Dy CM Badal,Making Mockery of CM Kejriwal’s Punjab Tour,Calls It “Nautanki”

[Ludhiana,Punjab]Kejriwal doing drama: Dy CM Badal
Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today lashed out at Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal describing his five day ongoing visit to the state as “Nautanki” (drama).
“Kejriwal did not bother to visit Haryana where he belongs to when the state is burning because of Jat reservation agitation,” Sukhbir said adding in Punjab he is “shedding crocodile tears” at the houses of some farmers who committed suicides years ago.
He alleged the Kejriwal government has “totally failed” in Delhi where they had only spent or earmarked crores of money for self advertisement programmes.
Kejriwal had promised to install 2 lakh CCTV cameras for safety of the city there but had installed only two hundred of them, Sukhbir alleged.
“Now he is trying to be fool the people of Punjab in the name of Aam Admi of whom he was least bothered,” Sukhbir said.
Sukhbir said that he was neither “panicky” nor did he “lack confidence” in suggesting that Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal would lead the Akali BJP alliance at the next state assembly elections and form the government.”Working under Badal s leadership was like a lesson at Harvard University,” Sukhbir said.
He also scotched all rumours of any break in the Akali BJP alliance and described it as as an alliance for the state which would never see any divorce.
In Chandigarh, SAD Secretary and Punjab Education Minister Daljit Singh Cheema alleged that the language used by Kejriwal against the Akalis is “highly derogatory, condemnable and amounts to a personal attack” on each and every worker of the Shiromani Akali Dal.
Had Kejriwal been little bit aware of the Akali/Sikh history he would not have “committed this blunder” of calling the “real lions” as “gidders” (wolfs), he said.
Cheema told Kejriwal to stop using such “insulting, abusive and inflammatory” language and urged him to tender an unconditional public apology.
Making mockery of Kejriwal’s claim on “removing corruption” from Punjab if AAP is voted to power within two months, the SAD leader said that it was surprising that “corruption” was “flourishing” under his government in Delhi and “surpassed even the previous record” but he is making “tall and hollow” promises to Punjabis only to lure them to vote for the AAP.

[Chandigarh,Punjab]Congress Capt Amarinder Singh Demands white Paper on Prosper State;s Economy
Capt Amrinder Singh today demanded a white paper on the state’s economy and blamed the SAD-BJP government for allegedly putting the state into “financial mess.”
Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee president Amarinder Singh in a statement demanded that Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal bring a white paper on the state of economy in Punjab”The state debt has already crossed 1.25 lakh crore and by the time the Akalis are thrown out, the debt would already have crossed Rs 1.4 lakh crore,”
“So much so the state has to take loans to service its debts”, he said and alleged that the Akalis have mortgaged the jails and old age homes to get further loans for survival.”And if Sukhbir still believes that the state of economy is not bad and this was being deliberately done to malign the government’s image he should better bring out a white paper and bring out the truth before the public”,
Amarinder also targeted SAD’s ally BJP in the state and alleged, “Bharatiya Janata Party cannot wriggle out of the mess it has created in Punjab in alliance with the Shiromani Akali Dal by simply walking out at the eleventh hour after having enjoyed power for last nine years.” Reacting to the reports that some state BJP leaders want to part ways with the Akalis,
the PCC president said, although it was their internal affair whether to continue with the alliance or not, one thing the party cannot escape is the onus and responsibility for being partners in the “sins of omission and commission” of this government during last nine years.

Congress’ Punjab unit vice-president Col C D Kamboj said that the infighting among the state Congress leaders made him quit the party and join AAP.
He Added “In the current political scenario it seems that Congress is not in a position to challenge the Akalis in Punjab since its own leaders are busy infighting”,
Without naming anybody, Kamboj claimed, all Congress leaders are involved in fighting each other and that he had met the party’s Punjab incharge Shakeel Ahmed and also Sonia and Rahul Gandhi regarding his decision.
On The Other Hand Punjab Congress President Partap Singh Bajwa today took a dig at Sukhbir Singh Badal for organising ‘Sadbhavna’ rallies in the state, saying the people have now resolved to reciprocate to this ‘Sadbhavna’ (feeling) by not allowing the entry of ministers to their villages.
In a statement here, Bajwa said that under the given situation the so-called ‘Sadbhavna’ rallies being organized by the Akali Dal from November 23 will be “nothing more than mockery” as the people were “refusing to see the face” of Akali leaders going by what is happening at the grassroot level.
Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Badal called upon SAD workers to mobilize people to attend ‘Sadbhavna’ rallies in three districts of the state from November 23 aimed to bring harmony in the state and strengthen the spirit of unity.
Bajwa further attacked Sukhbir, alleging that Punjab had now been converted into the “police state”, but the state cannot be governed with these methods.
