He has also served as the Principal Secretary in the Dept. of Labour & Employment and Women & Child Development in the Government of Jharkhand.
Shri Bhatia, holds an M.Phil in Defence & Strategic Studies from the Madras University, Masters degree in Business Administration from Faculty of Mgmt. Studies, University of Delhi and a Masters in International Development from Harvard University, Cambridge, USA. (New Delhi)TCS to Recruit 1,500 Tech Staff in UK
India’s largest software services firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Wednesday said it will recruit 1,500 technology employees across the UK over the next year.
The announcement followed Monday’s meeting in Mumbai between visiting UK Trade Secretary Liz Truss and TCS CEO Rajesh Gopinathan.
TCS’ workforce in the UK has 54 nationalities represented, and women account for 28 per cent of the workforce, much higher than the 17 per cent average in the IT sector. The company, however, did not provide the current headcount for the UK market.
The firm’s revenue from the UK market was about GBP 2.7 billion at the end of FY20.

अपर जिला सूचना अधिकारी, मथुरा विनोद कुमार शर्मा और भदोही में तैनात अपर जिला सूचना अधिकारी अनिल कुमार सिंह को सिनेमा ऑपरेटर कम प्रचार सहायक के पद पर पदावनत किया गया है।
उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में यह फैसला किया गया है।
(Chd Haryana )Haryana DGP Manoj Yadava’s Tenure Extended Till Further Orders
Yadava was appointed as state’s director-general of police on February 21, 2019 for two years.
The 1988-batch, Haryana-cadre IPS officer, who earlier worked as an additional director in the Intelligence Bureau for several years, was among the three Indian Police Service officers recommended by a committee of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for appointment as the state police chief.
The officer had returned to his parent cadre after a 15-year stint with the IB.

Union Minister Dr.Jitendra Singh said that the DoPT (Department of Personnel & Training) is constantly striving to expedite the promotions and empanelment of officers, so that each of the government functionary gets his due on time and remains motivated to offer his or her services to the best of potential and ability.
Speaking to a delegation of senior officers of Punjab Civil Services (PCS), who called on him with a request to expedite their cases of induction into IAS (Indian Administrative Services), Dr.Jitendra Singh said, there was a tendency for delay in the past but over the last six years the processes have been streamlined with optimum utilisation of modern technology. He said, in the last few years, DoPT has followed a proactive approach in coordination with different Ministries and Departments of the Government of India as well as different State/UT governments to overcome bottlenecks or hurdles coming in the way of promotions or empanelment.

Rajasthan government has transferred
21 IAS officers including three district collectors,
56 IPS and
28 IFS officers in the state.
The transfer list was issued late on Monday night.
District collectors of Churu, Baran and Jhalawar were among those transferred.
In the police department,
ADGs Neena Singh and Govind Gupta,
IGs Binita Thakur,
Sanjib Kumar, Hawa Singh and Sengathir were transferred.
The SPs of Udaipur, Bharatpur, Baran, Jodhpur rural, Ajmer, Pali, Bhilwara, Dungarpur, Jhunjhunu, Churu, Sikar, Bikaner, Hanumangarh and Dausa were transferred.
Besides, 28 IFS officers were also transferred.
