कांग्रेस सरकार अमृतसर में लगवायेगी फ्रेंच जनरल “अलार्ड” की मूर्ति
[चंडीगढ़,पंजाब]कांग्रेस अमृतसर में लगवायेगी फ्रेंच जनरल “अलार्ड” की मूर्ति| मालूम हो के बहुचर्चित राफेल लड़ाकू विमान फ्रांस से ही खरीदा जा रहा है जिसे लेकर कांग्रेस द्वारा भारत सरकार पर लगातार हमला किया जा रहा है |
पंजाब में कांग्रेस के मुख्यमंत्री कैप्टेन अमरिंदर सिंह ने राज्य के पर्यटन एवं सांस्कृतिक मामलों के विभाग को अमृतसर में मशहूर फ्रांसीसी जनरल ज्यां फ्रांस्वा अलार्ड [ JeanFrancoisAllard ] की एक प्रतिमा स्थापित करने से जुड़े तौर तरीकों को अंतिम रूप देने का निर्देश दिया है।अलार्ड नेपोलियन बोनापार्ट की सेना में उस समय भी रहे जब नेपोलियन की विश्व विजयी सेना ने की हार काअपमान झेला था
जनरल अलार्ड ने शेर-ए-पंजाब महाराजा रंजीत सिंह की घुड़सवार सेना ‘फौज-ए-खास’ का नेतृत्व किया था।
मुख्यमंत्री ने एक फ्रांसीसी प्रतिनिधिमंडल के साथ बैठक के बाद यह निर्देश जारी किया। प्रतिनिधिमंडल में फ्रांस के सेंट ट्रोपेज कस्बे के उप मेयर और जनरल अलार्ड के वंशज हेनरी प्रीवोस्ट अलार्ड और ‘सिख ड फ्रांस’ संगठन के परिषद अध्यक्ष रंजीत सिंह शामिल थे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस पहल से दिवंगत जनरल के साहस से युवा पीढ़ी को अवगत कराने में मदद मिलेगी।
प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने सिंह को अगले साल जून में सेंट ट्रोपेज में होने वाली एक वार्षिक सभा में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में शामिल होने का निमंत्रण दिया।
गौरतलब है कि दोनों देशों के बीच सद्भावना और दोस्ती की भावना को बढ़ावा देने के लिए जनरल अलार्ड की जन्मस्थली सेंट ट्रोपेज में 2016 में महाराजा रंजीत सिंह की एक प्रतिमा स्थापित की गयी थी।

Rakesh Kumar, both residents of Punjab, were arrested after police recovered three kilograms of poppy straw from their vehicle at Balole near Bari Brahmana along the Jammu-Pathankot highway
Another accused, Sourav Sharma, a resident of Ghagwal village of Samba, was arrested during frisking at Sandhi Morh, the spokesman said, adding 5.5 grams of heroin and seven grams of charas (a form of cannabis) were recovered from his possession.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused the opposition party of practising vote bank politics and dividing people to get into power.
The prime minister made the charge at a rally just ahead of the announcement of assembly election dates for Rajasthan and four other states in November and December.
He asked people not to let the Congress get into power again.
Modi said vote bank politics is not limited to elections now.

The prime minister’s rally ended shortly before the Election Commission’s press conference in Delhi announcing the polling dates for Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and Telangana.
Rajasthan will go to the polls on December 7. Counting will take place in all five states on December 11, the EC announced.

President Ram Nath Kovind administered the oath to the 63-year-old Justice Gogoi at a brief ceremony in Rashtrapati Bhavan’s Darbar Hall.
Justice Gogoi will have a tenure of a little over 13 months and would retire on November 17, 2019.
