[New Delhi] Aam Aadmi Party[AAP] Lodged Protest Against union health minister Dr Harsh Vardhan
The protest was organised against the health minister’s Alleged compromise with corruption by shunting out whistleblower officer, Mr Sanjeev Chaturvedi from the post of Chief Vigilance Officer of AIIMS.
The protestors From Krishnanagar Vidhan Sabha assembly segment, Assembled outside Dr Harsh Vardhan’s residence And displayed placards +posters demanding minister’s resignation
It Is Alleged that The health minister is changing his stand everyday and is making false statements In support of these allegations following examples are quoted
[1]The health minister had tweeted on Friday (August 22) that Chaturvedi had been twice rejected by the CVC and that his continuation as CVO of AIIMS was “irregular and indefensible”.
[2]The minister on Saturday changed his stand from rejection to opposition by the CVC in 2012 and 2013.
The AAP challenged health minister to put in public domain any document which has support his claim.
It is said by “AAP” that the CVC did not either reject or oppose Chaturvedi’s appointment as the CVO of AIIMS, a clarification sought by the commission is being twisted and wrongly presented by the health minister

[नई दिल्ली]संजीव चतुर्वेदी सी वी ओ प्रकरण में घिरे केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने आज अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान में सभी प्रणालियों की समीक्षा शुरू कराई |डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान AIIMSसहित देश के सभी केन्द्रीय अस्पतालों की प्रणालियों की गहन पड़ताल शुरू की है|डॉ हर्षवर्धन के अनुसार ‘जिन्होंने मुख्य सतर्कता आयोग को कमजोर करने का प्रयास किया उन्होंने एम्स में निगरानी व्यवस्था को नुकसान पहुंचाया इसीलिए ऐसे व्यवस्थागत भ्रष्टाचार समाप्त करने के लिए समीक्षा की जा रही है|
आज नई दिल्ली में उन्होंने कहा कि अपने कार्यकाल के पहले 90 दिन के अंतर्गत वे निरंतर मंत्रालय और उसके विभागों की पारदर्शिता की जांच कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जल्द ही इस जांच पड़ताल के नतीजे लोगों के सामने आएंगे।
डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि अस्पतालों में भ्रष्टाचार के अनेक पहलू हैं, जिनकी जानकारी एक चिकित्सक होने के नाते उन्हें है। उन्होंने कहा कि बिस्तरों के आवंटन से लेकर कर्मचारियों या महत्वपूर्ण व्यक्तियों के लिए बिस्तर आरक्षित करने तक व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार के सभी पहलुओं को दूर करने का वे प्रयास कर रहे हैं।
एम्स में नियुक्त उप सचिव श्री संजीव चतुर्वेदी को मुख्य सतर्कता अधिकारी के पद से हटाए जाने को लेकर हाल में उठे विवाद के बारे में डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि सीवीओ के रूप में उनकी नियुक्ति असंगत थी, क्योंकि इसकी मंजूरी केन्द्रीय सतर्कता आयोग से नहीं ली गयी थी। सी वी सी दवारा इस न्युक्ति का विरोध २०१२ और २०१३ में किया गया था| उन्होंने कहा के संजीव को ना तो सस्पेंड किया गया है और नहीं कहीं बाहर ट्रांसफर ही किया गया है इसके बावजूद इस प्रकरण को राजनीतिक रंग दिए जाने पर उन्होंने खेद व्यक्त किया।
डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि एम्स में सभी प्रणालियों को अधिक पारदर्शी बनाने की आवश्यकता है। दूरदराज के क्षेत्रों से आने वाले रोगियों को बिस्तरों की स्थिति और डाइलिसिस मशीनों की उपलब्धता या आपरेशन की तारीख जैसी जानकारी, पहले से दी जानी चाहिए।

Infact neither the Congress led states nor the BJP led states have even implemented the Supreme Court directions on such police reforms.
