This New Credit Card of IRCTC and SBI Card was by Piyush Goyal,Minister of Railways and Commerce & Industry.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister of Railways and Commerce & Industry, Piyush Goyal said “We are strongly committed in making Railways ‘Aatma Nirbhar’ in all the fields with ‘Make In India’ initiatives as envisaged by Hon’ble Prime Minister. The IRCTC SBI co-branded card working on RuPay Platform is one of the many “Make In India” activities undertaken by the Railways”
Designed to reward frequent railway travellers, the new co-branded credit card offers the rail passengers maximum savings proposition on their travel together with exclusive benefits on retail, dining and entertainment as well as transaction fee waivers.

अप्रवासी भारतीयों से बिना विदेशी मुद्रा मांगे भारतीय प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भारतीय रुपये को मजबूत करने के लिए टूरिज्म को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अनूठा सहयोग माँगा |
टोक्‍यो में इंड‍ियन कम्‍यूनिटी की ओर से आयोजित कार्यक्रम में बोलते हुए मोदी ने कहा कि जापान ने लगभग ५००० भारतीय परिवार हैं प्रत्येक परिवार यदि अपने पांच जापानी मित्रों को भारत भ्रमण के लिए प्रेरित करे तो साल में २५ हजार जापानी परिवार भारत के दर्शन कर सकते हैं इसमें कोई चर्च के बगैर ही भारत के टूरिज्म को जबरदस्त बढ़ावा मिलेगा| उन्होंने कहा कि भारत सरकार जो नहीं कर सकती उसे अप्रवासी भारतीय बढ़ी सुगमता से कर सकते हैं |अपनी बात को रोचक बनाते हुए मोदी ने कहा कि इससे भारत के गरीबों को रोजगार मिलेगा और चाय वालों की चाय भी बिकेंगी भारतीय प्रधान मंत्री ने कहा कि येन+पौंड या डॉलर्स नहीं मांग रहे हैं इसके बावजूद बिना खर्च किये टूरिज्म को बढ़ावा देने में अहम भूमिका निभाई जा सकती है |इसके आलावा उन्होंने अपनी इंटरएक्टिव वेबसाइट [mygov]के लिए सुझाव भी मांगे \पी एम ने विवेकानंद कल्चर सेंटर का उद्घाटन भी किया
