ओए झल्लेया! मुबारकां! ओए हसाडी वित्तमंत्री श्रीमती निर्मल सीतारमन जी ने गावँ और किसान दिल मे रख कर ‘ऑल राउंड’ विकास वाला बजट संसद में पेश किया है।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्रमोदी जी ने भी बजट की सराहना करते हुए कहा है कि वर्ष 2021 का बजट असाधारण परिस्थितियों के बीच पेश किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसमें यथार्थ का एहसास भी और विकास का विश्वास भी है।
‘‘इस बजट में देश में कृषि क्षेत्र को मजबूती देने के लिए और किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए बहुत जोर दिया गया है। किसानों को आसानी से और ज्यादा ऋण मिल सकेगा। देश की मंडियों को और मजबूत करने के लिए प्रावधान किया गया है। ये सब निर्णय दिखाते हैं कि इस बजट के दिल में गांव हैं, हमारे किसान हैं।’’
यह रोजगार के अवसर को बढ़ाने वाला और देश को आत्मनिर्भरता के रास्ते पर ले जाने वाला बजट है।
यह बजट आत्मनिर्भरता के उस रास्ते को लेकर चला है जिसमें देश के हर नागरिक की प्रगति शामिल है।’’
बजट से ‘‘वेल्थ और वैलनेस’’ दोनों तेज गति से बढ़ेंगे।

चतुर सेठ जी!1947 से पीड़ितों के लूटे कंपनसेशनक्लेम लौटाने का बजट क्यूँ नही है?
बजट में पुराने टैक्स चोरी के केस खोल कर उन्हें सेटल करने का प्रावधान तो किया लेकिन। सरकारों द्वारा 1947 से पीड़ितों के जो कंपनसेशन/रिहैबिलिटेशन क्लेम लूटे गए उन्हें लौटाने का कोई प्रावधान क्यूँ नही है???अरे पीड़ितों के कंपनसेशन क्लेम पाकिस्तान से एडजस्ट करने के बावजूद कस्टोडियन ग्रह मंत्रालय ने पीड़ितों तक नही पहुंचने दिए है

Arun Jaitley Visited EasternTheatre Behrampore Military Station W B
Defence Minister Shri Arun Jaitley Today visited Eastern Theatre and was briefed on the upcoming Behrampore Military Station, in Murshidabad District of West Bengal
General Dalbir Singh, COAS, who is on a visit to Eastern Theatre from 23 to 25 Aug 14 and Lt Gen MMS Rai, Eastern Army Commander were also present during the 30-minute briefing . This Briefing Was held near the camp site Where foundation plaque was earlier laid by the Hon`ble President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee in February 14.
The Rs. 600 Cr project in the 250-acre land is set to be an eco-friendly `model military camp` that will be replicated in all future infrastructural developments of similar military stations wherever feasible. This Project will also boost the local economy in the area.
Before leaving for Behrampore early today, Army Top Brass laid a wreath at the Vijay Smarak.
The Army Chief also visited Panagarh Military Camp where he took stock of on going preparations for raising of the Army`s Strike Corps. He thereafter left for a two-day visit of forward areas in the Eastern Sector

Trainee Officers Of State Civil Service called on the President of India
A group of Trainee Officers Of State Civil Service called on the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhavan today (April 4, 2014).These Officers are attending the 115th Induction Training Programme at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie On this occasion President advised them to work for the unity and integrity of our country
Addressing the officers, the President stated that India’s federal structure is a basic feature of our constitution. The federal structure represents unity in diversity of our country. While performing their duties, civil servants would have to respect this aspect of our country. While the states represent separate parts of the whole, the nation is the collection of these parts. India, therefore, means the states. The road to our country’s development will, therefore, depend on the progress of our states. Yet, they have to have a national vision. They may belong to a particular state but they must always have a pan India perception to guide them. The President emphasized that they all, therefore, have the responsibility of strengthening the unity and integrity of our country. And unless they are firm in their resolve, our country would not be able to reach its rightful place in the comity of nations.

डॉ मन मोहन सिंह ने उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों में शोध को अधिक स्थान दिए जाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया
प्राइम मिनिस्टर डॉ मन मोहन सिंह ने आज उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों में शोध को अधिक स्थान दिए जाने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया |
राष्ट्रपति भवनमें आयोजित केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलपतियों के सम्मेलन में बोलते हुए डॉ मन मोहन सिंह ने कहा “हमारी उच्च शिक्षा प्रणाली को मजबूत बनाने के लिए ध्यान देना आवश्यक है, हमारे उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों को और अधिक शोध पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है। हमें फैकल्टी में कमी की समस्या सुलझाने के तौर-तरीके भी तलाशने की आवश्यकता है क्योंकि इससे उच्च शिक्षा प्रणाली पर काफी असर पड़ता है। हमें यह सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता है कि देश में उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों को उत्तरदायित्व की आवश्यकता से समझौता किए बिना स्वायत्ता मिले”
राष्ट्रीय उच्चतर शिक्षा अभियान की चर्चा करते हुए उन्होंने कहा “यह उच्च शिक्षा के अवसरों तक व्यापक पहुंच बनाने में बड़ी भूमिका निभाएगा। यह कार्यक्रम शिक्षा तथा शोध की गुणवत्ता सुधारने के लिए राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों पर अधिक ध्यान दे रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य 286 राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों तथा राज्यों के 8500 कॉलेजों को अवसंरचना अनुदान उपलब्ध कराने के अलावा 278 नए विश्वविद्यालय तथा 388 नए कॉलेज स्थापित करना है और 13वीं योजना के अंत तक 266 कॉलेजों को मॉडल डिग्री कॉलेजों में बदलना है”।
पी एम् डॉ सिंह ने बताया “इससे 20,000 नए फैकल्टी पदों का सृजन होगा और इसे 12वीं तथा 13वीं योजना अवधि में समर्थन दिया जाएगा। अब तक लगभग 400 विश्वविद्यालय तथा 20,000 कॉलेजों को इस मिशन के तहत उच्च गति की ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्टिविटी प्रदान की गई है”

राष्ट्र ने आज शिक्षक दिवस पर डॉ सर्वपल्ली राधा कृष्णन को याद किया इस अवसर पर देश भर में शिक्षकों को सम्मानित किया गया|
राष्ट्रपति श्री प्रणब मुखर्जी ने आज शिक्षक दिवस के अवसर पर नई दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में देशभर के चयनित[336] शिक्षकों को राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया। १७७ प्राईमरी टीचर्स + १४० सेकेंडरी टीचर्स के आलावा 6 संस्कृत टीचर्स + 4 मदरसा टीचर्स को भी सम्मानित किया गया| सम्मानित शिक्षक को एक प्रशस्तिपत्र+सिल्वर मैडल और २५००० रुपये की नकद राशि दी जाती है|
इस अवसर पर राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि ठोस शिक्षा प्रणाली प्रबुद्ध समाज की रीढ़ है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिक्षा वह आधार है, जिस पर प्रगतिशील और लोकतांत्रिक समाज खड़ा होता है और जहां कानून का शासन चलता है और समाज के लोग एक दूसरे के अधिकारों को सम्मान देते हैं।
श्री प्रणब मुखर्जी ने कहा कि विकास का अर्थ लोगों से है, लोगों के मूल्यों से तथा सांस्कृतिक विरासत के प्रति आस्था से है। राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि मूल्यों को आकार देने के लिए शिक्षा की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि नैतिक क्षितिज बढ़ाने के लिए शिक्षकों की भूमिका अति महत्वपूर्ण है। राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि युवाओं में सभ्यता से उपजे मूल्य भरना शिक्षकों का दायित्व है।

राष्ट्रपति ने कहा कि शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता की लगातार समीक्षा के लिए हमें एक प्रणाली विकसित करनी होगी। हमारे शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में ऐसे शिक्षक हैं, जो युवाओं के विचारों को नया रूप से दे सकते हैं। शब्दों और कर्मों के जरिए ऐसे शिक्षक विद्यार्थियों को प्रेरित करने के साथ-साथ उन्हें कार्य कुशलता और सोच के नये स्तर पर ले जा सकते हैं।

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has welcomed the new Company Law
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has welcomed the new Company Law i.e. Companies Bill, 2012 as passed by the Parliament yesterday. Terming it as a modern, growth oriented and futuristic law,
Shri S. N. Ananthasubramanian, President, Council of the ICSI, said that the new law promises improved corporate governance norms, enhanced disclosures and transparency, facilitation of responsible entrepreneurship, increased accountability of company managements and auditors, protection of interest of investors particularly small and minority investors, better shareholder democracy, facilitation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and stricter enforcement processes. He said the Act is designed to balance the stakeholders’ interests, viz, promoters, shareholders and public at large.
Shri Ananthasubramanian said the new Companies law will further accelerate the transformation of Company Secretaries into corporate governance professionals by recognizing them as Key Managerial Persons in a Company along with the Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director / Manager, Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer.
The Company Secretary is expected to become the Chief Governance Officer of the Company and lead the governance initiatives. Further, it envisages a much larger role for Company Secretaries in areas of secretarial audit, restructuring, liquidation, valuation and much more, the Institute has said.
India has a brand new company law that’s more appropriate for the 21st century and its challenges. With the passing of the Companies Bill, 2012, by the Rajya Sabha yesterday, which will become the Companies Act, 2013, when formally notified into law, several things change for the Indian corporate sector
