पाकिस्तानी कोर्ट ने वर्चस्व का पहला मोर्चा जीता

पाकिस्तानी की मरकजी सरकार और सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चल रही वर्चस्व की लड़ाई में कोर्ट ने आज एक और मोर्चा फतह कर लिया है|प्रधान मंत्री राजा परवेज अशरफ ने अदालत के समक्ष पेश हुए|
उन्हें 18 सितंबर तक की मोहलत दी गई है।
गौरतलब है कि तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति ने वर्ष 2007 में एक अध्यादेश के जरिए करीब आठ हजार लोगों के खिलाफ चल रहे भ्रष्टाचार के मामले खत्म किए थे। इसी का लाभ आसिफ अली जरदारी को भी मिला था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने वर्ष 2009 में उस अध्यादेश को रद करते हुए राष्ट्रपति समेत सभी लोगों के खिलाफ मामले फिर से खोलने के निर्देश दे दिए थे।पूर्व पी एम् युसूफ रजा गिलानी द्वारा स्विस अधिकारियों को पत्र लिखने के आदेश को नजरअंदाज कर दिया गया था इसीलिए उन्हें बर्खास्त किया गया अब उनके स्थान पर बनाए गए पी एम् श्री अशरफ को अदालत की अवमानना का नोटिस जारी किया गया था।
राष्ट्रपति आसिफ अली जरदारी के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के मामलों को फिर से खोलने के संबंध में स्विस अधिकारियों को पत्र लिखने के लिए १८ सितम्बर तक का समय दिया गया है। प्रधानमंत्री ने इस मुद्दे पर परामर्श के लिए अदालत से चार से छह सप्ताह का समय मांगा था।
इस मामले में जस्टिस आसिफ सईद खोसा की अध्यक्षता वाली पांच सदस्यीय पीठ के समक्ष पेश होने वाले अशरफ दूसरे प्रधानमंत्री बन गए हैं।
