Akalis To Approach Judiciary Against AAP For Stone Pelting

[Chandigarh,Punjab] Akalis To Approach Judiciary Against AAP’s Bhagwant Mann For Stone Pelting On Sukhbir’s Cavalcade
Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) will soon file a complaint against the Aam Admi Party (AAP), especially its leader Bhagwant Mann for allegedly inciting people against their political opponents.
SAD secretary Daljit Singh Cheema said that party has decided to file a complaint with the Election Commission of India, seeking action against the AAP.
He said that it will bring to the notice of ECI the statements coming from the leadership of AAP, including those of Mann who has been asking people to attack the SAD-BJP and other party’s leadership.
Cheema said that AAP’s only point of agenda is to derive political mileage by resorting to violent means.
He said that it was most unfortunate that instead of launching its campaign sincerely by seeking votes from the people, AAP is resorting to these types of dirty tricks.
He denounced the pelting of stones on SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal’s cavalcade at Jalalabad, saying “all these acts are shameful, condemnable and needs to be dealt firmly.”
Cheema said that the modus operandi adopted by AAP is that they hire about dozen goons in different areas and ask them to attack their opposite parties and make videos of these attacks with the sole objective to post them on social media.
By resorting to this methodology they want to sensationalise that every one is against other parties.
Seeking strong action against the AAP and its leadership particularly Mann, the SAD leader said that Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has already appealed to all the political parties that they should cooperate with Election Commission for completion of poll procedure in a peaceful manner.
