[जालंधर]जालंधर में सिख संगठनों ने कराया बंद|कांग्रेस ने इसके पीछे राज्य सरकार का हाथ बताया
पंजाब के फरीदकोट की घटना के खिलाफ विभिन्न सिख संगठनों ने आज पंजाब बंद का आह्वान किया जिसके मध्यनजर जालंधर में बंद से बाजार खासा प्रभावित रहा| सरकारी दफ्तरों+बैंकों में रोजाना की तरह काम काज हुआ।
पंजाब बंद के दौरान विभिन्न सिख संगठनों के नेताओं तथा कार्यकर्ताओं ने आज जालंधर में बंद के दौरान दुकान, बाजार बंद करवाये तथा जालंधर लुधियाना मुख्य सडक एवं शहर की अन्य सडकों को जाम कर दिया।
बंद के दौरान शहर में दुकान, बाजार तथा वाणिज्यिक प्रतिष्ठान पूरी तरह बंद रहे। सुबह कुछ लोगों ने अपनी अपनी दुकानें खोली थी लेकिन कार्यकर्ताओं ने जबरन उनके दुकान बंद करवा दी। शहर के ज्योति चौक इलाका पूरी तरह बंद रहा।

इस बंद के कारण दिल्ली लाहौर बस सेवा भी थोडी देर के लिए प्रभावित हुई।
पुलिस के जवानों ने दिल्ली से आ रही सदा ए सरहद बस को पीएपी से वापस रामामंडी की ओर ले जाकर वहां से रांग साइड से अमृतसर बाइपास पहुंचवाया और आगे की ओर रवाना किया।पुअर सी एम और कांग्रेस लीडर कप्तान अमरिंदर सिंह ने इस के पीछे प्रदेश सरकार का हाथ बताया उन्होंने आरोप लगाया के समस्यायों से ध्यान भटकाने के लिए यह विवाद पैदा किया गया है

Senior Congress leader Amarinder Singh today suspected that Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal may have orchestrated incidents of violence in the state in which two youths were killed to divert the attention of the people from the government’s failure.
“Punjab is facing the worst agrarian crisis…farmers and farm labourers have lost all hope. They are protesting for about a month now. Similarly, youths are protesting over unemployment,” Amarinder said in a statement.
He said”Having realized that he has failed on all fronts, Badal has resorted to what he is best at – raking up panthic issues and exploiting the sentiments of innocent Punjabis,” .
“I really can’t rule out his hand behind the incidents in run up to the violence and subsequent firing on protesters as he is quite capable of doing such things,” the Congress leader said.

In the wake of attack by suspected terrorists in Gurudaspur today, Home Minister Rajnath Singh spoke to Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and assured him full central assistance to tackle the situation.
The Home Minister said the central government is monitoring the situation and he was confident that the situation would be brought under control.
Singh also spoke to National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and Union Home Secretary L C Goyal and reviewed the situation in Gurudaspur where 3 to 4 suspected terrorists wearing Army uniforms opened fire at a bus and attacked a police station early today leaving at least seven persons injured.
NSG commandos are also likely rush to Punjab.In a suspected terror attack, gunmen wearing army uniform today went on a rampage attacking a bus, a health centre and a police station, leaving five persons, including a policeman, dead and several injured in Gurdaspur district of Punjab.
Earlier Indian Army has launched an operation against the militants numbering about five who are holed up in Dinanagar police station complex.
The assailants also targeted a building where the families of police personnel reside and threw grenades.
According to police, the mayhem started at about 5 AM when the attackers first targeted a roadside eatery and took off in a car after killing a person who was sleeping near Dinanagar bypass.
They also targeted a Bus And a community health centre adjacent Dinanagar police station, in which a policeman and three civilians including a woman who were present in the premises were killed.
The gunmen entered the Dinanagar police station and opened fire on policemen there in which five policemen were seriously injured.
They then targeted other part of the building where the families of police personnel reside.

Slamming Capt Amarinder Singh for allegedly issuing baseless statements on “sensitive issues” concerning the farmers of state, Punjab C M Parkash Singh Badal today asked him to refrain from “politicizing” each and every issue for his own vested interests.
SAD Supremo Sardar Badal said before issuing any statement the opposition leaders must remember that the farmers were facing a number of problems due to the nature’s fury in form of unseasonal rain and hailstorm,
CM said it was unfortunate that instead of expressing solidarity with the farmers in this hour of crisis, Amarinder was playing dirty politics over this issue by irrelevantly issuing unwarranted and unjustified statements.
Badal said people and governments were helpless before natural disasters and the damage caused in Nepal due to earthquake was an example of it.
The Chief Minister said on its part the state government has ensured that every single grain was procured in a smooth and hassle free manner from the farmers.
He said it was a well known fact that after the state government had raised the issue of loss suffered by farmers, the NDA government had extended a helping hand by increasing the amount of relief besides bearing the value cut in MSP due to damage in crop.
However, Badal said instead of bailing out the farmers from this grave crisis, the Congress leaders have indulged in politicking for just scoring brownie points before the media.
Referring to the power scenario in the state, he said that due to the concerted efforts of the state government, Punjab was today a power sufficient state.
He said massive steps have been taken to augment power generation in the state, which had produced desired effects
