High Court on Friday ordered maintaining status quo on the disqualification notices sent by the Speaker to Sachin Pilot and 18 other dissident MLAs.
The Pilot camp had moved the high court against the notices under which they face possible disqualification from the state assembly.
The high court on Friday also admitted a petition filed by the 19 dissident Congress MLAs to include the Union government in the list of respondents to their petition.

राजस्थान के उप मुख्यमंत्री और प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष पद से हटाए जाने के बाद सचिन पायलट ने बुधवार को कहा कि वह भाजपा में शामिल नहीं हो रहे हैं।
पायलट ने ‘पीटीआई-भाषा’ के साथ विशेष बातचीत में यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने कांग्रेस को राजस्थान की सत्ता में वापस लाने के लिए बहुत मेहनत की थी ।
यह पूछे जाने पर कि क्या वह भाजपा में शामिल हो रहे हैं तो उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘मैं भाजपा में शामिल नहीं हो रहा हूं।’
पायलट का कहना था कि राजस्थान के कुछ नेता इन अफवाहों को हवा दे रहे हैं कि मैं भाजपा में शामिल होने जा रहा हूं, जबकि यह सच नहीं है।
दोनों प्रमुख पदों से हटाए जाने के बाद पायलट ने पहली बार सार्वजनिक रूप से इतनी विस्तृत टिप्पणी की है।
माना जा रहा है कि वह जल्द ही अपने अगले कदम के बारे में कोई निर्णय करेंगे।
गौरतलब है कि अशोक गहलोत सरकार के खिलाफ बगावती रुख अपनाने वाले पायलट एवं उनके साथी नेताओं के खिलाफ कांग्रेस ने मंगलवार को कड़ी कार्रवाई की। पायलट को उपमुख्यमंत्री पद के साथ-साथ पार्टी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पद से भी हटा दिया गया । दो समर्थक मंत्रियों को भी उनके पदों से हटा दिया गया।

Indian National Congress on Friday named Ashok Gehlot as Rajasthan’s next chief minister and Sachin Pilot his deputy
Their President Rahul Gandhi successfully brokered peace between the veteran leader and his younger colleague following several rounds of discussions.
After Congress’ observer to the state K C Venugopal made the announcement at a media briefing here, Gehlot thanked Gandhi for giving him an opportunity to serve the people of the state for the third time and promised that he and Pilot will give “good governance”.
Pilot exuded confidence that Congress’ good electoral performance will continue, saying the party will get a big mandate in 2019 polls and form the government.
Celebrations broke out among the supports of both Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot here Friday with the announcement of their appointment as chief minister and deputy chief minister of Rajasthan respectively.

Congress national general secretary Ashok Gehlot hit out at Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje over the ongoing Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra alleging it was an election rally for which funds were being spent from government coffers.
He claimed the Rajasthan High Court sought an affidavit with details of expenditure occurred on the yatra and it indicated that was is being carried out by misusing public funds.
Gehlot said in a statement orders were given to government departments to make arrangements for the yatra and everyone knew that public funds were misused.
He said Raje should apologise and release a fresh order clearing that public funds would not be used. He also demanded that she stop the yatra.
Rajasthan Congress chief Sachin Pilot alleged the PWD Department in Pindwara-Abu invited bids to make arrangements for the yatra and it amounted to contempt of court.

Government Of India Maintained Distance From Lobbying Multi National Companies. Minister of Corporate Affairs said that govt is not going to legalize the Lobbying in India.
Government has said that at present it is not considering any proposal to legalize lobbying by companies. This information was given by Shri Sachin Pilot, Minister of Corporate Affairs, in written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha today.
It has been stated that During the last three years (i.e. 2010-11 to 2012-13), 154 complaints against companies have been received in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
Giving this information in written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha today, Shri Sachin Pilot, Minister of Corporate Affairs, said that inspections u/s 209A and/ or Investigations u/s 235 or scrutiny of the Balance Sheets and other documents u/s 234 of the Act in these cases have been ordered.
He also informed the House that his Ministry is in the process of developing an early warning system to identify cases of frauds or potential frauds at the earliest and the Pilot testing of the system is expected to be completed during current Financial Year.
