प्रेस वार्ता में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता और पूर्वी दिल्ली की लोकसभा प्रभारी आतिशी ने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार जानबूझ कर सत्येन्द्र जैन को झूठे केस में फ़साने की कोशिश कर रही है। गृह मंत्रालय से जुड़े कुछ कागजात का हवाला देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि इन कागजों में साफ़ तौर पर देखा जा सकता है कि आप केंद्र सरकार ने सीबीआई को सत्येन्द्र जैन पर कार्यवाही करने के आदेश दिए हैं और इसका सिर्फ और सिर्फ एक ही कारण है कि दिल्ली में जो आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार है वो दिल्ली की कच्ची कालोनियों में विकास कार्य करवा रही है। क्योंकि सत्येन्द्र जैन दिल्ली के शहरी विकास मंत्री है, और तेजी से दिल्ली में विकास के कार्य करवा रहे है, इस बात से परेशान होकर केंद्र सरकार ने सत्येन्द्र जैन के खिलाफ ये षड्यंत्र रचा है।
आतिशी ने बताया दिल्ली सरकार के अलग अलग विभाग, अलग अलग कार्यों में करीब 2500 करोड़ के प्रोजेक्ट से कच्ची कॉलोनियों का काया कलप करने में लगे हैं।

“आप” ट्रेड विंग ने ज्वैलर्स के साथ मिलकर एक्साइज ड्यूटी वापस लेने की मांग करते हुए चांदनी चौक टाउन हाल से लाल किले तक विरोध प्रदर्शन किया।
इस धरना प्रदर्शन में राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता आशुतोष ने कहा कि हम केन्द्र सरकार की इस नीति का विरोध करते हैं|
सड़क से लेकर संसद तक हम केन्द्र सरकार की एक्साइज ड्यूटी का विरोध करेंगे। आप ट्रेड विंग के संयोजक बृजेश गोयल और अध्यक्ष सुभाष खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि हम ज्वैलरी व्यापारियों के साथ हैं तथा हम ज्वैलरी व्यापारियों के उपर थोंपे जा रहे इस काले कानून के खिलाफ इसी तरह प्रदर्शन करते रहेंगे।
ज्वैलर्स पर लगाई गई 1%एक्साइज ड्यूटी बहुत गलत है और यही एक्साइज ड्यूटी जब यूपीए सरकार ने लगाने की कोशिश की थी। तब खुद नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने इसका विरोध किया था इससे साबित होता है कि भाजपा की कथनी और करनी में कितना फर्क है।
इसके बाद टाउन हाल से लालकिले तक पैदल मार्च निकाला गया तथा विरोध प्रदर्शन किया।इस मार्च में ज्वेलर्स ने भी कदम मिलाये|

The AAP government which had informed Delhi High Court it was exploring possibilities to allot land for a minority school which has been functioning from tents since its demolition 40 years ago during Emergency, has now said allotment of land would be done by the DDA.
The submission was made before a bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Jayant Nath, during hearing of a plea that despite promises of land and building, nothing was done and the school continued to function in a “tattered, tented and tinned structure, without a building” since 1976.
“The allotment of land for institutional purpose including schools is done by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA)…The court may issue appropriate direction to DDA,” Delhi government has said in its affidavit.
DDA on the other hand told the court that in “accordance with a gazette notification of April 19, 2006, issued by the Ministry of Urban Development, at present the land for schools can be got through auction only.”
The Delhi government’s response came in the backdrop of the court’s notice issued on a PIL seeking reconstruction of the building of the minority school.
The PIL filed by civil activist Firoz Bakht Ahmed contended the state of affairs at the Qaumi School was “sad and pitiable” as it was functioning from the grounds of the Eidgah at Quresh Nagar in Old Delhi after its building was demolished on June 30, 1976, during Emergency.
The PIL has contended that children from the “down-trodden and backward class have to suffer due to threats of closure, makeshift classrooms, leaking roofs and no proper facilities.

केन्द्रीय सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्री अरूण जेटली ने आज 2016 का भारत सरकार का कैलेंडर जारी किया, जिसमें नरेन्द्र मोदी सरकार की ‘‘राष्ट्रीय प्राथमिकताओं और एजेंडा’’ पर जोर दिया गया है।
जेटली ने कहा कि तस्वीरों और संदेशों के माध्यम से यह कैलेंडर विकास के अनगिनत विषयों का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है जिसपर हमारी राष्ट्रीय प्राथमिकताओं और राष्ट्रीय एजेंडा पर खास जोर दिया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘लेकिन, तब, विकास के कैंलेंडर में कोई आखिरी तारीख नहीं होती। यह एक जारी प्रक्रिया होती है। मैं उम्मीद करता हूं कि वे सभी भी विकास के संदेश की शक्ति महसूस करेंगे जिन्हें कैलेंडर मिला, खास कर हमारे निर्वाचित प्रतिनिधि।’’
यह कैलेंडर कौशल विकास, डिजिटल इंडिया और स्मार्ट सिटी कार्यक्रमों से ले कर जन धन पहल तक भाजपा सरकार की प्रमुख योजनाओं को उजागर करता है।ऐसे समय जब सरकार पर विकास से ध्यान ‘‘हटाने’’ के आरोप लग रहे हैं,
इसके इतर डीडीसीए मुद्दे पर केन्द्रीय वित्त मंत्री अरूण जेटली के इस्तीफे की मांग करते हुये कई पार्टी विधायकों के नेतृत्व में “आप” के सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ताओं ने आज उनके आवास के नजदीक प्रदर्शन किया।
पुलिस ने कार्यकर्ताओं पर पानी की बौछार की और हल्का लाठीचार्ज किया।
पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता संजय सिंह के अनुसार 26 दिसंबर को पार्टी पूरे देश में सभी जिला मुख्यालयों पर इसी तरह का विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित करेगी।
आप विधायक सोमनाथ भारती ने संवाददाताओं को बताया, ‘‘हम लोग यहां अरूण जेटली से यह कहने आए हैं कि वह मंत्री पद छोड़ दें क्योंकि उनके पास उन विभागों का प्रभार है जिनके पास वे दस्तावेजों हैं जो उनको दोषी अथवा निर्दोष साबित कर सकते हैं । एक अच्छे नागरिक और उच्चतम न्यायालय के एक वरिष्ठ वकील के रूप में उनका कर्तव्य बनता है कि वह :एलके: आडवाणी के पद चिह्नों पर चलें।’’ हवाला घोटाले में नाम आने पर आडवाणी ने 1996 में लोकसभा से इस्तीफा दे दिया था। हालांकि, बाद में सबूतों के अभाव में मामला खारिज हो गया था।
प्रदर्शन में शामिल होने वाले अन्य विधायकों में अलका लांबा, विजेन्द्र गर्ग और आप की युवा शाखा के नेता अंकुश नारंग शामिल थे।

Calling Jaitley a “master of half truth and beautiful lies”, AAP leader Ashutosh made certain fresh allegations against the Finance Minister and said his comments that there was no specific charges against him was “misleading”.
Jaitley has strongly rejected the allegations calling them a propaganda technique of Kejriwal to deflect attention when he himself was in the “dock” following a CBI raid in Delhi Secretariat.
Addressing a press conferencehere, Ashutosh accused DDCA of allowing private firm 21st Century to sub-lease 10 corporate boxes at Feroz Shah Kotla stadium and claimed the firm owned by a friend of Jaitley was extended financial benefit to the tune of over Rs 5 crore for the deal.
The AAP leader asked Jaitley to clarify who were members of the 21st Century and whether it had any of his kin.
The AAP leader also accused Jaitley of putting pressure on ONGC to give an amount of Rs 5 crore to Hockey India and sought to know what was the reason behind it.

were garlanded and taken out on the shoulders of the supporters from the counting venue in the varsity.
A victory procession on a convoy of cars was taken led by the winners seated atop a jeep was taken out to the Swami Vivekanand statue at University Plaza where ABVP Delhi secretary Saket Bahuguna announced ABVP’s victory.
“It’s a victory of ABVP organisation as well as ideology of nationalism. Victory of our candidates has been ensured by our year long struggle on students related issues on the campus and also because of our strong organisation having dedicated workers,” he said.
Sunny Dedha, the vice president of DUSU said, “It’s a victory of ABVP volunteers who worked hard during campaigning.
We will now focus on various issues and schemes for students and work on them for a better campus environment.
Anjali Rana who was overwhelmed by her victory too expressed similar sentiments promising to work for security of girl students of DU.
Chhattarpal Yadav, who won the Joint Secretary post said, “Our victory is a message for those who appeared on campus during the elections only while we worked continuously in the interests of students.”

AAP Party Has Alleged That DCW Is clearly working on a political agenda under its current chairperson.
Her public statements make it clear that she is speaking the language of her political masters, which is not in keeping with the dignified post she holds.
The Aam Aadmi Party takes strong exceptions to her utterances and demands that the Delhi government should look into the state of affairs of the commission.
The attempts to browbeat the lawyers representing the Malviya Nagar MLA and Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti by the commission chairperson are condemnable.
While Backing Law Minister Mr Bharti It Is Said That through his lawyers Mr Bharti wanted to inform the DCW that he will
appear before the commission at a later date.
This was done by Mr Bharti despite the fact that the summons by the DCW were sent to him on wrong addresses, but showing full respect for the commission he decided to be represented before it. The attempts by the DCW chairperson, who is a former MLA of the Congress party, to create a controversy on the issue clearly showed her real intentions.
How far is it justified to send summons on wrong addresses repeatedly in a hurry and make public statements about them ?
It appears that the DCW chairperson acted on a well thought out plan to divert attention from the real issues facing the residents of Khirki Extension. The women from that area have already submitted their grievances before the DCW and the AAP demands justice on the issue.
