1947 में मुल्क के बंटवारे के फलस्वरूप #जम्मूकश्मीर आ कर बसे हिन्दू+सिखों को 72 साल पश्चात नागरिकता तो दे दी गई लेकिन उनके कल्याण के लिए केंद्र की तरफ से जारी 200 करोड़ ₹ की राशि को राज्य में खुर्दबुर्द कर लिया गया है । इसके लिए कागज़ात मांगे जा रहे है
उत्तरप्रदेश में बिजनोर में 1947 में आकर बसे हिन्दू सिखों को अब उनके द्वारा स्वर्ग बनाई गई भूमि को छोड़ने का दबाब बनाया जा रहा है।यह भूमि जंगल थी खादरथी बंजर पहाड़ी थी लेकिन अब सोना उगलने वाली बेशकीमती जमीन है
#पंजाब में तो लूट की हद हो चुकी है ।कागजात दिखाए जाने के उपरांत भी कंपनसेशनक्लेम नही दिए जा रहे। इस लूट को कवर करने के लिए 2005 में काला एक्ट थौपा गया।और अब तो #RTI के अंतर्गत सूचना भी नही दी जा रही।केंद्र के पत्राचार को डस्टबिन में फेंका जा रहा है

The Jammu and Kashmir government has set up a ten-member committee to declare Srinagar’s famous Dal Lake and its surrounding areas as an eco-sensitive zone (ESZ), following concerns over its shrinking size.
Pollution and encroachments have resulted in the Dal Lake shrinking from its original area of 22 square kilometers to about 10 square kilometers, according to an assessment by the Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) in 2017.
The DCI also found that the world-famous lake’s capacity has shrunk to about 40 per cent and that its water quality has deteriorated.

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today dropped her finance minister Haseeb Drabu from the council of ministers over his remarks at a function in New Delhi that Kashmir was not a political issue,
The development comes after Drabu, speaking at an event in New Delhi on Friday, had said: “It (JK) is not a political issue as far as I can see. They have been barking up the wrong tree for the last 50 or 70 years by talking about the politics of it, that the political situation has never improved.
“We seriously need to look at in terms of how it is a society that is in search for itself,” he said at the event organised by the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry

BJP Gets More Cabinet Berths
Jammu and Kashmir got its first woman chief minister today in PDP President Mehbooba Mufti who was sworn-in here along with 22 ministers, with an increased strength for BJP in the Cabinet.
Dressed in black, 56-year-old Mehbooba took the oath of office and secrecy in Urdu followed by BJP’s Nirmal Singh, who will again be the Deputy Chief Minister in the new PDP-BJP government formed three months after the state was put under Governor’s rule following the demise of her father Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
Governor N N Vohra administered the oath to 21 other Ministers.
BJP’s share increased this time in the Cabinet from six to eight berths and three Ministers of State (MoS) while
PDP has nine Cabinet Ministers instead of 11 last time.
Mehbooba’s party has got three MoS berths, same as the last time.
In the last government, BJP had a total of 11 ministers — six in Cabinet, three MoS and two with independent charge.
Sajjad Gani Lone, son of late separatist leader Abdul Gani Lone, remained in the Cabinet in the BJP quota.
PDP has dropped Altaf Bukhari and Javed Mustafa from the ministry.
Former Chief Ministers Farooq Abdullah and his son Omar, Union Ministers Venkaiah Naidu and Jitendra Singh were among the host of VIPs present at the function held at Raj Bhavan.
However, Congress & PDP MP Tariq Hamid Karra boycotted the ceremony.
BJP promoted Chering Dorje and Abdul Gani Kohli as Cabinet ministers. They were Ministers of State with independent charge in the Sayeed-led government.
The saffron party has Prakash Kumar and Shyam Lal Chowdhury among the new faces in the cabinet. BJP leader Sukhnandan was dropped from the list of Ministers besides Minister of State Pawan Gupta, an independent MLA from Udhampur, who has been replaced by Ajay Nanda.
Law Minister in the Sayeed’s ministry, Basharat Bukhari of PDP, took oath in Kashmiri again this year.
Mehbooba assuming office as 13th Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir is a landmark event in the history of the state and the country. She is the first woman to head the state and the second Muslim woman to become the Chief Minister of any state in India.
Syeda Anwara Taimur was the first Muslim woman CM in Assam in 1980 and continued to hold the chair till June 30, 1981.
