2006 में भारतीय सेना से सेवनिर्वित होकर सामाजिक कार्यो मे लगे हुए ससंथापक सदस्य कर्नल जयवीर सिंह स्वराज इंडिया दिल्ली प्रदेश इकाई के नए अध्यक्ष और नवनीत तिवारी को महासचिव बनाय गया है
स्वराज इंडिया पार्टी ने 20 सदस्यों की राज्य कार्यकारिणी का चुनाव किया है जिसमे ज़्यादातर सामाजिक व राजनीतिक कार्यकर्ता है जो दिल्ली में पार्टी के संगठन का विस्तार के लिए काम करेंगे। स्वराज इंडिया के संस्थापक सदस्यों में शामिल सेवनिर्वित कर्नल जयवीर को दिल्ली का अध्यक्ष चुना गया है।

The first of the three judgements was pronounced by Justice A K Sikri.

[रांची,झारखंड]पीएम मोदी ने झारखंड से “आयुष्मान भारत योजना” को ५० करोड़ लोगों के हितार्थ लांच किया
भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने रविवार को दरिद्रनारायण सेवार्थ प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना (पीएम-जय) – आयुष्मान भारत की शुरूआत की।
इस योजना को ‘परिवर्तनकारी’ करार देते हुए प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि यह रविवार से लागू होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि यह देश के गरीब लोगों की सेवा करने की दिशा में एक कदम है।
उन्होंने कहा ‘‘कुछ लोग इसे मोदीकेयर कहते हैं, कुछ इसे गरीबों के लिए चलाई जाने वाली एक योजना कहते हैं। निश्चित रूप से यह गरीबों के लिए लाभकारी योजना है।’’
प्रधानमंत्री ने इस योजना को लागू करने में अहम भूमिका निभाने के लिए विशेषज्ञों के दल को बधाई भी दी।
मोदी ने कहा कि यह दुनिया में सबसे बड़ी, सरकार प्रायोजित, स्वास्थ्य की देखभाल संबंधी योजना है।

At a recent public meeting Karunaas had reportedly made some remarks in relation to Chief Minister K Palaniswami and the police, besides some alleged caste related ones, drawing criticism from various quarters.
The actor, who aligned with AIADMK for the 2016 Assembly polls, was elected from Tiruvadanai constituency in Ramanathapuram district on an AIADMK ticket.
He had later met sidelined AIADMK leader and RK Nagar MLA TTV Dhinakaran, who has also floated his own Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam (AMMK), post his ouster from the AIADMK.

[New Delhi] BJP Accuses Rahul Gandhi Of Playing In Pakistani Hands
The BJP on Saturday condemned as “shameful and irresponsible” Congress chief Rahul Gandhi remarks against P M Narendra Modi over the Rafale deal, saying no president of any party has ever used such language against a prime minister.
Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad hit back at Gandhi after the Congress president alleged that there was “clear-cut” corruption in the Rafale deal and asked the prime minister to clear his position on the issue.
He also ruled out a joint parliamentary committee probe saying it cannot be done to satisfy the ego of an “ill-informed leader”.
Prasad accused Gandhi of “playing into the hands of Pakistan and China” by seeking the details of the Rafale fighter jets.
He also alleged that there was pressure for extraneous considerations and “bribe” for not finalising the Rafale deal during the UPA rule despite holding negotiations for years.
He said Reliance and Dassault had entered into agreement as early as 2012 when UPA was in power.

India’s decision to cancel the foreign minister-level meeting in New York was “arrogant”, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan said Saturday, asserting that he was “disappointed” by the New Delhi’s “negative” response.
India on Friday cited the “brutal” killing of three policemen in Jammu and Kashmir as well as the release of the postal stamps “glorifying” Kashmiri militant Burhan Wani for calling off the meeting between External Affairs Minister Smt Sushma Swaraj and her Pakistani counterpart Shah Mehmood Qureshi on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York this month.
Announcing the cancellation of the meeting, External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Raveesh Kumar said in New Delhi that the incidents “exposed” the “true face” of Pakistan’s new Prime Minister Imran Khan to the world as well as Islamabad’s evil agenda behind the proposal for talks.
“The latest brutal killings of our security personnel by Pakistan-based entities and the recent release of a series of 20 postage stamps by Pakistan glorifying a terrorist and terrorism confirm that Pakistan will not mend its ways,” Kumar said.
“Disappointed at the arrogant and negative response by India to my call for resumption of the peace dialogue,” Prime Minister Khan said in a tweet.
“However, all my life I have come across small men occupying big offices who do not have the vision to see the larger picture,” he said in a sharp reaction to India’s cancellation of the meeting.
Kumar said talks with Pakistan after the “two deeply disturbing” developments would be “meaningless”.
“In view of the changed situation, there will be no meeting between the Foreign Ministers of India and Pakistan in New York,” he said.
Reacting to india’s remarks, Pakistan Foreign Office spokesman Mohammad Faisal said Friday that the “so-called ‘disturbing developments'” alluded to in the Indian statement predated the Indian agreement to hold the bilateral meeting in New York.
He said the alleged killing of a BSF soldier took place two days prior to the Indian announcement of its agreement to hold the bilateral meeting.
