-.Sandeep Sharma Manager cum Assistant Field Officer and Vishal Gupta Deputy Manager, both posted at Bhadson in Patiala district, were nabbed red handed by Vigilance team for accepting bribe of Rs. 50,000 from complainant Jasveer Singh of village Dargapur, Patiala district.
These officers were demanding Rs. 50,000 as a commission (Rs. 2.50 per quintal) for storing paddy in his rice sheller.

प्रेस वार्ता में पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए पार्टी की राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता और पूर्वी दिल्ली की लोकसभा प्रभारी आतिशी ने बताया कि केंद्र सरकार जानबूझ कर सत्येन्द्र जैन को झूठे केस में फ़साने की कोशिश कर रही है। गृह मंत्रालय से जुड़े कुछ कागजात का हवाला देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि इन कागजों में साफ़ तौर पर देखा जा सकता है कि आप केंद्र सरकार ने सीबीआई को सत्येन्द्र जैन पर कार्यवाही करने के आदेश दिए हैं और इसका सिर्फ और सिर्फ एक ही कारण है कि दिल्ली में जो आम आदमी पार्टी की सरकार है वो दिल्ली की कच्ची कालोनियों में विकास कार्य करवा रही है। क्योंकि सत्येन्द्र जैन दिल्ली के शहरी विकास मंत्री है, और तेजी से दिल्ली में विकास के कार्य करवा रहे है, इस बात से परेशान होकर केंद्र सरकार ने सत्येन्द्र जैन के खिलाफ ये षड्यंत्र रचा है।
आतिशी ने बताया दिल्ली सरकार के अलग अलग विभाग, अलग अलग कार्यों में करीब 2500 करोड़ के प्रोजेक्ट से कच्ची कॉलोनियों का काया कलप करने में लगे हैं।

आयोग ने आज एक विज्ञप्ति में कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्य सचिव और पुलिस महानिदेशक को नोटिस जारी किया गया है।
आयोग ने कहा कि ऐसा लगता है कि उपद्रवी तत्वों के चंगुल से व्यक्ति को नहीं छुड़ाये जाने के कारण ही उसकी मौत हो गयी।

Capt Advised Rest But His Pb Govt Gives Addl Charge To 4 IAS Officers

[Chd,Pb] Punjab CM Capt Amarinder Singh is advised bed rest following suspected viral fever on Wednesday but his Government on same day gave additional charge of Principal Secretary Labour to Additional Chief Secretary Welfare of SCs and BCs R Venkta Ratnam.
Principal Secretary NRI Affairs Kirpa Shankar Saroj has also been given additional charge of Principal Secretary Jails.
Likewise, Secretary Tourism and Culture Jaspal Singh has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary General Administration, Coordination and Principal Secretary Planning.
Registerar Coopertive Societies Mr Vikas Garg will be looking after work and post of MD Milkfed in addition to his present assignment during the period Mr Manjit Singh Brar, MD MILKFED remains on election duty as observer (till December 13)
Pertinently, the additional charges have been given owing to the three officers -Principal Secretary Labour Mr Roshan Sunkaria, Principal Secretary Jails Mr Sucha Ram Ladhar and Principal Secretary General Administration, Coordination and Principal Secretary Planning Mr Vikas Pratap going on leave respectively November 23 to December 12, December 1 to 10 and December 20 to 31,

As per DGP B S Sandhu ,Police Housing Corporation has taken up policing infrastructure works, including construction of 29 police stations, at a cost of Rs 114.34 crore in the state.
The DGP said the new police stations would help in extending better working environment to the personnel and help them in discharging their official duties efficiently.
The construction work of police stations is being undertaken at a cost of Rs 62.52 crore. Other infrastructure including hostels and barracks are being built by the corporation at a cost of Rs 51.82 crore, he added.
Construction work of women police stations at Bhiwani, Dadri and Palwal is under progress.

“As the CM (Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath) has become a star campaigner of his party in other states, ‘Ram Rajya’ has come in UP jails. He intends to bring such ‘Ram Rajya’ in the state, in which all the facilities are available to inmates inside jails. This is the biggest example of ‘sabka saath sabka vikas!” Akhilesh said.
The video of a Raebareli jail had gone viral on social media, which purportedly shows one of the inmates calling someone using a mobile phone to order liquor and another threatening a person to get money. Six jail officials have been suspended for failing to check the clandestine entry of liquor and firearms inside the prison.

As per Cooperation Minister, Punjab, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa , Punjab Government has decided to ensure installation of reflectors atop the trolleys fetching sugarcane to the cooperative sugar mills. He also announced that these reflectors would be installed free of cost on every trolley bringing sugarcane to the cooperative sugar mills across the state.
Minister said that during the winter season the farmers take sugarcane to the sugar mills in the trolleys but there is always the danger of mishaps lurking ahead owing to the dense fog which reduces the visibility. He also said that if the reflectors are installed then the vehicle visible from afar thus avoiding accidents.

Special Task Force (STF) of Ludhiana nabbed Mohammad Arbi (48) and his wife, Jamila Begum (36) who were bringing contraband from Pakistan to supply in Ludhiana
Besides, the STF in Patiala also seized 45,500 tablets of drugs like tramadol and arrested two people in this regard.The Punjab government had set up the STF last year to tackle the problem of drugs in the state.
