(New Delhi)Rahul &Priyanka Visited P Chidambaram in Tihar
Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi and party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra visited the Tihar jail to meet former finance minister P Chidambaram.
The senior Congress leader was first arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on August 21 in the INX Media corruption case and was granted bail by the Supreme Court on October 22.
He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate in the money laundering case on October 16 and is in judicial custody till November 27 under the order of a trial court.
(New Delhi)Gandhi Family’s Security Cover Reduced From SPG to Z+
The government has withdrawn the Special Protection Group (SPG) cover of Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her children Rahul and Priyanka, and they will now be given Z-plus security by the CRPF, officials said on Friday.
SPG cover was given to the family of former prime minister Rajiv Gandhi, who was assassinated by LTTE terrorists on May 21, 1991,
The Gandhis will be without SPG protection after 28 years. They were included in the VVIP security list following an amendment in September 1991 in the SPG Act of 1988.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will now be the only person being protected by the elite SPG commandos.
In August this year, the government withdrew the SPG cover of former prime minister Manmohan Singh.
The SPG Act, enacted by Parliament in 1988, was initially supposed to provide security to only the prime minister and former prime ministers of the country.

एक आधिकारिक विज्ञप्ति के अनुसार सिद्धू ने अपनी मुलाकात के दौरान पार्टी आलाकमान के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता दोहरायी।
1988 के रोड रेज मामले में उच्चतम न्यायालय से राहत मिलने के बाद ‘‘ नयी पारी शुरू करने ’’ के पहले सिद्धू ने सोनिया गांधी से आशीर्वाद लिया।
सिद्धू ने प्रियंका गांधी से भी मुलाकात की और कहा कि वह उनके लिए प्रेरणास्रोत रही हैं जिन्होंने मुश्किल घड़ी में उनका साथ दिया।ज्ञात हो के पिछले दिनों कांग्रेस के महाधिवेशन में नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू ने कांग्रेस पूर्व अध्यक्षा और उनके पुत्र राहुल गाँधी के साथ पूर्व पी एम डॉ मन मोहन सिंह की भी जम कर प्रशंसा कर और वर्तमान पी एम नरेंद्र मोदी की आलोचना करके उपस्थित कांग्रेसियों की तालियां बटोरी थी
अपने इस भाषण नुमा स्टेंडिंग कॉमेडी शो में सिद्धू ने कहा था के अगर में[ सिद्धू] रह गया तो कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गाँधी को २०१९ में प्रधान मंत्री बनवा कर ही छौडूँगा| इस बात पर श्रीमती सोनिया गाँधी ने सवालिया मुद्रा बनाई थी| उस समय सम्भवत सिद्धू का इशारा इसी मुकदद्मे की तरफ रहा होगा क्योंकि उसके पश्चात् जस्टिस जे चेलमेश्वर की बेंच ने सिद्धू की तीन साल की सजा और एक लाख रु के जुर्माने को माफ़ कर दिया |सिद्धू ने २०१७ में कांग्रेस ज्वाइन की थी|
मालूम हो के १९८८ में पार्किंग के ठेकेदार से हाथापाई में एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक की मृत्यु हो गई थी|तभी से उनके विरुद्ध केस चल रहा था| हाई कोर्ट ने सिद्धू को तीन साल की कैद और एक लाख रु जुर्माना की सजा सुनाई थी

[New Delhi] BJP Has More Beautiful Campaigners Then Priyanka:Katiyar
Senior BJP leader Vinay Katiyar today triggered a controversy by saying they were “more beautiful women star campaigners than Priyanka Gandhi.”
Priyanka is one of the star campaigners of Congress for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections and has also played an important role in forging an alliance between Congress and SP.
To a question, the BJP’s firebrand leader said, “It doesn’t matter…there are girls and women who are more beautiful than her (Priyanka) and are also star campaigners.
He said “Some of them are artists and heroines…they are more beautiful than her,”
Later talking to reporters, Katiyar tried to downplay his remarks saying it was an internal matter of Congress as to whom they want to appoint as their campaigner.
But, he added that if Congress is under the impression that they have the beautiful face of Priyanka for campaigning then to counter they also have many beautiful faces which BJP may ask to campaign for party.
However, he said “..It is wrong and unfair to compare beauty with capability but Congress is doing this.

Sonia+Rahul+Priyanka return from trip abroad
Congress president Sonia Gandhi, vice president Rahul and Priyanka are back to the national capital after their “short international visit”.
While Rahul Gandhi arrived today, Sonia and Priyanka, who had left before Rahul, returned yesterday.
On June 20, when Rahul had left for visit abroad, party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala had said, “Sonia Gandhi is currently travelling on a short international visit for personal reasons”.
The party has declined to divulge the reasons for their foreign visit.
