AAM ADMI PARTY[AAP] has reacted sharply to Smt Sonia Gandhi’s letter to P M in the case of victimization of I A S Durga Shakti Nagpal By Calling it unfortunate.
It has been stated that All the mainstream political parties particularly the Congress and the BJP wants to keep police and the civil services as the servants of political bosses rather than servants of the people who are required to implement the rule of law and the mandate of the constitution.
Unfortunately Smt Sonia Gandhi was totally silent and seems to have abetted the similar victimisation of the upright and bold officers [1]Ashok Khemka [2] Sanjeev Chaturvedi
Infact neither the Congress led states nor the BJP led states have even implemented the Supreme Court directions on such police reforms.
aap party has demanded fundamental reforms in the police and civil services.

कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता डाक्टर [एडवो]युसूफ कुरैशी ने बताया कि प्रदेश सरकर ने जो वायदे करके बी एस पी से सत्ता हथियाई थे वोह सारे वायदे हवा हवाई और झोठे साबित हुए हैं|सरकार के एक वर्ष के कार्यकाल में लेश मात्र भी सुधार नहीं हुआ है उलटे सरकारी भ्रष्टाचार के लिए ठेकेदारी प्रथा शुरू हो गई है|अपहरण +लूट+वसूली +डकैती आदि अपराध का ग्राफ बढ़ता जा रहा है|महिलाओं पर अत्याचारों कि कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही|युवाओं को रोज़गार मुहैय्या नही करवाए जा रहे|मुसलमानों के लिए १८% आरक्षण देने के लिए कोई घोषणा नहीं की की जा रही|उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सपा शासन में मुस्लिमों पर अत्याचार बढ गए हैं|
