[नई दिल्ली]इंडिगो एयर लाइन पर की जा रही सरकारी मेहरबानियों के प्रश्न पर राज्य सभा में केंद्र सरकार का उड्ययन मंत्रालय निरुत्तर हुआ |राज्य सभा में आज अनेकों दलों के सदस्यों ने एयर लाइन्स के किरायों में अनिमितत्ता और इंडिगो एयर लाइन्स तथा जेट एयरवेज द्वारा टिकट कैंसिलेशन पर बढ़ाई गई दंड राशि पर चिंता व्यक्त की और सरकार से जवाब मांगें लेकिन केंद्रीय उदयन मंत्री अशोक गजपति राजू पुष्यपति इन प्रश्नों का उत्तर देने में अक्षम दिखे और सरकार की असमर्थता+विवशता बताने लग गए |सांसदों द्वारा हंगामा करने पर मंत्री ने यह कह कर पल्ला झाड़ लिया कि “मामले को देखेंगे” विपक्षी कांग्रेस+समाजवादी पार्टी+बसपा+वाम पंथी+डी एम के +ऐआईऐडीएमके+बी जे डी +आदि के आलावा सत्ता पक्ष के भाजपा से विजय गोयल और तरुण विजय ने भी चर्चा में भाग लिया और एयर लाइन्स के किरायों पर एकरूपता की मांग की |सपा के वरिष्ठ सदस्य नरेश अग्रवाल ने निजी एयरलाइन इंडिगो +जेट एयरवेज द्वारा केंसिल किये जा रहे टिकटों में घालमेल को उजागर करते हुए इसदिशा में तुरंत नीति की मांग की|उन्होंने सदन में बताया इंडिगो और जेट एयरवेज ने अप्रैल माह से नई नीति की घोषणा की है जिसके अनुसार अब टिकट कैंसिल कराने पर ५०% अधिक चार्ज देना होगा|उन्होंने बताया कि इंडिगो एयरलाइन वर्ष में लगभग २० लाख यात्री ढोती है इसके अलाव लगभग १० लाख यात्री टिकट कैंसिल कराते हैं ऐसे में एक झटके में ही करोड़ों के वारे न्यारे हो जाते हैं और मजबूर फ़्लाइयर्स की जेब काटी जा रही है |बिहार से डॉ अनिल कुमार सहनी ने बोर्डिंग पास पर रेट्स लिखे जाने की मांग की तो कांग्रेस के महाराष्ट्र से सासद राजीव शुक्ल ने सीधे सीधे आरोप लगाये कि नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय के अधीन नियामक द्वारा इंडिगो एयर लाइन्स को नाजायज फायदा पहुँचाया जा रहा है|अनेकों सांसदों ने ऐ टी ऍफ़ की कीमतों में गिरावट आने पर भी उसका लाभ फ्लायर्स तक नहीं पहुँचने कि शिकायत की |
गौरतलब है कि इंडिगो एयर लाइन्स औरजेट एयरवेज[७ अप्रैल] ने डोमेस्टिक रुट्स पर टिकट कैंसिलेशन फी को एक अप्रैल से बढ़ा दिया है |जिसके अनुसार इंडिगो के कैंसिलेशन चार्जेस १२५० रुपये से लेकर २२५० रुपये तक है|इसके आलावा फ्लाइट समय के के दो घंटे के भीतर कैंसिल कराये गए टिकट पर केवल टैक्सेज और फी ही वापिस मिलेंगे जेट एयरवेज के टिकटों कि कैंसिलेशन फी अब ५०० से लेकर २७५० है यह लगभग ४०% अधिक है
इंडिगो का .पैसेंजर्स लोड फैक्टर निम्न रहा है

Alapuzha[Kel]4 Women Athletes Committed Suicide Against Ragging In SAI Hostel
4 women athletes at a hostel run by the Sports Authority of India[ SAI] in Kerala committed suicide over alleged harassment +ragging by their trainers as well as seniors.
A 15-year-old sportsperson died early today and remaining 3 are hospitalized , after they ate a poisonous fruit in an apparent suicide pact following alleged harassment by seniors.
The girls are suspected to have consumed the fruit, locally called ‘Othalanga’, at around 3 PM yesterday inside the SAI women’s hostel.
They were rushed to a hospital around 7 PM after they fainted and later taken to Alapuzha Medical College, where one of them died, The girls were undergoing training at the Water Sports Centre of the SAI at nearby Punnamada.
Relatives of the athletes alleged that the girls were being physically and mentally tortured by some seniors.

[Chandigarh]Don’t Burn Wheat Stubble For Healthy Environment In Haryana
The Haryana government today issued an advisory to farmers stating that burning of wheat stubble would amount to prosecution, in a step towards preventing air pollution in the state.
The Environment Department had issued a notification regarding prohibition on burning of agriculture waste in open fields under the provisions of Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981,
Advising wheat growers of the state to use stubble as fodder or convert it into manure, the spokesperson said, the farmers were indulging in burning of wheat stubble and paddy straw every year leading to manifold increase in the air pollution level during harvesting season.
Besides, the soil fertility is also lost due to burning of the essential nutrients as it is estimated that burning of one tonne of rice straw accounts for loss of 5.5 kilo gram (kg) Nitrogen, 2.3 kg phosphorus, 25 kg potassium and 1.2 kg sulphur,
The Pollution Control Board has filed prosecution action against 32 farmers, found burning agriculture waste in open fields in Special Environment Court at Kurukshetra and Faridabad in the past years,
