[New Delhi] Parliament’s Both Houses Distrupted for 11th Day
RS & LS disrupted for 11th day as protests continue
The Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha proceedings were disrupted for the 11th day today as the TDP, YSR Congress, TRS and AIADMK continued their noisy protests over various issues, including the banking scam and special status for Andhra Pradesh.
As soon as Speaker Sumitra Mahajan and V Naidu took up the Question Hour in their own respective houses members from various parties trooped into the Well holding placards.
While members from the TDP, YSR Congress, TRS and AIADMK were in the Well raising slogans and holding placards, MPs from the TMC and Congress were seen standing at their seats.
As the protests continued, the Houses were adjourned RSTill20thMarch
Since March 5, when Parliament had reassembled for the budget session after recess, the Lok Sabha has seen disruptions on a daily basis.
Amid noisy protests, the House had passed the Finance Bill and the appropriation bills last week without any discussion.

Oscar Fernandes Gets additional charge of Ministry of Labour and Employment
Shri Oscar Fernandes Has been Burdened with additional charge of Ministry of Labour and Employment Previously this ministry was looked after by Padma Shri awardee Sis Ram Ola
The President of India, as advised by the Prime Minister, has directed that Shri Oscar Fernandes, Minister of Road Transport and Highways shall be given additional charge of the work of the Ministry of Labour and Employment. Parliament Showed profound sorrow about the passing away of Shri Sis Ram Ola, Union Cabinet Minister, on 15th December, 2013 at 3.30 AM in a hospital at Gurgaon, Haryana.and both Houses were adjourned for the Day .
संसद में बजट सत्र को आज हैदराबाद में हुए कल के बम ब्लास्ट का ग्रहण लगा
बजट सत्र आज को हैदराबाद में कल हुए ब्लास्ट का ग्रहण लग गया |संसद की कार्य वाही भारी हंगामे की भेंट चढ़ गई और संसद के के दोनों सदनों को बारह बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया गया|आज सदन में सबसे पहले हैदराबाद में मारे गए निर्दोष नागरिकों की आत्मा की शांति के लिए दो मिनट का मौन रखा गया |दो मिनट मुश्किल से खत्म ही हुए थे की लोक सभा और राज्य सभा में शोर शराबा शुरू हो गया | राज्यसभा में भाजपा के नेता वेंकैय्या नायडू प्रश्न काल को समाप्त कर के हैदराबाद बम ब्लास्ट पर चर्चा की मांग कर रहे थे|इसके लिए मंत्री राजीव शुक्ला को भी बोलने नहीं दिया गया| केन्द्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री आर पी सिंह ने बताया की गृह मंत्री ढाई बजे तक संसद में आयेंगे | लोक सभा में भी अनेक सदस्य वेळ में आ कर श्री लंकाँ के प्रेजिडेंट के विरुद्ध नारे बाज़ी करते देखे गए| लोक सभा में स्पीकर मीरा कुमार और राज्य सभा के चेयर मैन उपराष्ट्रपति हामिद अंसारी की तमाम अपीलों के बावजूद जब शांति नहीं बनी तो दोनों सदनों की कार्यवाही बारह बजे तक के लिए स्थगित कर दी गई| प्रधान मंत्री डाक्टर मन मोहन सिंह ने इस बजट सत्र में सकारात्मक और विकास के मार्ग खुलने की आशा व्यक्त की थी मगर फ्लोर मैनेजमेंट अ बेहद कमजोर दिखा
