A massive fire broke in the slum areas of village and 35-40 shanties were destroyed
Cause of which ,as usual ,could not be ascertained. As per SDM Kharar Himanshu Jain a child named Adiya aged between 4-5 years sustained 100 percent burns and died. Besides, another woman also sustained injuries. Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has announced Rs. 2 lakh as Ex Gratia for the family of the deceased
