डाक्टर मन मोहन सिंह ने अपने मंत्री मंडल के चेहरे को बदलने के लिए इस सरकार में आख़री कवायद कर दी है २८ अक्टूबर को ४४ पोर्ट फोलिओज को इधर से उधर किया गया है|बेशक इसमें नए मंत्री शामिल किये गए हैं|एक आध दागी या लेस परफोरमर को हटाया गया है|समस्या पैदा करने वालों को बदला गया है|लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी जनता की अपेक्षा पर यह खरा नहीं उतरा है| सलमान खुर्शीद का प्रोमोशन + श्री प्रकाश जायसवाल,बेनी प्रसाद को अभय दान+ जय पाल रेड्डी को दंड देने से इस नए चेहरे में मुस्कान नहीं आ पाई है| विपक्ष के स्वाभाविक विरोध के अलावा मीडिया ने भी खूब चटखारे लेकर उछाला है|शायद इसीलिए इस नए चेहरे में मुस्कान लाने के लिए अपनी जांची परखी शाक थेरेपी को इस्तेमाल करने के संकेत आने लग गए हैं| तीन नए मंत्री पवन बंसल+वीरप्पा मोइली और मनीष तिवारी ने इसके संकेत भी देने शुरू कर दिए है|

बताते चलें कि शाक थेरेपी उसे कहा जाता है जहाँ आर्थिक सुधारों के लिए एक के बाद एक आर्थिक शाक /झटके दिए जाते हैं |अर्थ शास्त्र में मिल्टन फ्रेड्में और जेफरे के नाम से दो थेरेपी दर्ज़ हैं| इनकी मान्यता के अनुसार मोटे तौर पर आर्थिक स्थिति को सुद्र्ड करने के लिए सब्सिडी आदि की बैसाखियों हटाना जरुरी है| आर्थिक उदारीकरण जरुरी है|सरकार पर निर्भरता को दूर किय जाना जरुरी है| इसमें एक के बाद एक शाक उस समय तक दिए जाते हैं जब तक कि अपेक्षित लाभ नहीं मिल जाए| छठे दशक के बाद इसका प्रयोग हुआ मगर यह छोटे देशो तक ही सिमित रहा |इसका एक्सपेरिमेंट भारत में भी किया गया और पेट्रोल और रसोई गैस पर से सब्सिडी हटाई गई गई मगर तब इसका चहु और घनघोर विरोध हुआ |बेशक थोड़े समय के लिए दूसरे भ्रष्टाचार सरीखे मुद्दों से ध्यान हटा गया मगर देश इतना विशाल है कि यहाँ यह चिकित्सा ज्यादा देर नहीं चल पाई और सरकार की साख सुधरने के बजाये और दावं पर लग गई है| अपने घटक दल तक विरोधी हो गए|अब फिर वोही भ्रष्टाचार का मुद्दा हावी होता जा रहा है| इसीलिए यह विदेशी आयातित थेरेपी भारत जैसे विशाल देश के लिए उपयोगी हो पायेगी इसमें स्वाभाविक संदेह है|

I’m working on company shopping website that uses joomla as its server (if that’s the correct word). . Someone uploaded files with spaces and apostrophes in the wrong folder and Joomla won’t let me delete them in the usual way.. . How can I delete these files (or edit the file names so that they can then be deleted as normal)?. . I posted this question on the Joomla message board but so far no luck..
