The Rajasthan government has transferred or redesignated 97 officers of the Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS).
Sub-divisional magistrates are among those transferred
RAS officers, LN Bunker and Lokesh Kumar, are awaiting posting orders.
The state government has recently reshuffled IAS and RAS officers. On Tuesday, two IAS and 12 RAS officers were transferred.

Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik said that The process will be held in a centralised manner online this year in view of the COVID-19 pandemic,
Candidates who have cleared or failed in Class 10 examination are eligible to seek admission to ITIs.
A candidate who has this minimum educational qualification or higher than that and is above 14 years of age can apply,
There are 417 government ITIs with 92,556 seats in 358 talukas of Maharashtra.
Apart from this, the state also has 569 private ITIs that can admit 53,272 candidates annually.

Deputy Secretary Krishan Kumar Singla was posted in the Punjab Civil Secretariat as Deputy Secretary (on probation). After completing 58 years of age, his tenure was extended from 01.09.2019.
A complaint of sexual harassment was lodged against the officer by a female senior assistant who posted under him. Acting on the seriousness of the allegations made by the employee against the officer, the Secretariat administration referred the matter to the Internal Complaint Committee Against Sexual Harassment of Women for investigation.

Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh has advised owners of sweet shops and other shops in the state to provide free masks to customers on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
The appeal comes four days after the Chief Minister had announced that the sweet shops will be allowed to remain open on August 2, a day before the Raksha Bandhan festival, despite the Sunday lockdown in place in the state.
The Chief Minister has recently directed the Health Department to install mask vending machines at bus stands and other strategic points. In addition, free masks are being distributed to the poor along with their ration kit

The IRCTC SBI co-branded card working on RuPay Platform is one of the many “Make In India” activities undertaken by the Railways”
Designed to reward frequent railway travellers, the new co-branded credit card offers the rail passengers maximum savings proposition on their travel together with exclusive benefits on retail, dining and entertainment as well as transaction fee waivers.
