#कांग्रेस सांसद और #पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री #कैप्टेन अमरिन्दर सिंह की पत्नी श्रीमती #परणीतकौर ने आज ट्विटर पर दावा किया है कि उनकी पंजाब में सरकार ने अपने सभी चुनावी वायदे पूरे किए है लेकिन मुख्यसचिव श्रीमती विनीमहाजन ने मात्र 5 विभागों में 38552 रिक्तियों में भर्ती प्रतिक्रिया को गति देने के आदेश देकर इसे झुठला दिया है। #कोविडमहामारी के इस दौर में जब पँजांब में मृत्युदर सबसे अधिक है ऐसे में स्वास्थ्य विभाग में 5834 पद खाली है। दरअसल कैप्टेन सरकार के खिलाफ असंतोष बढ़ता हुआ दिल्ली हाई कमांड तक जा पहुंचा है जहां विधायकों और मंत्रियों केरिपोर्ट कार्ड बनने लगे है। लगता है इस दबाब में मुख्यसचिव और सांसद ने ये बयान जारी कर दिए।
(1)स्कूलों को स्मार्ट बनाने और घर घर छात्रों की वर्दियां पहुंचाने का दावा करने वाली सरकार अभी तक
शिक्षा विभाग में ही 16681 पदों की भर्ती नही कर पाई।
(2क्राइम से जूझते प्रदेश के गृह विभाग में 10387 पद खाली है।इसके अतिरिक्त
(3)बिजली विभाग में 3623,
(4) स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग में 5834 और
(5)सहकारिता विभाग में भी 2027 पदों की अलग-अलग स्तर पर भर्ती की जानी है।
इसके अलावा हाऊसिंग, पब्लिक वर्कस, ट्रांसपोर्ट, पशु पालन विभाग, श्रम विभाग, स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, कृषि, वन, जेल विभाग, मैडीकल शिक्षा, योजना विभाग, खेल और युवक सेवाएं विभाग, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, प्रिंटिंग एंड स्टेशनरी विभाग, चुनाव विभाग, डिफेंस सर्विसिज, पर्यटन विभाग, सिविल एविएशन और सूचना एवं लोक संपर्क विभाग में भी रिक्तियां हैं

Punjab Shows Grip Over Covid 19 By Reducing +Rate
(Chd,Pb,May 29) Punjab Shows Grip Over Virus By Reducing Covid +Rate But fatality rate, which is 2.4 per cent, continues to be an area of concern for the state health authorities.
So far, COVID-19 has claimed 14,180 lives in the state.
Punjab’s Covid positivity rate has dropped to 5.12 per cent from 13.51 per cent in the past 16 days, with the state showing a declining trend in daily new coronavirus cases,
The number of new COVID-19 cases has been declining in Punjab, with the state witnessing less than 4,000 fresh infections on May 28 as against over 8,000 single-day cases registered on May 12, according to the data.
The state had registered the highest single-day spike of 9,100 fresh cases on May 8.
Punjab’s Covid positivity rate stood at 13.51 per cent on May 12 with many districts, including Bathinda, Fazilka and Mohali, recording more than the state’s overall positivity rate, the data showed.
The number of active cases has also sharply dipped from 79,963 on May 12 to 44,964 on May 28 in the state.
Punjab recorded over 90,000 fresh cases from May 12 till May 28, according to the data.
The state has witnessed 3,069 more deaths due to the disease since May 12.
Punjab had registered a record 231 deaths on May 18, with Ludhiana being one of the worst-affected districts.

Allopathic IMA Serves D Notice on Coronal Baba Ramdev
(DDN,May 26) Allopathic IMA Serves Defamation Notice on Coronal Baba Ramdev for alleged disparaging remarks against allopathy and allopathic doctors, demanding an apology from him within 15 days, failing which it said it will demand a compensation of Rs 1,000 crore from the yoga guru.
The six-page notice served on behalf of IMA (Uttarakhand) secretary Ajay Khanna by his lawyer Neeraj Pandey describes the remarks by Ramdev as damaging to the reputation and the image of allopathy and around 2,000 practitioners of it who are part of the association.
The notice has also asked Ramdev to make a video clip contradicting all his false and defamatory allegations, and circulate it on all the social media platforms where he had uploaded his earlier video clip levelling the allegations.
It has also asked the yoga guru to withdraw a “misleading” advertisement from all platforms endorsing “Coronil kit”, a product of his firm, as an effective medicine for COVID-19, failing which an FIR and a criminal case will be lodged against him by the IMA.

ओए झल्लेया! हसाडे नाल ये क्या मख़ौल हो रहा है ? केंद्र टीके नही दे रही और मोडर्ना फाइजर जैसी व्यवसायिक कम्पनियां भी राज्यों को टीके नहीबेच रही।कहती हैं कि सीधे केंद्र सरकार से ही सौदा करेंगी।ऐसे तो हमे टीके लगण से रहे ।महामारी जाणे से रही।

यारा!ये दिल्ली,पँजांब,राजस्थान वाले कुछ ज्यादा ही चतुराई दिखा रहे हैं।लगता है कमीशनखोरी के चक्कर मे पहले केंद्र के टीकाकरण अभियान का विरोध किया फिर विदेशों से सीधे आयात करने का जुगाड़ लगाया मगर विदेशों में अपनी प्रश्नवाचक विश्वसनीयता के चलते औंधे मुंह गिरे।माया मिली ना राम।मुझे विश्वास है कि टीके लगेंगे और सबको लगेंगे।

MHA has again reiterated to States/ Union Territories to focus on vulnerable sections, especially children who may have been orphaned due to loss of parents due to COVID-19. The MHA has asked States/Union Territories to undertake an immediate review of existing facilities for vulnerable groups, especially for children who have been orphaned, senior citizens who may require timely assistance and support (medical as well as safety and security), and members of the Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes who may need guidance to access Government support facilities.
The MHA has requested States/ Union Territories forsensitization of police personnel, coordination with various line Departments/ Agencies concerned to effectively deploy the Women Help Desk in Police Stations and Anti-Human Trafficking Units in Districts. The NCRB has released several tools to States/Union Territories to facilitate in this activity, such as the Crime Multi Centre Agency (Cri-MAC) for police to share inter-state information; online National Alert Service for police on missing and found persons using the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS), and an automated photo matching web-based application UNIFY that uses the Machine Learning model to enable police personnel to search photographs of missing persons, unidentified dead bodies etc. against the national image repository in the CCTNS. The MHA has requested the States / Union Territories to create greater awareness on the central citizen servicefor missing personswhich is available online. The MHA has also referred to the recent SOPs issued for safety of Transgendersduring COVID-19.
States/ Union Territories have been using these facilities for the benefit of citizens.
