पंजाब के श्रम और रोजगार मंत्री चुन्नी लाल भगत के अनुसार ‘‘डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू.पीबीलेबर.जीओवी.इन की शुरआत से नयी औद्योगिक इकाइयों की स्थापना के लिए विभिन्न तरह की मंजूरी प्राप्त करने में आने वाली अनावश्यक बाधाओं से बचा जा सकता है।’’ श्रम विभाग के प्रधान सचिव रोशन संकरिया का कहना हे कि यह वेब पोर्टल व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठानों के अलावा कर्मचारियों के लिए भी लाभदायक सिद्ध होगा

[फतेहगढ़,चंडीगढ़,पंजाब ]खालसा पंथ भारतीय संस्कृति का सुरक्षा कवच है:राजनाथ सिंह पंजाब सरकार ने फतेहगढ़ साहिब में बन्दा सिंह बहादुर की स्मृति में विशाल आयोजन किया जिसमे केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह ने बाबा बन्दा सिंह बहादुर को श्रद्धासुमन अर्पित करते हुए कहा कि खालसा पंथ भारतीय संस्कृति का सुरक्षा कवच है। बाबा बंदा सिंह बहादुर के 300वें शहीदी समागम के अवसर पर श्री फतेहगढ़ साहिब में अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने महान सिख योद्धा को अपने श्रद्धासुमन अर्पित किए।
केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री श्री सिंह ने इतिहासकारों से आह्वान किया कि पहली बार खेतीहरों को मालिकाना हक देने वाले और भारत में गांव, गरीब और किसान के कल्याण और उद्धार के लिए संप्रभु खालसा राज की स्थापना में बाबा बंदा सिंह बहादुर की महत्वपूर्ण ऐतिहासिक भूमिका का आकलन करने के लिए अनुसंधान और विकास गतिविधियों को प्रारंभ किया जाए।
उन्होंने बाबा बंदा सिंह बहादुर और उनके बलिदानों के संबंध में श्री रविन्द्र नाथ टैगोर द्वारा लिखित एक कविता का भी संदर्भ दिया।
श्री सिंह ने युवाओं से आहवान किया कि वे आतंकवाद और सीमापार आतंकवाद की विभाजनकारी ताकतों के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए बाबा जी के साहसपूर्ण कार्यों से प्रेरणा लेते हुए आगे आएं।
उन्होंने बताया कि 1984 के सिख विरोधी दंगों के दौरान सिखों के खिलाफ हुए अत्याचार की जाँच के लिए एक विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) का गठन किया गया है और इस दल ने 286 मामलों की पुनः समीक्षा के बाद 22 मामलों की फिर से जांच करने की सिफारिश कर दी है और हर किसी और सभी के लिए न्याय को सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री प्रकाश सिंह बादल ने कहा कि सिख धर्म धर्मनिरपेक्षता, समाजवाद और मानववाद का एक व्यवहारिक उदाहरण है। इस मौके पर अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों में पंजाब के उप-मुख्यमंत्री सुखबीर सिंह बादल, संसद सदस्य प्रेम सिंह चंदूमाजरा और बलविंदर सिंह भंडर भी उपस्थित थे।
इससे पूर्व केंद्र सरकार ने बाबा बन्दा सिंह बहादुर की स्मृति में चंडी के सिक्के भी जारी किये |दिल्ली के बारापुला फ्लाईओवर का नाम भी बन्दा सिंह के नाम पर रख दिया गया है

[चंडीगढ़,पंजाब] सीएम ने सिख शहीद बाबा जय सिंह खलकत के स्मारक के लिए मंजूरी दी|
खलकत ने मुग़लों के विरुद्ध धर्म युद्ध में सर्वोच्च बलिदान दिया था|
मुख्यमंत्री प्रकाश सिंह बादल ने आज कहा कि सिख शहीद बाबा जय सिंह खलकत का एक स्मारक पटियाला जिला स्थित उनके पैतृक गांव बारान में साढ़े दस करोड़ रूपये की लागत से बनाया जाएगा।
एक आधिकारिक विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार उन्होंने पूर्व मंत्री सेवा सिंह सेखवान की अध्यक्षता वाली आयोजन समिति को परियोजना का कार्यान्वयन करने को कहा।
इसमें कहा गया है कि उन्होंने परियोजना के आकलन की जांच पंजाब सरकार के तकनीकी सलाहकार बी एस धालीवाल से कराने का ग्रामीण विकास और पंचायत सचिव को निर्देश दिया ताकि परियोजना जल्द शुरू हो सके।
सेखवान ने खलकत के जीवन पर एक दस्तावेज तैयार किया और मुगलों के आदेश पर 1753 में उन्हें दी गयी यातना का जिक्र किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने सिख विद्वानों और इतिहासकारों से केंद्रित शोध पर जोर देने को कहा ताकि ऐसे और शहीदों तथा नायकों के बारे में जानकारी सामने आ सके।
गायों [Cow]के कल्याण के लिए,एसऐडी रूल्ड,पंजाब लगाएगा गाय शुल्क
[चंडीगढ़,पंजाब ] गायों [Cow]के कल्याण के लिए पंजाब लगाएगा गाय शुल्क|पंजाब गौ सेवा आयोग के अनुसार राज्य में 472 गोशालाओं में 2.69 लाख गाये हैं, जबकि 1.06 लाख गायें सड़कों पर घूम रही हैं।
पंजाब सरकार राज्य में गायों के कल्याण के लिए वाहनों और बिजली सहित कई चीजों पर जल्द ही शुल्क लगाएगी।
पंजाब के स्थानीय निकाय मंत्री एवं अमृतसर से भाजपा विधायक अनिल जोशी के अनुसार ‘ राज्य में विभिन्न वस्तुओं पर गाय शुल्क लगाया जाएगा और इससे एकत्र राजस्व गाय और इसके कल्याण पर खर्च किया जाएगा।’’
स्थानीय निकाय विभाग ने
चारपहिया वाहन की खरीद पर 1,000 रुपये
दोपहिया वाहन की खरीद पर 500 रु
तेल टैंकर पर 100 रु ,
बिजली पर 2 पैसा प्रति यूनिट,
शादी-विवाह के आयोजन के लिए एसी हॉल की बुकिंग पर 1,000 रु
गैर एसी हॉल की बुकिंग पर 500 रु
सीमेंट की बोरी पर एक रु
भारत में बनी विदेशी शराब पर 10 रु प्रति बोतल और
पंजाब मीडियम शराब पर 5 रु प्रति बोतल की दर से गाय शुल्क लगाया जाएगा।
मंत्री के अनुसार 154 नगर निकायों में से 33 ने यह प्रस्ताव पारित कर दिया है, जबकि 10 में से 7 ने शुल्क लगाने के निर्णय का समर्थन किया है। इस संबंध में एक अधिसूचना 25 मई तक जारी की जाएगी।
पंजाब गौ सेवा आयोग के चेयरमैन कीमती भगत के अनुसार सबसे पहले प्रायोगिक आधार पर 2009 में बठिंडा में गाय शुल्क लगाया गया था, जबकि तीन महीने पहले मोहाली में यह शुल्क लगाया गया था।
अमृतसर नगर निगम द्वारा इस संबंध में एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया जाना बाकी है।
भगत ने कहा कि राज्य को इस शुल्क से सालाना करीब 90-100 करोड़ रु प्राप्त होंगे जिसे गायों के कल्याण पर खर्च किया जा सकता है।

Punjab declared transfer policy
For the cases where husband and wife both are serving in the government, “It is desirable to keep them at one station for a period of not more than five years, thereafter they would be transferred as per the policy.”
As Per Govt Spokesperson ,Even in the cases where the wife is in government service and the husband in private, the same policy would be adopted.
However, efforts would be made to post unmarried female employees and widows at stations suitable to them as far as possible and they would be given preference over couples.
Government today issued guidelines for posting and transfer of officers and officials of the government during 2016-17.
transfers would be kept to the bare minimum and made against vacant posts except where justified on administrative or compassionate grounds.
State government would be “sympathetic” in deciding on posting and transfer of handicapped employees and those who have mentally-challenged children.
Premature transfers – transfer before an employee completes three years – would not be ordered except under “rare circumstances” of punishment or clearly spelt out administrative reasons,
The employees or officers posted in the border areas, bet areas – near river and canal – and Kandi (sub-mountainous) areas would remain there for a minimum of two years,

AAP leader Dr Kumar Vishwas has come out with a song album on drug addiction in poll-bound Punjab.
The Punjabi song written and composed by Vishwas with words like “Badal” and “government” targets the contemporary politics in the state.
“It’s a hard hitting song which also targets the contemporary politics and its middlemen. Retaliation against it has already started,” Vishwas said at a press briefing.
He, however, ducked question whether the word “Badal” in his song referred to the ruling Badals in Punjab, saying it depends on the audience to draw a meaning.
The album, to be released here by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on May 8, will mark the launch of an anti-drug campaign, he said, adding that it will be taken to every village of Punjab.
In the song written by Vishwas, a little girl appeals for getting rid of drugs and alcohol.
The drugs menace in Punjab is not only due to “local government and administration” but also due to the international border of the state,
Claiming the album had no political or commercial motive, he said even if one person stopped taking drugs it will achieve its aim.
Proceeds of the album will go to a social organisation working for rehabilitation of families affected by drugs menace.
The senior AAP leader also claimed that the party was going to form government in Punjab as people of the state had made up their mind for this.
“We are going to form government in Punjab and the latest survey give us 100 seats.
He said , The people of Punjab have made up their minds,”
The audio and video of the song will be released by Kejriwal at Siri Fort Auditorium here in the presence of party leaders and activists running anti-drugs campaign all over the country.
