भाजपा के राजस्थान से राज्य सभा के लिए क्लीन स्वीप के मसूबों को असफल करने के लिए कांग्रेस ने मोरारका पर दावं लगाया है |
कमल मोरारका केंद्रीय मंत्री रह चुके हैं लेकिन अब उन्होंने निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार के रूप में परचा भरा है | राज्य सभा की चार सीटों के लिए राजस्थान में ११ जून को चुनाव होंगे |भाजपा शासित इस राज्य में २०० विधायकों वाली असेंबली है जिसमे मुख्य मंत्री वसुंधरा राजे के न्रे तत्व भाजपा के खाते में १६० विधायक हैं जिसके बल पर भाजपा क्लीनस्वीप की तैयारी में हैं |यद्पि कांग्रेस के पास केवल २४ विधायक हैं लेकिन कांग्रेस ने निर्दलीय कमल मोरारका को स्पोर्ट करके भाजपा को कड़ी मेहनत करने पर मजबूर कर दिया है|राज्य सभा में यहां से एक सदस्य भेजने के लिए प्रदेश में ४१ विधायक वोट होने जरूरी हैं|नेशनल पीपल पार्टी और बसपा के क्रमश चार और तीन विधायक हैं| नेशनल यूनियनिस्ट ज़मींदार पार्टी[National Unionist Zamindara Party ]के दो के अलावा सात निर्दलीय भी हैं |भाजपा ने अपने भारी भरकम यूनियन मिनिस्टर वेंकैय्या नायडू के आलावा पार्टी के वाईस प्रेजिडेंट ओम प्रकाश माथुर का साथ ही फॉर्मर आरबीआई के रामकुमार शर्मा और डूंगरपुर रॉयल फैमिली के हर्ष वर्धन सिंह को उतारा है |इसी गणित को असफल करने के लिए कांग्रेस ने निर्दलीय के रूप में कमल मोरारका को उतारा है |मोरारका के मैदान में आने से चुनाव जरूरी हो गया है| १६० सदस्यों वाली भाजपा ने जमींदारा पार्टी के दो और तीन निर्दलीयों का सहयोग जुटा लेने का दावा किया है| यदि ऐसा अंतिम समय तक बना रहता है तो राजस्थान से चरों सीटें उसी की झोली में जानी निश्चित हैं |
तो अपने मंसूबों को परवान चढ़ाने के लिए भाजपा ने सभी समर्थकों को एक होटल में बकायदा ट्रेनिंग दिलवाई है और उन्हें बिखरने से रोकने का भी उपाय किया है जबकि कांग्रेस ने अपने विधायकों के लिए व्हिप जारी किया है|कल होने जा रहे चुनाव के नतीजे भी कल ही घोषित कर दिए जायेंगे|

अखिल भारतीय गुर्जर आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष रामवीर सिंह बिधूड़ी ने राजस्थान की वसुंधरा राजे सरकार से सरकारी नौकरियों में गुर्जर समाज को पॉच प्रतिशत आरक्षण दिये जाने के मामले में स्थिति स्पष्ट करने की मांग करते हुए चेतावनी दी है कि गुर्जर समाज इस मांग को लेकर दो अक्तूबर को दिल्ली में पड़ाव डालेगा।
बिधूडी ने आज संवाददाताओं से कहा कि आरक्षण संघर्ष समिति के प्रमुख कर्नल किरोड़ी सिंह बैंसला का यह कहना है कि राजस्थान सरकार ने विशेष पिछड़ा वर्ग के तहत गुर्जर समाज को पांच प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने का मामला केन्द्र को भेजा है ताकि संबंधित प्रस्ताव को संविधान की नौंवी अनुसूची में शामिल किया जा सके।
केन्द्र सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्री थावरचंद गहलोत का कहना हैं कि केन्द्र सरकार को राजस्थान सरकार से ऐसा कोई प्रस्ताव नहीं मिला है और न ही केन्द्र सरकार ऐसे किसी प्रस्ताव पर विचार कर रही हैं।
बिधूडी ने राजस्थान सरकार से कहा है कि वह इस बात का प्रमाण पेश करें कि उसने गुर्जर समाज सहित चार अन्य जातियों [१]रेवाड़ी, [२]बंजारा[३]गाड़िया लोहार [४]गड़रिया
को दिए गए आरक्षण के मामले को संविधान की नौंवी अनुसूची में शामिल करने के लिए केन्द्र को भेजा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि यदि प्रदेश सरकार ने इस प्रस्ताव को केन्द्र के पास भेजा है तो गुर्जर समाज के लोग आगामी दो अक्तूबर को दिल्ली घेरेंगे और केन्द्र सरकार पर दबाव बनायेंगे कि इसे नौंवी अनुसूची में शामिल किया जाए

Announcing this in her budget speech today, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said several posts of doctors and experts in government hospitals and medical colleges are lying vacant.
To ensure uninterrupted services in the hospitals, the age of doctors was being raised from 60 to 62 years from April 2016, she said

CM,During a sudden inspection at the premises of secretariat today, expressed her displeasure over defacing of the secretariat due to spitting by tobacco chewers and asked the officers to penalise such people.
She inspected the places in front of her office, the section which houses ministers’ offices, library, hall and canteen and expressed her chagrin over unclean portions.
The CM also gave necessary directions for regular cleaning of the secretariat and its beautification by plants,

A complaint has been filed against External Affairs Minister Smt Sushma Swaraj, Rajasthan Chief Minister Smt Vasundhre Raje and IPL Tainted Mughal Lalit K Modi in a district court
Vinay Kumar Singh, chief of NGO “Friends of Bihari”, filed the complaint in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bharat Singh yesterday.
But, the complainant did not turn up in the court today in the hearing for admission of the case.
The court would fix a future date to give another chance to the complainant to plead his matter to decide whether it could be admitted in the court or not.
The complaint was lodged under IPC sections 120, 124 and Information Technology Act 2000.
Referring to media reports, the complainant alleged that Lalit Modi through Twitter has tried to destabilise the country by dropping names of one leader after another in connection with some wrong practice.
He prayed to the court to direct Kadam Kuan police station in the capital to register a case against Swaraj, Raje and Lalit Modi and probe the matter.

Dismissing BJP’s denials, Congress today persisted with its demand for the sacking of Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, saying there was a “criminal nexus” between her family and former IPL boss Lalit Modi.
“There has been a criminal nexus between Lalit Modi and the Vasundhara Raje family,” party leader Jairam Ramesh told reporters here.
Declaring that Congress will not stop disclosures in the till a “closure” is done by the BJP by removing Raje, Ramesh released some fresh documents including one of 1949 which showed that the Dholpur Palace was owned by the Rajasthan Government.
For the second consecutive day, Ramesh accused her of “forcible, illegal occupation” of the Dholpur Palace along with Lalit Modi through a private company.
Ramesh said that the party has also not forgotten the case of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj who had helped Lalit Modi with travel documents.
“We have not forgotten about the Videsh Mantri. Closure and disclosure in her case is yet to come”, he said. Taking a dig at Swaraj, he said, ” Lalit Modi was helped on “humanitarian grounds, grounds like hanging out with Naomi Campbell”.
Insisting that the compromise between Hemant Singh, estranged husband of Raje and son Dushyant Singh was only for movable property, he claimed that despite much evidence produced by him, the BJP is trying to justify ownership of the property with Dushyant with “lame duck” arguments.
He said that the compromise was brought about in 2007 by the additional dist Judge of Bharatpur in a case titled ?Dushyant vs. Hemant Singh’.
He alleged that despite the palace and the land surrouding belonging to Rajasthan government, Dushyant Singh received a compensation of nearly Rs two crore from the NHAI for a 500 metre piece of land due to “nexus” between him and the Land Acquisition officer.
“He (Dushyant Singh ) got a compensation of Rs.2 crore, and that is a scam which needs to be investigated”, he demanded.
Ramesh said that government and BJP are making in vain attempts to disprove the “unholy nexus” between Raje and Lalit Modi, their co-ownership of Niyant Heritage Hotel Pvt LTD and ” patent illegal usurpation” of a government property for construction of a high end luxury hotel.
Congress has been demanding resignations of Swaraj and Raje over Lalit Modi controversy, of HRD Minister Smriti Irani over misrepresenting facts about her educational qualification in separate election affidavits and of Maharashtra minister Pankaja Munde for her alleged involvement in a “scam” by clearing purchases worth Rs 206 crore on a single day instead of inviting tenders in violation of the norms.

BJP MP R K Singh today struck a discordant note over party leaders [MEA] Sushma Swaraj + [CM Raj]Vasundhara Raje extending help to former IPL boss Lalit Modi, saying “any help to a fugitive is legally and morally wrong”.
He urged the government to take all measures to bring him back to India to face the law.
Singh’s strong comments are the first public criticism by a ruling party MP against the help extended to Lalit Modi by External Affairs Minister Swaraj and Rajasthan Chief Minister Raje, an issue which has snowballed into a major political storm for the Narendra Modi government even though BJP has defended both the leaders.
“If anybody helps a ‘bhagoda’ (fugitive), it is wrong.
This is wrong legally as well as morally. If anybody meets a fugitive, it is absolutely wrong. Whosoever has helped him, I think it is completely wrong,” Singh, a former Home Secretary,told media
He said Lalit Modi had been evading judicial warrants and summons and he was clearly a fugitive and any help given to him or any meeting with him was wrong.
He did not name either Swaraj or Raje.
Lalit Modi, 49, travelled to London in 2010 after the Indian Premier League (IPL) became embroiled in allegations of match-fixing and illegal betting.
