Election Commission To Launch Mission of Electoral Roll Authentication & Purification From 1st March
New Chief Election Commissioner Mr. H.S. Brahma has announced that ECI will be launching Mission of Electoral Roll authentication and Purification drive from March 1st, 2015.
Inaugurating a workshop on “ Linking of Aadhaar with Electoral Roll Database and Launching of Electoral Roll Authentication and Purification Drive“, at Dr. MCR HRD Institute, Hyderabad yesterday, Shri Brahma advised all his subordinates to come up with suitable action plan to expedite so that the mission could be completed by August 15th, 2015.
The DG and Mission Director of UIDAI, Dr. Vijay S. Madan assured all necessary support from UIDAI.
The workshop was organised by CEO Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
ECI has decided to mark year 2015 as the year of “Easy Registration and Easy Correction”. Within this mission ECI has already launched “National Voter Service Portal (NVSP)” on 25th January 2015 on the occasion of National Voters Day.

आम आदमी पार्टी [आप] को झाड़ू [ ‘Broom’ ]चुनाव चिन्ह आवंटित हो गया है | एलेक्शन कमीशन द्वारा जारी इस चुनाव चिन्ह को प्राप्त करके पार्टी ने प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की है| सोश्लाईट से पोलिटिक्स में आये और दिल्ली में भाग्य आजमाने उतरे अरविन्द केजरीवाल की आम आदमी पार्टी का कहना है कि झाड़ू श्रम गरिमा+गौरव का महत्त्व स्थापित करता है अब इस झाड़ू के चुनाव चिन्ह से दिल्ली की समस्त ७० विधान सभाओं में राजनीती+प्रशासन पर जमी दशकों की गर्द को साफ किया जायेगा| भ्रष्ट सरकार को साफ़ किया जाएगा| और इस झाड़ू के चिन्ह को ३ अगस्त को लांच किया जाएगा|सी एस डी एस+सी वोटर+टोटल टी द्वारा कराये गए सर्वेक्षणों के नतीजों से उत्साहित पार्टी ने इस चुनाव चिन्ह से दिल्ली की सरकार को साफ़ करने का संकल्प दोहराया है|
