It May Be Recalled That C S D Canteen facilities are withdrawn from Civil Defence pensioners Including 250 years old DAD department
The restoration of CSD Canteen facility to Defence civilian pensioners was examined by defence ministry four years ago and case DDG CSD Wasasked to take a favorable decision .
On 24 may 2012 this valid demand of pensioners was rejected on various Fabricated constraining factors .Like Man power+Budget etc
If It is true then present staff should have been declared surplus and budget would have been reduced rears ago But nothing has happened.Neither Budget Nor Man power is Erased
So this gesture will not put any burden on the exchequer
