[New York] US Govt Seeks Dismissal Of Law Suite Filed By SFJ Against Indian R S S
The US government is seeking to dismiss a lawsuit filed against Secretary of State John Kerry by a SFJ that wants India’s RSS to be designated as a foreign terrorist organisation and has summoned the top American diplomat in the case.

In a motion filed on Tuesday before judge LT Swain of the Southern District of New York, US attorney Preet Bharara advocated for additional time.
The US-based rights group, Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), has filed a lawsuit in the US court to label the RSS a foreign terrorist organisation,
It may be added that The RSS is the ideological mentor of the Ruling BJP In India and abroad. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also former RSS member
