ओएJudiciary झल्लेया!ये मध्यप्रदेश में क्या जंगलराज चल रहा है?हत्यारे नेता को दो वर्षों मे भी गिरफ्तार नही किया जा सका । भृष्ट+हत्यारोपियों को भी शासन के इस प्रकार के संरक्षण से तो वहां जंगल राज ही कहा जायेगा।

Jhallaaभापा जी! कांग्रेसी नेता को बसपाई ने मार डाला। पुलिसिये ने जज को हड़का डाला तो माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट को मध्यप्रदेश में जंगलराज दिखने लग गया।यहां 7 दशकों से पँजांब राज्य और केंद्र में अपने हक के कंपनसेशन/रिहैबिलिटेशन क्लेम के लिए भटक रहे हैं कहीं कोई सुनवाई नही हो रही।ऊपर वाले से दुआ है कि पँजांब या केंद्र का कोई मंत्री किसी जज को हड़का दे तो शायद सम्माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट को लोक तन्त्र की परिभाषा बदलने की जरूरत महसूस होने लगे

The Animal Husbandry Department of Madhya Pradesh has termed as “baseless” the reports doing rounds on social media that coronavirus was found in chicken in some poultry farms in the state.
It has also made it clear that consumption of chicken was completely safe and does not cause infection.

The Madhya Pradesh government has transferred 16 IAS officers, including collectors of seven districts and divisional commissioner of Indore.
The newly-appointed collectors are Alok Kumar Singh (Dhar), Ilayaraja T (Rewa), Ved Prakash (Narsinghpur), Anil Kumar Khare (Mandla), Chandramauli Shukla (Dewas), Rajiv Ranjan Meena (Singrauli) and Avdhesh Sharma (Agar Malwa).
The existing district collectors of six of these districts, except Singrauli, have been shifted as deputy secretaries in the state secretariat
Bhopal Municipal Commissioner B Vijay Dutta has also been transferred as deputy secretary in the state secretariat and replaced by V S Choudhary Kolsani, who was till now Singrauli’s district collector.
Besides, Indore divisional commissioner Akash Tripathi has been replaced by Pawan Kumar Sharma, who was commissioner of the Narmada Valley Development Authority.
Tripathi has been appointed as managing director of the Jabalpur-based Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company.

This is the first major bureaucratic rejig by the BJP-led state government since Shivraj Singh Chouhan became chief minister in March this year.
As per the order issued on Saturday night,
former chief secretary Gopal Reddy has been posted as chairman of the revenue board at Gwalior,
I C P Keshari as vice chairman of the Narmada Valley Development Authority,
Vinod Kumar as additional chief secretary (ACS) of the general administration department and
J N Kansotia as ACS of the animal husbandry department
Besides, Anupam Rajan is posted as principal secretary of the public relations and higher education departments.
The government has removed P Narhari as commissioner of the public relations department and replaced him with Sudam P Khade. Narhari has now been made managing director of the marketing federation and will continue as commissioner of the urban development and administration department.
As per the order, Sanjay Shukla is posted as principal secretary of the industrial policy and promotion department, replacing Rajesh Rajora, who is transferred as principal secretary of the labour department.
Neeraj Mandloi is posted as principal secretary of the public works department, replacing Malay Shrivastava, who is now posted as principal secretary of the public health engineering department.
Forty other senior IAS officers, including two who suffered from COVID-19 and later recovered, have also been transferred, the sources said.

Amid the ongoing political crisis triggered by Scindia’s exit from the Congress and rebellion of 22 MLAs who support him, Nath had, on March 10, written to Tandon seeking immediate removal of the six ministers.

were removed from the cabinet with immediate effect on Friday
Earlier in the day, Nath met the governor at 11 am and submitted a letter expressing his government’s willingness to face a floor test in the Assembly.

Scindia has been named as the BJP’s Rajya Sabha candidate from Madhya Pradesh.

A 55-year-old farmer in Madhya Pradesh was taken aback when he got a loan waiver of just Rs 13 instead of Rs 23,815 he was eligible for under a scheme announced by the newly elected Congress government.
Shivlal Kataria, a resident of Nipania Baijnath village in Agar Malwa district, has taken up the matter with the authorities and is hopeful of its early resolution.
Kataria said “The list (of beneficiaries) is with the panchayat, which I saw the other day. It mentions that just Rs 13 of mine (debt), instead of Rs 23,815 loan, has been waived,”
Chief Minister Kamal Nath had announced the farm loan waiver on December 18, 2018 hours after taking charge.
The process of submitting applications to claim loan waiver will end on February 5. The eligible cultivators will start getting written off amount in their bank accounts from February 22.
Around 55 lakh farmers in MP are expected to benefit from the loan waiver which will cost the state exchequer Rs 50,000 crore

The Centre, acting on the recommendation of the Madhya Pradesh government, has decided to prematurely retire a 1995 batch Indian Police Service officer “in public interest” with immediate effect, an official said today.
IPS officer Mayank Jain (51) was suspended after the Lokayukta police raided his properties in May 2014 claiming to have unearthed illegal wealth allegedly amassed by him.
