ गई है|दूसरी तरफ भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता शाहनवाज हुसैन ने मायावती पर यही आरोप लगाकर उनसे सफाई भी मांग ली है। हुसैन ने कहा है कि मायावती जैसे नेता एक ओर तो एफडीआई के मुद्दे पर केंद्र की आलोचना कर रहे हैं, दूसरी ओर उसी का समर्थन कर रहे हैं। क्या ये नेता सीबीआई से डरे हुए हैं? राजनीतिक पर्यवेक्षकों का भी कहना है कि मायावती के खिलाफ आय से अधिक संपत्ति मामले में उच्चतम न्यायालय ने ‘सीबीआई को जांच के लिए स्वतंत्र है’ कह कर उन्हें पिछले पायदान पर ला दिया। अब वह समर्थन वापस नहीं ले सकती हैं।भाजपा के अध्यक्ष नितिन गडकरी ने मायावती को ललचाने के लिए यह लालीपाप दिखाया है कि भाजपा कि सरकार बनने पर नेताओं को ब्लैक मेल करने वाले सी बी आई के अफसरों के विरुद्ध जाँच करवाई जायेगी|
दरअसल मायावती खुद आय से अधिक संप‌त्ति के मामले में फंसी हैं।उत्तर प्रदेश में बसपा के पूर्व मंत्रिओं पर रोजाना भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लग रहे हैं |अब भाजपा जब पावर में आयेगी तब आयेगी फिलहाल तो सीबीआई और अदालती कार्रवाही का खौफ भी मुह फाड़े खड़ा है| इस सब के बावजूद अगर मायावती समर्थन वापिस लेती भी हैं तो भी केंद्र सरकार गिराने वाली नहीं उलटे सपा की बैसाखी की कीमत बढ जायेगी| ऐसे में केंद्र सरकार की नाराज़गी क्यूँ कर मौल ली जाए|शायद यही सोच कर मायावती आज केंद्र सरकार को समर्थन जारी रखने का एलान कर दिया है
