[New Delhi]Hockey India Mulling to file Defamation Cases Against Rebellious Cricketer&Politician Kirti Azad
Hockey India is planning to file civil and criminal defamation suits against the suspended BJP MP, saying that his sustained outbursts are costing HI sponsorship.
The suits are likely to be filed on Monday or Tuesday,
Azad, has alleged that there is corruption in HI owing to the influence wielded by former Delhi and Districts Cricket Association President Arun Jaitley.
Azad has claimed that there is widespread financial mismanagement in HI, this charge HI has already rejected.

and some other AAP leaders tomorrow. As per sources Jaitely May File Case Against BJP MP Kirti Azad Also
Jaitley said he had instructed his legal team to institute civil defamation cases against Kejriwal and others in the Delhi High Court and criminal defamation cases in the Patiala House courts.
Jaitley said cases are being filed in his personal capacity against Kejriwal and others who have issued “false and defamatory” statements against him and his family members.
Besides Kejriwal, cases will be filed against Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chadha, Deepak Bajpayee, AAP leaders,
President Sneh Prakash Bansal also strongly refuted the charges saying that no company bill mentioned in the sting operation exists in the cricket body’s transaction records.
