(New Delhi) Adm of Instagram Gp ‘Bois Locker Room’ Arrested
Delhi Police’s Cyber cell has arrested the admin of the Instagram group which was being used to share obscene messages and morphed pictures of underage girls on the social media site, officials said on Wednesday.
On Monday, a juvenile, who was also a group member, was apprehended.
Ten members, including minors, of the Instagram group have also been identified
The minor was also quizzed and the devices used to engage in the “offensive and vulgar communication” have been seized from the members of the group known as “Bois Locker Room”.
“The CyPAD unit has sought information about the alleged group and it’s members from Instagram. Their reply is awaited
The Delhi Commission of Women (DCW) had issued a notice to Instagram and Delhi Police, taking cognizance of the matter.

[नई दिल्ली ]हाई कोर्ट ने “आप” पार्टी के गीतकार नेता डॉ कुमार विश्वास को आंतरिक राहत देने से इंकार किया|विश्वास ने डीसीडब्लू द्वारा समन किये जाने पर कोर्ट से राहत की गुहार लगाईं थी|गौरतलब है कि आप पार्टी की एक महिला वालंटियर ने डॉ कुमार विश्वास पर अवैध संबंध बनाने का आरोप लगाया था|इसीसे बचाव के लिए विश्वास ने कोर्ट में गुहार लगाईं मगर कोर्ट ने आज विश्वास की अपील में जबरदस्त दोष पाये और राहत देने से इंकार कर दिया
इससे पूर्व आप पार्टी के ही दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल+उपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया+तीन अन्य आप नेता निषेधाज्ञा का उल्लंघन करने और जनसेवकों को उनकी जिम्मेदारी निभाने से रोकने के मामले में दिल्ली की एक अदालत में पेश हुए।

AAP Party Has Alleged That DCW Is clearly working on a political agenda under its current chairperson.
Her public statements make it clear that she is speaking the language of her political masters, which is not in keeping with the dignified post she holds.
The Aam Aadmi Party takes strong exceptions to her utterances and demands that the Delhi government should look into the state of affairs of the commission.
The attempts to browbeat the lawyers representing the Malviya Nagar MLA and Delhi law minister Somnath Bharti by the commission chairperson are condemnable.
While Backing Law Minister Mr Bharti It Is Said That through his lawyers Mr Bharti wanted to inform the DCW that he will
appear before the commission at a later date.
This was done by Mr Bharti despite the fact that the summons by the DCW were sent to him on wrong addresses, but showing full respect for the commission he decided to be represented before it. The attempts by the DCW chairperson, who is a former MLA of the Congress party, to create a controversy on the issue clearly showed her real intentions.
How far is it justified to send summons on wrong addresses repeatedly in a hurry and make public statements about them ?
It appears that the DCW chairperson acted on a well thought out plan to divert attention from the real issues facing the residents of Khirki Extension. The women from that area have already submitted their grievances before the DCW and the AAP demands justice on the issue.
दिल्ली के कानून मंत्री पर महिला आयोग का कानून कड़ा हुआ
दिल्ली के कानून मंत्री सोम नाथ भारती पर महिला आयोग का कानून कड़ा होता जा रहा है कांग्रेस और भाजपा इसे मुद्दा बना कर आंदोलन चलाने की घोषणा कर रहे हैं|
आम आदमी पार्टी के कानून मंत्री भारती ने महिला आयोग के समक्ष सवयम प्रस्तुत होने के स्थान पर दो वकीलों को भेज दिया जिससे उत्तेजित होकर महिला आयोग की वकील के साथ ही गरमा गर्म बहस हो गई |
मंत्री के समर्थन में “आप” पार्टी ने बताया है कि सोम नाथ भारती कानून मंत्री के साथ ही टूरिज्म विभाग भी देखते हैं और पूर्व निर्धारित दो कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने गए थे लेकिन इसके साथ ही उन्होंने महिला आयोग[ DCW] का सम्मान करते हुए अपने वकीलों को भी आयोग के समक्ष भेज कर “समय” की मांग की लेकिन कांग्रेस की पूर्व विधायक और वर्त्तमान मेंमहिला आयोग DCWकी चेयर पर्सन हैं उन्होंने मंत्री के वकीलों की बात सुनने के बजाये उलटे उन्हें ही आड़े हाथों ले लिया यहाँ तक आयोग नियमावली भी देने से इंकार कर दिया
गौरतलब है कि .खिड़की एक्सटेंशन में युगांडा की महिलाओं के साथ बदसुलूकी और नस्लीय टिप्पणी मामले में कानून मंत्री सोमनाथ भारती को दोबारा नोटिस भेजकर आज [शुक्रवार] को बुलाया गया था।
DCW बरखा सिंह ने कहा पाँच शिकायतकर्ताओं में से दो प्रस्तुत हुईं लेकिन सोमनाथ भारती नहीं आए. इस आधार पर फ़ैसला लिख लिया गया है | कांग्रेस की पूर्व एम् एल ऐ द्वारा चेयर्ड आयोग की इस कार्यवाही को आप पार्टी ने राजनीती से प्रेरित बताया है
