The Allahabad High Court.Justice S P Kesarwani ruled that Abdullah Azam Khan was not qualified to contest as he was below 25 when he filed his nomination papers as the SP candidate from Suar constituency in 2017.
The election petition against him was filed by Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Kazim Ali Khan.
Abdullah Azam Khan’s father Azam Khan is the Lok Sabha MP from Rampur, the parliamentary constituency under which the Suar segment falls.

BJP today held protest In The State against controversial minister Azam Khan for his “objectionable” statement against Bhim Rao Ambedkar dubbing the Constitution maker as someone who grabs land.
In his address at the inauguration of Haj House in Ghaziabad on Monday, Khan without naming Ambedkar had said, “All across Uttar Pradesh, there are statues of a person whose finger seems to say that not only does it own the plot of land on which it is standing, but also the plot towards which it is pointing its finger.”

A BJP delegation led by State President Maurya handed over a memorandum to Governor Ram Naik at Rajbhawan demanding Khan’s dismissal from the cabinet for “hurting sentiments” by making “derogatory remarks” against Ambedkar.
Maurya also attacked the Opposition parties for being silent over the remarks.
Maurya alleged that BJP district president and other workers were injured in the lathicharge by police on protestors in Lucknow.
Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Navnirman Sena threatened to hold a ‘mahapanchayat’ on the issue which will be attended by people from 150 villages if Khan does not tender an apology.

Pandemonium today prevailed in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly as opposition parties sought to corner the Akhilesh Yadav government over several issues, prompting the Speaker to order the eviction of the protesting legislators.
Legislators from BSP, BJP, RLD, Apna Dal jumped into the Well of the House with placards and banners even before the Assembly proceedings started.
[1]BSP members donning caps with slogans “Daliton par atyachar nahi chalega” (atrocities on Dalits will not be tolerated) and banners highlighting the issue of cane dues protested against the government.
[2]BJP members raised the issues of law and order, electricity, women security etc.
[3]RLD members Sticked to the issue of non-payment of cane dues while
[4]Peace Party member Ayub was seen with the banner “Adityanath ke goondon ko giraftar karo” (arrest goons of Adityanath).
Speaker Mata Prasad Pandey tried to pacify the members to return to their seats for Question Hour, but his attempt went in vain.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mohd Azam Khan said strict action should be taken against the legislators, whom he accused of committing contempt of the House by jumping into the Well even before the start of the proceedings and arrival of the Speaker.
“They are trying to communalise things and vitiate the atmosphere of the state. BSP men are doing all this for cheap media publicity.
He said ,Instead of pointing banners to us, they are showing it to media, which showed their intentions,”
On his demand, a resolution was passed with voice vote to remove the agitating legislators from the House following which the Speaker asked the marshals to evict them.
BJP, Congress and BSP MLAs jostled with other legislators and continued to raise slogans while marshals tried to remove them. While some resisted the marshals, others voluntarily went outside the House.
Some BSP MLAs were seen using force while resisting the marshals.
The agitated MLAs after being removed from the House sat on dharna in the gallery outside.
Later, Speaker continued Question Hour but as opposition leaders were not present he started agenda of Zero hour.

In controversial current remarks, VHP accused Muslim leaders of some political parties of “acting like mentors of terrorists” to threaten India and said they have no right to live in the country.
The outfit said churches and politicians with “jehadi mindset” were bringing a bad name to India in the name of religion.
“Sometime Owaisi, sometime Abu Azmi, sometime Azam… in the name of religion they act like mentors of terrorists, who are traitors and enemy of humanity, and give threats to India.
Such people have no right to live in India,” VHP joint general secretary Surendra Kumar Jain. made this statement at the inauguration of two-day national conference of Bajrang Dal, a Hindutva outfit linked with violent activities in the past.
In their zeal to oppose Hinduism, these leaders start opposing the Constitution and country, he alleged.
His comment comes against the backdrop of a row over AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi’s remarks which suggested that Mumbai blasts convict Yakub Memon was facing gallows due to his religion.
BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj had responded saying he should go to Pakistan if he cannot accept the decision on Memon.

उत्तर प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था के दिनों दिन बिगड़ने पर कांग्रेस के पश्चात अब भाजपा ने भी चिंता व्यक्त की |भाजपा प्रवक्ता, टेक्नोक्रेट, डॉ सुधांशू त्रिवेदी ने पार्टी की सामान्य ब्रीफिंग में समाज वादी पार्टी की यूं पी में सरकार पर कटाक्ष करते हुए कहा कि कानून व्यवस्था की समस्या नैसर्गिक रूप से सपा के साथ जुड़ी रहती है लेकिन इस बार तो सभी उम्मीदें ध्वस्त हो चुकी हैं| गुना और बलिया के विधायक से लेकर मंत्री आज़म खान +शिव पाल यादव+ और यहाँ तक कि पार्टी सुप्रीमो मुलायम सिंह यादव भी कानून व्यवस्था पर प्रश्न चिन्ह लगा चुके हैं |
डॉ त्रिवेदी ने कहा कि बी एस पी के भ्रष्टाचार से त्रस्त उत्तर प्रदेश की जनता ने सपा को सत्ता सौंपी थी लेकिन मात्र डेड़ वर्षों में ही व्यवस्था बद से बत्तर हो गई है | युवा मुख्य मंत्री अखिलेश यादव की सरकार से उम्मीदें समाप्त हो गई हैं| उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि सरकर के छह शक्ति केंद्र बने हुए हैं |शिव पाल यादव कहते हैं कि थानों पर समाज वादियों का कब्जा है|आज़म खान कहते हैं कि उन्होंने ऍफ़ आई आर दर्ज़ कराई और दूसरों ने पैसे देकर उनकी ऍफ़ आई आर को कही रफा दफा करवा लिया|पार्टी सुप्रीमो मुलायम सिंह कहते हैं कि यदि में सत्ता में होता तो तत्काल सभी कुछ ठीक कर लेता|
डॉ सुधांशू त्रिवेदी ने कहा कि चूंकि सपा केंद्र में कांग्रेस की सरकर को सहयोग दे रही है ऐसे में प्रदेश में कांग्रेस भी सपा को सपोर्ट करने को बाध्य है ऐसे में इन दोनों पार्टियों से कोई उम्मीद नही है इसीलिए लोक सभा के चुनावों में दोनों को उखाड़ फैंकना जरुरी है |इससे पूर्व कांग्रेस कि नेत्री रीता बहुगुणा जोशी भी यह ओपचारिकता निभा चुकी हैं
संसद में ९ मुद्दे उठे मगर कार्यवाही आज भी नही हुई
संसद के दोनों सदनों लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में शुक्रवार को भी बिजनेस ठप्प रहा| प्रश्नकाल के दौरान विपक्ष ने विभिन्न मुद्दों पर हंगामा किया, जिसके कारण सारे दिन कार्यवाही बाधित हुई| लोक सभा में यधपि ९ मुद्दे उठाये गए मगर हंगामे के चलते कार्यवाही नही हो पाई|स्पीकर मीरा कुमार और राज्य सभा में हामिद अंसारी प्रश्न काल की कार्यवाही भी नहीं चलवा पाए| शुक्रवार का दिन ओड़िसा के लिए विशेष राज्य का दर्ज़ा+आज़म खान का अमेरिका में अपमान+कोयला घोटाला+२ जी स्कैम की भेंट चड गया|
[१] बीजेपी ने कोयला ब्लॉक + 2जी स्पेक्ट्रम आवंटन का मामला उठाया | सीबीआई द्वारा कोयला ब्लॉक आवंट की जांच से सम्बंधित स्थिति रपट में सरकार के हस्तक्षेप के सम्बंध में दायर किए गए शपथपत्र[हलफ नामा] का भी मुद्दा उठाया.
[२] उत्तर प्रदेश में सत्ता रुड समाजवादी पार्टी ने अपने कद्दावर नेता +यूपी के नगरीय विकास मंत्री मोहम्मद आजम खान के अमेरिका के बोस्टन हवाईअड्डे पर हुई बदसुलूकी का मामला उठाया.
गौरतलब है कि आजम खान,अपने मुख्यमंत्री अखिलेश यादव के साथ हार्वर्ड विश्वविद्यालय में कुम्भ मेले पर व्याख्यान देने गए थे. उन्हें बोस्टन लोगान अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाईअड्डे पर बुधवार को पूछताछ के लिए लगभग 10 मिनट के लिए हिरासत में ले लिया गया था|
दोनों सदनों की कार्यवाही 11 बजे शुरू होने के साथ ही हंगामा शुरू हो गया, जिसके कारण प्रश्नकाल नहीं हो सका. शोर-शराबे के बीच दोनों सदनों की कार्यवाही परम्परानुसार पहले दोपहर 12 बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई थी|
राज्यसभा की कार्यवाही 12 बजे शुरू होने के बाद दोबारा हंगामा शुरू हुआ, और उपसभापति पी.जे. कुरियन ने कार्यवाही अपराह्न् 2.30 बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी|.
2जी स्पैक्ट्रम घोटाले की जांच कर रही [३]]संयुक्त संसदीय समिति के अध्यक्ष पद से पीसी चाको को हटाने और[४] पश्चिम बंगाल में चिट फंड घोटाले समेत कई मुद्दों पर विभिन्न दलों के सदस्यों के भारी हंगामे के कारण लोकसभा की कार्यवाही आज एक बार के स्थगन के बाद दोपहर करीब सवा 12 बजे दिनभर के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई।
सुबह सदन की कार्यवाही शुरू होने पर अध्यक्ष मीरा कुमार ने जैसे ही प्रश्नकाल शुरू करने को कहा[५],बीजद सदस्य ओडिशा को विशेष राज्य का दर्जा दिये जाने की मांग करते हुए आसन के समीप आ गए।
[६]अन्नाद्रमुक के सदस्य एक अंग्रेजी समाचार पत्र की प्रति दिखा रहे थे जिसमें जेपीसी के आधे सदस्यों की पीसी चाको को अध्यक्ष पद से हटाने संबंधी मांग की खबर छपी है। [७]वाममोर्चा सदस्य भी अध्यक्ष के आसन के समीप आकर पश्चिम बंगाल में शारदा चिट फंड घोटाले की सीबीआई जांच कराने और गरीबों का पैसा लौटाने की मांग की|
कल्याण बनर्जी समेत तृणमूल कांग्रेस के कई सदस्य भी आसन के समक्ष चिटफंड को बंद करने और इस घोटाले में कथित रूप से शामिल केंद्रीय मंत्रियों की गिरफ्तारी की मांग करने लगे।[८] सपा सदस्य अध्यक्ष के आसन के समीप आ गए और उन्हें चीन का मुद्दा उठाया | [९]तेलंगाना क्षेत्र के कांग्रेस सांसद पृथक तेलंगाना राज्य के गठन के विषय को उठा रहे थे। उनके हाथों में तख्तियां थी जिस पर लिखा था, `तेलंगाना विधेयक पेश करो।’
दोपहर 12 बजे पीठासीन गिरिजा व्यास ने हंगामे के बीच ही आवश्यक दस्तावेज सदन के पटल पर रखवाए। लेकिन हंगामे से परेशां होकर उन्होंने बैठक दिनभर के लिए स्थगित कर दी। सदन की बैठक अब सोमवार को होगी।
