After Its Fingers in Punjab and Rajasthan Now Congress is playing JK Card
A spokesman of the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee said any delay in restoring the statehood was bound to cause more disconnect between the Centre and the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
JKPCC president Ghulam Ahmad Mir said
“I believe that early restoration of statehood will indeed go a long way in taking away J-K out of the quagmire and confusion created after August 5, 2019,” he said, adding it should be the top priority of the Centre.

It may be recalled that even before the Covid restrictions in the second wave were imposed by the Chief Minister, he had announced that the ruling Congress in Punjab will not hold any political gatherings.

केजरीवाल साहब ने एक डिजिटल पत्रकार वार्ता में आरोप लगाया कि इस योजना को लागू करने की सारी तैयारियां पूरी हो गई थीं और अगले हफ्ते से इसे लागू किया जाना था लेकिन दो दिन पहले केंद्र सरकार ने योजना पर रोक लगा दी।
ओए देश 75 साल से राशन माफिया के चंगुल में है और गरीबों के लिए कागज़ों पर राशन जारी होता है।और केंद्र में मोदी सरकार इस बुराई को दूर नही करने दे रही।
ओए !कोरोना काल में यह योजना सिर्फ दिल्ली में ही नहीं, बल्कि पूरे देश में लागू होनी चाहिए, क्योंकि राशन की दुकानें ‘सुपरस्प्रेडर’ (महामारी के अत्यधिक प्रसार वाली जगह) हैं।

Trade Margins Capped at 70% ;Oxygen Concentrators
(Delhi,4th June)Trade Margins Capped at 70% ;Oxygen Concentrators
As per information collected by the government, margin at the level of distributor currently ranges up to 198%.
NPPA has capped the Trade Margin up to 70% on Price to Distributor (PTD) level on Oxygen Concentrators. Earlier, in February 2019 NPPA had successfully capped the Trade Margin on Anti-cancer Drugs. Based on the notified Trade Margin, NPPA has instructed the manufacturers / importers to report revised MRP within three days. Revised MRPs will be informed in public domain within a week by NPPA.
Every retailer, dealer, hospital and institution shall display price list as furnished by the manufacturer, on a conspicuous part of the business premises in a manner so as to be easily accessible to any person wishing to consult the same.
The manufacturers / importers not complying with the revised MRP after Trade Margin capping, shall be liable to deposit the overcharged amount along with interest @15% and penalty up to 100% under the provisions of the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 read with Essential Commodities Act, 1955. State Drug Controllers (SDCs) shall monitor the compliance of the order to ensure that no manufacturer, distributer, retailer shall sell Oxygen Concentrators to any consumer at a price exceeding the revised MRP, to prevent instances of black-marketing.
The Order shall be applicable up to 30th November 2021, subject to review.

वरिष्ठ पत्रकार विनोद दुआ के खिलाफ राजद्रोह के आरोप में दर्ज प्राथमिकी रद्द
(नयी दिल्ली,3 जून) विनोद दुआ के खिलाफ राजद्रोह के आरोप में दर्ज प्राथमिकी रद्द
आरोप था कि दुआ ने अपने यूट्यूब कार्यक्रम में प्रधानमंत्री पर कुछ आरोप लगाए थे श्री दुआ आजकल अस्वस्थ हैं और पत्नी सहित अस्पताल में इलाज करवा रहे हैं
।उच्चतम न्यायालय ने पत्रकार विनोद दुआ के यूट्यूब कार्यक्रम को लेकर उनके खिलाफ राजद्रोह के आरोप में हिमाचल प्रदेश के एक स्थानीय भाजपा नेता द्वारा दर्ज करायी गई प्राथमिकी बृहस्पतिवार को रद्द करते हुए कहा कि 1962 का फैसला प्रत्येक पत्रकार को सुरक्षा का अधिकार देता है।
न्यायमूर्ति यू यू ललित और न्यायमूर्ति विनीत सरन की पीठ ने हालांकि दुआ का वह अनुरोध अस्वीकार कर दिया कि जिसमें उन्होंने कहा था कि जब तक एक समिति अनुमति नहीं दे देती, तब तक पत्रकारिता का 10 साल से अधिक का अनुभव रखने वाले किसी मीडिया कर्मी के खिलाफ कोई प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं की जाए।
पीठ ने कहा कि यह कार्यपालिका के अधिकार क्षेत्र में हस्तक्षेप होगा।
पीठ ने पिछले साल छह अक्टूबर को दुआ का पक्ष सुनने के बाद याचिका पर आदेश को सुरक्षित रख दिया था।
