In Maharashtra, all MBBS, MS, MD, diploma and super specialty doctors graduating from government and municipal medical colleges have to render mandatory service to the government for a stipulated period.

भारतीय रेलवे ने 19 दिन में “श्रमिक स्पेशल” ट्रेनों के जरिये कुल 21 लाख से अधिक यात्रियों को उनके गृह राज्यों तक पहुंचाकर एक और उपलब्धि हासिल की
भारतीय रेलवे ने 19 मई, 2020 तक (1600 बजे तक) देश भर में 1595 “श्रमिक स्पेशल” ट्रेनें चलाई यात्रियों को मुफ्त भोजन और पानी दिया जा रहा है
विभिन्न स्थानों पर फंसे प्रवासी श्रमिकों, तीर्थयात्रियों, पर्यटकों, छात्रों और अन्य व्यक्तियों की स्पेशल ट्रेनों से आवाजाही के संबंध में गृह मंत्रालय के आदेश के बाद, भारतीय रेलवे ने “श्रमिक स्पेशल” ट्रेनें चलाने का फैसला किया।
19 मई 2020 तक (1600 बजे तक), देश भर के विभिन्न राज्यों से कुल 1595 “श्रमिक स्पेशल” ट्रेनों को चलाया गया है। अब तक 21 लाख से अधिक यात्री अपने गृह राज्य पहुंच चुके हैं।
इन 1595 ट्रेनों को आंध्र प्रदेश, बिहार, संघ शासित चंडीगढ़, दिल्ली, गोवा, गुजरात, हरियाणा, झारखंड, कर्नाटक, केरल, मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, संघ शासित पुडुचेरी, पंजाब, राजस्थान, ओडिशा, तमिलनाडु, तेलंगाना, त्रिपुरा, उत्तर प्रदेश, उत्तराखंड, पश्चिम बंगाल जैसे विभिन्न राज्यों से चलाया गया।
इन श्रमिक स्पेशल ट्रेनों ने विभिन्न राज्यों जैसे उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, राजस्थान, पश्चिम बंगाल, छत्तीसगढ़, झारखंड, हिमाचल प्रदेश, जम्मू और कश्मीर, मणिपुर, मिजोरम, ओडिशा, तमिलनाडु, तेलंगाना, त्रिपुरा, उत्तराखंड, पंजाब, जम्मू और कश्मीर में अपनी यात्रा समाप्त की।
ट्रेन में चढ़ने से पहले यात्रियों की अच्छी तरह से स्क्रीनिंग की जाती है। यात्रा के दौरान यात्रियों को मुफ्त भोजन और पानी दिया जाता है।

“After May 17th, What? and After May 17th, How?…what criteria is GoI (government of India) using to judge how long the lockdown is to continue…,” Congress chief spokesperson Randeep Surjewala quoted Sonia Gandhi as saying in the video conference with CMs.
She thanked farmers, particularly of Punjab and Haryana, for ensuring food security by giving bumper wheat crop produce despite all odds.
Former prime minister Manmohan Singh also said, “We need to know, as Soniaji said, what will happen after lockdown 3.0?”.
Speaking at the meeting, Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh said he has set up two committees, one to strategise on how to come out of the lockdown and the other on economic revival.
Rajasthan Chief minister Ashok Gehlot said, “until extensive stimulus package is given, how will states and the country run? We have lost Rs 10,000 crore revenue.”
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said, “States are facing dire economic crisis. They need to be provided immediate assistance.”

जयपुर में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण का उपचार करा रहे दो और लोगों की मौत हो गयी है।
इसके साथ ही राजस्थान में संक्रमण के 41 नये मामले आने से राज्य में संक्रमितों की संख्या बढ़कर शनिवार सुबह तक 1,270 हो गयी।
राज्य के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव (स्वास्थ्य) रोहित कुमार सिंह के अनुसार जयपुर के एसएमएस अस्पताल में भर्ती दो संक्रमित लोगों की मौत हो गयी है। शनिवार सुबह 41 नये मामले सामने आए जिनमें 27 भरतपुर से हैं।
वायरस संक्रमण के कुल मामलों की संख्या बढ़कर 1,270 हो गयी है। उपचार के बाद 93 मरीज ठीक भी हुए हैं जिन्हें अस्पताल से छुट्टी दी जा चुकी है।
अधिकारियों के अनुसार जयपुर के एसएमएस अस्पताल में भर्ती 76 वर्षीय बुजुर्ग और 47 वर्षीय व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई। वे क्रमश: किडनी रोग एवं मधुमेह से पीड़ित थे। राज्य में 41 नये मामलों में से 27 भरतपुर में, पांच कोटा में, दो-दो मामले जयपुर, जोधपुर एवं अजमेर में तथा एक-एक मामला बांसवाड़ा, नागौर एवं जैसलमेर में सामने आया है।
राजस्थान में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के कुल मामलों में दो इतालवी नागरिकों के अलावा 60 वे लोग भी शामिल हैं जिन्हें ईरान से लाकर जोधपुर एवं जैसलमेर में सेना के आरोग्य केंद्रों में ठहराया गया है।
राज्यभर में 22 मार्च से लॉकडाउन है और अनेक थाना क्षेत्रों में कर्फ्यू लगा हुआ है।
