लगता है के हिंचकोले खाती कांग्रेस को डूबता हुआ जहाज मान लिया गया है तभी इसके खासुलखास सिपहसलार एकएक कर के किनारा करने में लगे हैं और तात्कालिक लाभ केप्रेम पींगें बढ़ाने में लगे हैं|
छत्तीस गढ़ में अजित जोगी की बगावत अभी सम्भली नहीं थी के अब महाराष्ट्र में पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और कांग्रेस प्रधान रहे गुरुदास कामत ने “रायता” फैला दिया ।जोगी ने कांग्रेस छोड़ कर अपनी पार्टी बनाई तो कामत ने राजनीती से ही सन्यास [फिलहाल]ले लिया।यूपी में बेनी प्रसाद वर्मा पहले ही गुठलियां फैंक कर सपाई आमों की तरफ लपक चुके हैं।पांजब में भी कप्तान अमरिंदर सिंह लगातार अपनों का विरोध झेल रहे हैं
उत्तराखंड के असंतुष्ट विधायकों के दंश से मुख्य मंत्री हरीश रावत पूरी तरह बाहर नही निकल पाये हैं ।
अरुणाचल प्रदेश की बगावत की कहानी अभी सभी की जुबान पर चढ़ी हुई है ।ऐसा क्या हो गया के अपने प्रिय नेतागण ही कांग्रेस को तलाक देने पर उतारू हो गए ?

कांग्रेस को एक के बाद एक प्रदेश में हार का मुंह देखना पढ़ा है।यहां तक के बिहार जैसे प्रदेश में भी विशाल+ऐतिहासिक कांग्रेस छोटे सहयोगी के स्तर पर सिमट चुकी है
[२]स्थानीय नरेतत्व की उपेक्षा
लोक सभा चुनाव हारे हुए बढे नेताओं को दूसरे सुरक्षित राज्यों से राज्य सभा में लाया जा रहा है ।पूर्व केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री पी चिदंबरम इसका जीता जागता उदारहण है चिदंबरम को साउथ से महाराष्ट्र लाकर राज्य सभा में निर्विरोध भेजा गया
[३ ]स्थानीय चुनावों में स्थानीय बड़ों की उपेक्षा
कहीं न कहीं स्थानीय नेताओं को आंकने में कमी हुई है जिसके परिणाम स्वरुप बगावतें हो रही है
पुराने नेतागण जो कभी राजीव गांधी और इंदिरा गांधी के करीब माने जाते थेऔर सोनिया गांधी के भी कृपा पात्र बने हुए थे उन्हें राहुल गांधी के आने से अपां सिंहासन डोलता दिख रहा है। कामत इसका जीता जागता प्रमाण है

पंजाब कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह ने कहा कि राहुल गांधी के लिए कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष के तौर पर उनकी मां श्रीमती सोनिया गांधी से कामकाज संभालने का यह सही समय है।
प्रदेशाध्यक्ष ने प्रियंका गांधी वड्रा के सक्रिय राजनीति में प्रवेश की भी वकालत की।
सिंह ने संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा,
‘‘सोनिया गांधी एक अद्भुत नेता हैं। मैंने यह इसलिए कहा है क्योंकि वह पिछले 20 साल से [कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष के रूप में] काम कर रहीं हैं। अगर उन्हें लगता है कि यह जिम्मेदारी नयी पीढ़ी को देने का समय आ गया है तो उन्हें देनी चाहिए और हम पूरी तरह राहुल का समर्थन करेंगे।
वह इस प्रश्न का उत्तर दे रहे थे कि क्या कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष के लिए सोनिया गांधी से जिम्मेदारी अपने हाथ में लेने का समय आ गया है।
सिंह ने कहा, ‘‘देखिए, उन्होंने मुझसे इस बारे में बात नहीं की है। लेकिन हमें जो पता चल रहा है कि वह अब महसूस कर रही हैं कि नयी पीढ़ी के लिए समय आ गया है, जो आज हर कोई कह रहा है।’’ उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘हम यह इसलिए भी कह रहे हैं कि भारत की 70 प्रतिशत आबादी 40 साल से कम की है। वह भी यह बात जानती हैं। हो सकता है कि वह महसूस कर रहीं हों कि वह इसे नयी पीढ़ी को सौंप दें। मुझे लगता है कि इसमें कुछ नया नहीं है।’’ जब पूछा गया कि क्या राहुल इसी महीने कामकाज संभाल सकते हैं तो अमरिंदर ने कहा, ‘‘देखिए, मुझे यह नहीं पता। अगर सोनियाजी राहुलजी को कमान देना चाहती हैं तो मुझे लगता है कि सब समर्थन करेंगे।’’ सोनिया के बारे में उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘उन्होंने १९९७ से वाकई बहुत मेहनत की है।

Congress’s Punjab chief Amarinder Singh today said the blacklist containing names of Sikhs who migrated to various countries during militancy must be revisited, arguing that all those who went abroad were not “anti-national” but most of them “actually job seekers”.
Amarinder said he will take up the matter with Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj.
He was speaking to media persons two days after his return from the United States.
He said those who used “political asylum” to seek jobs should be allowed to visit India, though he advocated excluding “anti-nationals”.
He dismissed allegations levelled by the SFJ that he “prompted or patronised” the police officers allegedly involved in torture of people during the days of militancy.
On the list of PCC vice presidents, general secretaries, and district presidents, released on Saturday, Amarinder said he had tried to accommodate as many people as possible.
He also made it clear he had not removed any of the earlier office-bearers but had only made some additions.
He said some people left out in the original list and were also being accommodated.

Congress Punjab chief Amarinder Singh today questioned the timing and motives of the Centre in pursuing the issue of purported foreign accounts of his wife Preneet Kaur and son Raninder Singh He said Swiss bank authority has “certified” that they did not hold such accounts.
He Questioned “The purported accounts shown against the name of his wife and son, had ‘zero’ balance. How is it possible to have an account that too in a Swiss Bank without any balance?”
“This was despite the fact that the HSBC authorities had certified five years ago that they (Kaur and Raninder) did not have any account anywhere with it (the HSBC)”,
Before media He alleged, “since the Punjab Assembly elections were not far away, BJP and Akalis wanted to keep the issue alive during the elections although they know it too well that it will not stand anywhere in the court of law”.
He also announced that he will be seeking quashing of the complaint in the higher court since it had no basis.
The former Chief Minister reiterated it was an act of vendetta initiated deliberately in the run up to the 2017 assembly elections by initiating a “media trial”.
