केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में बिना नाम लिए दिल्ली के सीएम् अरविन्द केजरीवाल के आरोपों को अनर्गल आरोप बताया |जेटली ने बताया के कहा जा रहा है के नोटबंदी के फैसले के विषय में भाजपा द्वारा कुछ लोगों को पहले बता दिया गया था जिसके फलस्वरूप बैंकों में अप्रत्याशित रूप से बैंकों में डिपाजिट बढ़ गया था|इस आरोप का जवाब देते हुए वित्त मंत्री ने कहा के मात्र सितंबर में डिपोसिट बढ़ था और वोह भी वेतन आयोग लागू किये जाने का कारण बढ़ा
इससे पूर्व दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने 500 और 1,000 रु के पुराने नोटों का चलन बंद करने को एक ‘‘बड़ा घोटाला’’ बताते हुए आरोप लगाया है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की घोषणा से काफी पहले ही भाजपा ने अपने सभी ‘‘दोस्तों’’ को फैसले की जानकारी दे दी थी और इस फैसले को तत्काल वापस लेने की मांग की।
उन्होंने केंद्र के इस फैसले को ‘काला बाजारी करने वाले लोगों’’ की बजाय आम आदमी की ‘‘छोटी बचत’’ पर ‘‘लक्षित हमला’’ बताया। केजरीवाल ने अपने दावे को सही साबित करने के लिए कहा कि भाजपा की पंजाब शाखा के अध्यक्ष संजीव कम्बोज मोदी की घोषणा से कुछ दिन पहले ही सोशल मीडिया पर 2,000 रपए के नये नोटों के साथ दिखे थे।
उन्होंने एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा, ‘‘जुलाई से सितंबर तक बैंकों में पैसे जमा करने में एकाएक काफी तेजी आयी थी जिससे साफ संकेत मिलते हैं कि भाजपा ने 500 और 1,000 रपए के पुराने नोटों का चलन बंद करने की प्रधानमंत्री की घोषणा से काफी पहले अपने सभी दोस्तों को इसकी जानकारी दे दी थी।’’ मुख्यमंत्री ने दावा किया कि पुराने नोटों का चलन बंद करने से काला धन प्रणाली में वापस नहीं आएगा।
उन्होंने साथ ही एक समाचार चैनल की रिपोर्ट दिखायी जिसमें जुलाई-सितंबर तिमाही में बैंकों में पैसे जमा करने में तेजी आने का दावा किया गया और कहा गया कि उस अवधि से पहले बैंकों में काफी कम’ पैसे जमा थे।

अरुण जेटली के अनुसार योजनाओं में अनिश्चितकाल के लिए नहीं लगाया जा सकता सरकारी पैसा
भारत के वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने आज कहा कि सरकारी पैसा विभिन्न योजनाओं में अनिश्चितकाल के लिए नहीं लगाया जा सकता, क्योंकि इससे दक्षता प्रभावित होती है और वृद्धि के रास्ते में अड़चन आती है।
पेंशनभोगियों के लिए वेबपोर्टल के शुभारंभ के मौके पर श्री जेटली ने कहा कि जारी सरकारी पैसे का इसके इस्तेमाल से तालमेल बैठाया जाना चाहिए। इसे राज्यों के पास निष्क्रिय पड़े रहने की अनुमति नहीं दी जानी चाहिए।
उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘आप ऐसा नहीं कर सकते कि सरकारी धन विभिन्न स्थानों पर अनिश्चितकाल के लिए पड़ा रहे।
इससे न केवल दक्षता प्रभावित होती है, बल्कि यह वृद्धि के रास्ते में भी अड़चन पैदा करता है।’’
सार्वजनिक वित्त प्रबंधन प्रणाली धन के वितरण की निगरानी करती है और यह सुनिश्चित करती है कि राज्यों के खजाने का केंद्र के साथ एकीकरण रहे, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित हो कि कब पैसे की जरूरत है। इसे केंद्रीय योजना स्कीम निगरानी प्रणाली[सीपीएसएमएस] भी कहा जाता है।
वित्त मंत्री द्वारा आज जिस वेबपोर्टल की शुरुआत की गई, वह एक स्थान पर सूचना प्रदान करने और शिकायतों के तेजी से निपटान की भूमिका निभाएगा।
इस पोर्टल के अलावा महालेखा नियंत्रक भवन का भी उद्घाटन किया गया। यह लेखा महानियंत्रक :सीजीए: का नया आधिकारिक कार्यालय परिसर है

भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर रघुराम राजन और वित्त मंत्रालय के कुछ वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों पर अपनी पार्टी के सांसद सुब्रण्मयम स्वामी की ओर से किए गए हमलों को आज खारिज करते हुए कहा कि ये[स्वामी] बयान ‘अनुचित’ हैं।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि राजन ‘कोई कम देशभक्त नहीं’ हैं । इसके साथ ही उन्होंने स्वामी पर वस्तुत: निशाना साधते हुए कहा ‘अगर कोई खुद को व्यवस्था से उपर समझता है तो यह गलत है।’
प्रधानमंत्री के इस बयान का वित्त मंत्री अरूण जेटली और भाजपा की ओर से स्वामी के हालिया बयानों से दूरी बनाए जाने के संदर्भ में खास महत्व है।
स्वामी ने हाल ही में राजन, मुख्य आर्थिक सलाहकार अरविंद सुब्रमण्यम और आर्थिक मामलों के सचिव शशिकांत दास पर निशाना साधा था।
स्वामी ने जेटली का नाम लिए बिना उन पर कुछ तल्ख टिप्पणियां की थीं ।
प्रधानमंत्री ने ‘टाइम्स नाउ’ से कहा, ‘‘चाहे ये मेरी पार्टी में हो या नहीं, मेरा मानना है कि ये चीजें अनुचित हैं।
प्रचार पाने की इस लालसा से कभी भी देश का भला नहीं होगा।
लोगों को बहुत जिम्मेदारी के साथ व्यवहार करना चाहिए।
अगर कोई खुद को व्यवस्था से उपर समझता है तो ये गलत है।’’
स्वामी का नाम लिए बगैर मोदी से सवाल किया गया था कि ‘आपके राज्यसभा सांसद’ ने रघुराम राजन के खिलाफ जो टिप्पणियां की हैं क्या वे उचित हैं ?
एक अन्य महत्वपूर्ण घटना क्रम में वित्त मंत्री अरूण जेटली चीन से लौट आये
उन्होंने खुद पर और अपने मंत्रालय के शीर्ष अधिकारियों पर भाजपा नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी की ओर से किए गए कथित हमलों की पृष्ठभूमि में अपना चीन दौरा एक दिन घटाते हुए संक्षिप्त कर दिया और स्वदेश लौट आए।
जेटली का पांच दिवसीय चीन दौरा बीते 24 जून को आरंभ हुआ था और इस दौरे मुख्य मकसद एशियाई आधारभूत संरचना निवेश बैंक [AIIB]के संचालन मंडल की पहली बैठक में शामिल होना था।
वित्त मंत्री बीती रात स्वदेश लौट आए।
यह उस समय हुआ है जब मीडिया में खबरें आईं है कि जेटली स्वामी के हमलों से नाखुश हैं जिनके दायरे में मुख्य आर्थिक सलाहकार अरविंद सुब्रमण्यम और आर्थिक मामलों के सचिव शशिकांत दास भी आए हैं। वित्त मंत्री चाहते हैं कि पार्टी स्वामी पर लगाम लगाने के लिए कदम उठाए।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today disapproved of party MP Subramanian Swamy’s attacks on RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan and some top finance ministry officials saying they are “inappropriate”.
Calling Rajan “no less patriotic”, he virtually ticked off Swamy saying “if anybody considers himself above the system then it is wrong”.
The Prime Minister’s comments assume significance in the context of Finance Minister Arun Jaitley and the BJP distancing themselves from Swamy’s recent attacks on Rajan, CEA Arvind Subramananian and Economic Affairs Secretary Shaktikanta Das.
Swamy also had made some carping comments about Jaitley without taking his name.
“Whether it is in my party or not, still I think such things are inappropriate. This fondness for publicity is never going to do any good to the nation. People should conduct themselves with utmost responsibility. If anybody considers himself above the system, it is wrong,” the Prime Minister told Times Now.
Without taking the name of Swamy, Modi was asked about the comments of “your Rajya Sabha MP” in the context of Raghuram Rajan and queried whether it was appropriate.
Even after that there have been criticisms made against very senior government officials, the questioner said recalling Modi’s recent counsel to party leaders in Allahabad to maintain balance and restraint in their speech and conduct.
“My message is very clear. I have no confusion about it,” Modi said when he was asked whether his message on the issue is clear.
Modi then went on to praise Rajan, who has said no to a second term in RBI, saying his patriotism was no less and was sure that he would continue to serve India irrespective of whether he was in some position or not.
“My experience with him has been good and I appreciate the work that he has done. He is no less patriotic. He loves India. Wherever he will work, he will work for India and he is patriotic,” he said in an apparent riposte to Swamy’s attack that Rajan not mentally fully Indian.
Referring to apprehensions whether Rajan would be allowed to complete his term, the prime minister said though he was appointed by the previous UPA government, Rajan would be completing his term

BJP MP Subramanian Swamy today issued veiled threat to those asking him to follow restraint saying if he “disregarded discipline there will be a bloodbath.”
“People giving me unasked advice of discipline and restraint don’t realise that if I disregard discipline there would be a bloodbath,” he tweeted in an obvious attack on Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.
Though he did not name Jaitley, he was obviously referring to the Minister urging him for restraint and discipline in the wake of his attacks on Chief Economic Adviser Arvind Subramanian on Wednesday and his use of the word discipline in defending Economic Affairs Secretary Shaktikanta Das yesterday.
In another apparent swipe at Jaitley, whose photographs of meeting with the Bank of China Chairman Tian Guoli in Beijing in a longue suit appeared in newspapers today, Swamy asked BJP to advise ministers to wear traditional and modernised Indian cloths when abroad.
“BJP should direct our Ministers to wear traditional and modernised Indian clothes while abroad. In coat and tie they look like waiters,” Swamy said in another tweet.
Swamy has been active on Twitter over the last two-three days, attacking officials of Finance Ministry and taking swipe at Jaitley.

BJP MP Subramanian Swamy today said he will “suspend” his demand for sacking the chief economic advisor if the government considers him patriotic despite his attempts in the past of trying to twist India’s arm.
A day after the government came out in strong defence of CEA Arvind Subramanian in face of his barrage of attack, Swamy tweeted this morning “If an Indian?, held patriotic, can advise a foreign nation where he works, to twist India’s arm, is to be forgiven, then I suspend my demand”.
Swamy tweeted.”AS (Arvind Subramanian) to US Cong: “US initiatives by discriminating against India companies and exporters will exert pressure on India to open up” AS 13/3/13 !,”
Swamy yesterday caused a flutter when he sought Subramanian’s sacking for allegedly taking anti-India stance when he was an IMF economist in Washington prior to joining the Finance Ministry.
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley debunked Swamy’s call for sacking Subramanian saying “Government has full confidence in CEA. His advice to government from time to time has been of great value”.
Subramanian was appointed CEA by the BJP government in October 2014 after his predecessor Raghuram Rajan moved to the RBI as Governor in September 2013.
Swamy further tweeted today “If BJP Union govt says that we know all about AS but still he is an asset, then I will suspend my demand and wait for events to prove truth”.
