अदालत ने मोहला को भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 336 (दूसरे की जान या व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा को खतरे में डालना), धारा 506 (आपराधिक धमकी) और धारा 170 (लोकसेवक का रूप धारण करना) के तहत भी दोषी ठहराया। इन अपराधों के लिए उन्हें विभिन्न अवधि के कारावास की सजा तो सुनाई गई लेकिन दो फरवरी 2009 के बाद से जेल में काटी गई अवधि के साथ इनका समायोजन कर दिया गया
