[चंडीगढ़,हरियाणा]हरियाणा में जाट आंदोलन अब एक हिंसक उपद्रव का रूप लेने लग गया है यह चिन्ता का विषय है |गांधी नीति के अनुसार फ़िलहाल आंदोलन स्थगित करना ना केवल राष्ट्र वरन स्वयं आंदोलकारियों के भी हितों में होगा | गुजरात के पटेलों के बाद अब हरियाणवी जाटों ने भी आरक्षण की मांग को लेकर आंदोलन छेड़ दिया है |गुजरात में तो आंदोलन का एक नेता था जिसे जेल में दाल कर आंदोलन को दबा दिया गया लेकिन हरियाणा में तो कोई केंद्रीय न्रेतत्व दिखाई ही नही दे रहा |विपक्षी पार्टियां केवल ओपचारिकता वष एक्टिव दिखाई दे रही हैं|इसके विपरीत दिल्ली और यूपी से सरकार पर निशाने साधने का सियासी लोकप्रिय काम शुरू होगया है|यूपी में चुनाव होने हैं सम्भवत इसीलिए रालोद के जयंत चौधरी ने भी इस हरियाणवी जाट आंदोलन को समर्थन देने में देरी नहीं लगाईं |कांग्रेस भी अपनी खोई हुई जमीन पाने के लिए सरकार की आलोचना करके आग में घी ही डालने के प्रयास में दिख रही हैं|उपद्रवियों को देखते ही गोली मरने के आदेश जारी होने और सेना को हवाई मार्ग से राज्य में पहुंचाए जाने की घटनाओं से यह तो साबित होजाता है के आंदोलन को सँभालने में फ़िलहाल प्रदेश में सरकार और विपक्षी न्रेतत्व असफल होता प्रतीत हो रहा है |
सम्भवत इसीलिए आंदोलन अपने मार्ग से भटकता भी दिखाई देने लगा है |सरकारी +निजी सम्पत्तियों की बर्बादी और फिर सुरक्षा सेनाओं की फायरिंग में छह मौतों से यह सवाल उठना लाजमी है के इस सब से किसका फायदा होगा |
प्रदर्शनकारियों ने जिंद में रेलवे स्टेशन को आग लगा दी |कफ्र्यू का दायरा कम होने के स्थान पर बढ़ता ही जा रहा है
सी एम मनोहर लाल खट्टर ने जाट और खाप नेताओं के साथ बातचीत की, लेकिन इसके फलदायी नतीजे नहीं मिले
क्योंकि प्रदर्शनकारी सरकारी नौकरियों में अति पिछड़ा वर्ग[ओबीसी]कोटा की अपनी मुख्य मांग पर अड़े रहे और उन्होंने राज्य के आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े तबके के लिए आरक्षण कोटा 10 %से बढ़ाकर 20 %करने की मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा को भी खारिज कर दिया।
गुजरात की भांति ही हरियाणा भी एक समृद्ध प्रान्त है |यहां रेल +बसों की आवाजाही ठप्प कर दी गई है |दिल्ली का पानी बंद करदेने की धमकी के चलते दिल्ली सरकार ने स्कूलों को बन्दकरने के आदेश दे दिए हैं |मुख्य मंत्री खट्टर की अपील को फिर दोहराना जरूरी है के इस हिंसा से किसी का भला नहीं होगा

The much-awaited Panchayat polls in Haryana will be held next year in three phases on January 10, 17 and 24,
Polling will be held in 6,198 villages, 21 Zila Parishads and 147 Panchayat Samitis. The notification for the first phase will be out on December 17.
On December 10, the State Election Commission had said that it would soon set in motion the process for conduct of Panchayat polls after the Supreme Court upheld a new law in Haryana mandating minimum educational qualifications as a prerequisite for the contestants.The model code was put on hold from September 24 in view of the Supreme Court hearing the petition challenging the validity of Haryana’s Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act 2015 which fixes matriculation as essential qualification for general candidates contesting panchayat polls.
The qualification for women (general) and Scheduled Caste candidates has been fixed at Class VIII.
As the matter was pending before the Supreme Court, the SEC had decided to put on hold all the activities in pursuant to Commission’s notification dated September 8 and all other notifications/orders issued subsequently.
The Commission had on September 8 issued the programme for the conduct of elections to Panchayati Raj institutions in the state, as per which the panchayat polls were to be conducted in three phases on October 4, 11 and 18.
Meanwhile, Haryana’s main opposition INLD has challenged the ruling BJP to contest the upcoming Panchayati polls on party symbol.
“The BJP had been claiming that it has done a lot for the people over the last over a year, then this is the right time they should test their popularity by contesting on party symbol,” INLD senior leader Abhay Singh Chautala said

Besides Hiring the Buses ,, the government has began the process for recruitment of 725 new drivers and 636 other technical staff.
Haryana Roadways, has declared r the new transport policy,under which, will now hire buses from private operators
Addressing press conference here today, Haryana Transport Minister Krishan Lal Pawar said that the Haryana Roadways will have the entire operational control on these buses.
He added.”The orders for purchase of 300 new buses have already been given, while the rest would be bought later,”
Pawar said, initially there is a proposal to hire 500 private buses under the scheme, but the number could increase as per the demand.
Everyday about 17 lakh passengers travel in the state roadways buses as against a demand of 40 lakh passengers.
Maximum five buses would be hired from any person, firm, company, registered society or any other legal unit, through online e-tendering to ensure complete transparency.
He said preference would be given to old permit-holders of buses for hire purposes provided that they apply through the e-tendering process.

unskilled labourers from Rs 5,900 to Rs 7,600 and that of
skilled labourers from Rs 6,536 to Rs 9,699.
Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar announced this while addressing a gathering on the occasion of ‘Haryana Day’ today.
Besides, he also announced that Social Welfare Department would set up its centres at block and sub-divisional level so that the people do not have to visit the district headquarters to get themselves enrolled for various social security pension schemes.
‘Haryana Day’ is celebrated on November 1 to mark the creation of a state from the then joint Punjab in 1966.

The consumers of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) will get their electricity bill on monthly basis as the Haryana power distribution company will launch the new billing system.
Managing Director of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UHBVN) Nitin Yadav said here today that in the first phase it would be implemented for domestic and non domestic consumers in Kalka sub-division under Ambala operation section.
Subsequently, it would be extended in all the areas under UHBVN.
With the implementation of the new system, the consumers would be able to analyse their bill more effectively. It will enable them to manage their electricity consumption and monthly expenditure,

BSP supremo and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati today accused the Khattar Led BJP government in Haryana of being “insensitive” towards Dalits and termed as shameful the killing of two children who were burnt alive three days ago.
She said at a press conference “It clearly indicates that BJP is not at all concerned or sensitive towards Dalits,”
Describing the killing of two Dalit children in Faridabad in Haryana as “shameful”, Mayawati said, “It shows insensitivity of the Haryana government.”
She said the incident is more shocking because it happened despite the police deployment in the area.
Targeting the prevalence of feudalism in the area, she said, “Feudal lords of the area wanted dalits to live like slaves but they refused and fought back. They had to leave the village after that.”
However, after the change of the government in Haryana, the BJP government took them back in the village and the police was deployed there, she said, adding even though the police was present, they were killed.
Taking on BJP, she said when similar incidents happened during the Congress government then BJP was promising to protect Dalits to come to power.
She said atrocities on Dalits are happening everywhere, including in Uttar Pradesh and the government is protecting those who are committing crime against Dalits
